I drove 30 minutes to this place to meet a friend who lived near by. Online scheduling is easy and this place is conveniently located in a shopping center. The staff were nice and responsive, however practicing physical distancing needs to be improved. I had to ask twice not to be placed directly next to another party. On top of that, my dipping powder is only one day old and the top coat did not cure properly on my thumb nails. I unfortunately will not be returning here.

Great service! Wish I would have gotten the technicians name. He was very fast, BUT very good. I should have asked for the a slightly thinner french tip, but overall very pleased with the work done.

Very clean shop, very nice people, great experience. Vivian was my tech today and she did such an amazing job. She really took the time to take care of me. Great massage with both the mani and the pedi. And an amazing job with the paint and shellac. I will definitely be back to see her.

My nails look great but they have a pest issue. I watched an adult cockroach walk around and explore. I wouldve said something but there was no point. If a cockroach is that bold to walk around in the light of day and with people around, its been there for awhile. Im certain the staff already knew about it. The pests are clearly not in the process of being exterminated as the cockroaches feel safe/comfortable. Im nervous about the surrounding shops too. The building shares a grocery store, liquor store, and a restaurant. I no longer feel comfortable there.

Clean and hygienic. They always treat me well and I love their work :) I get compliments all the time.Theres a lot of dip powder colors to choose from.

Gotten my nails done 3 times here. First time was amazing and my nail tech did a great job. Second time was good but my skin was filed a little and had some bleeding which I was still willing to deal with because he did such a great job. Third time very disappointed, he didn’t get all the color off from the time before, filed my skin again and the shape is very different and crooked on all the nails. I also tipped 40% every time to show my appreciation of his work.

Went in for a shellac pedicure. Wont go back. She knicked me with the cuticle tool several times. Hit my skin with the drill a couple times. Didnt perform a massage, but instead just rubbed lotion only on the top of each leg vigorously. Just a terrible pedicure all around. Not relaxing, painful & a waste of $60.

Opted for the $40 deluxe pedicure. Polish on cuticules and polish on big toe not salon quality. Uneven cut for nails. Not what I expected.

Top ten has good customer service, friendly staff and gentle touch. They don’t pressure you and they are clean. The down side is there service can be a bit too slow depending on who you go to and the nails are not given much detail to painting. I have simple natural colors and polish, and the artist still didn’t make sure the entire nail bed was covered and clean. Customers know when they are experiencing a half done service. The prices however are great. Thank you.

I went in and had dip powder done. On day 5 6 of my nails began to lift from the bottom. By day 7 they had all lifted/ripped off. I called and was told to come in at 4:45. Upon arrival And explaining what happened I was treated very poorly and told I would need to wait 45 minutes. After telling them I called and arguing they got me in. The man very aggressively pulled my fingers and was very rude in his mannerism, as well as making 2 of my fingers bleed. Horrible customer service. I had been coming to this location for over a year, very disappointed!

Van was my nail tech and she was so lovely!! I would recommend her if you go there. Her skills are much appreciated, especially for a person constantly standing in their feet. Her massage was heavenly and I will be back for sure. Tip heavily because they deserve it especially now.

Every time I have visited this salon I have had great service and come away extremely happy with my nails. I got a pedicure tonight by Kelly and she was amazing! I will be returning to her for future pedicures.

The nail technician didnt even rush to get done despite the fact that it was past 7pm when she finished my nails. Everyone that worked on my nails were kind and asked if they were hurting me when using the grinder tool; of all the nail salons Ive been to, no one has ever asked if Im doing okay during the process. I have been going to Top Ten for years. The facility is very clean and was renovated a year or so. The owner replaced all manicure stations (12+) and pedicure chairs (10+) with all brand new equipment. I have been scheduling with Tita and she does excellent pedicures and Dip manicures. The polish stays on and never chips!If you are looking for a neighborhood salon that offers a variety of services, moderately priced, clean with experienced staff, then I would recommend.

It was fine sorta. Very rushed. Also I told her I wanted black nails and all she did was put on a clear coat. And even the clear coat didnt cover my entire nail. She was more worried about an appointment that had just come in. Never going back. Only went cause my friend got a gift certificate. The whole experience was just VERY rushed.

I called and was quoted 25 for a rebase and when I checked out it was $40.00.The guy who did my nails didn’t clean up my cuticles and messed up a lot, my nails are to long and the few times he hurt me he yanked my hand back and looked at me like I was over exaggerating... not happy at all and will not be going back

Ive been going to Top Ten Nails for about 15years. There was a few years I moved out of Aurora and was unable to make the drive. It killed me. But once I moved back Ive been back to my normal routine. They have always been a very clean establishment and have continued to do so since covid. They have taken all necessary precautions, have sheilds up at every station, take your temp and sanitize all equipment as well as chairs after each customer. They are a very clean and professional salon that cares about what you want done and how you want it to look. Ive never had an issue with my nails or the customer service. If I see something that needs filed more or anything they get it done. They make you feel comfortable and to me thats huge! Also a great location. Anytime Ive made an appointment Ive been sat on time and have been taken care of with the most care.Highly reccomend!

Not happy with the service at all. It was rushed, and the bottom of my feet dont look any better. The guy was rough and my foot felt a burning sensation while in that water. The worst was one of the gentlemen walked over to the drying station grabbed a USED toe separator thingy from the gray basket(see picture) walked back to the young lady he serviced and put the USED one on his client 😱😱😱. Then the girl who did my daughter pedi went to the sink and just rinsed the cheese grater thing off and put it in her bucket. Not Sanitary at all. I will never go back.

Worst experience. I showed them what I wanted; a set of gel nails with color tips. They ended up giving my acrylic, saying it would be better for what I wanted, and charged extra for the color beyond what they originally said. Nails look awful and uneven. Would not cut to the shorter length I wanted.

Linda did an amazing job with both my mani and pedi. I really appreciate the time she took ensuring she did a quality job. I had ingrown toenails and she made sure to remove them with gentleness. Very pleased and i will go back again.

Super rude staff! I asked for acrylic nails multiple time before I got seated. Young man started to do other wise after I reminded him what I wanted I got rude staff from Tuan, and Duyen. Multiple others I’m missing. I get seated with a different man who treated me poorly, pulled my hands with out asking me questions. As I’m getting treated duyen thought it was a clever idea to talk negatively about me to her fellow co-workers. Which I understand perfectly. I asked for a French tip replacing the white with a pink instead. I’m already annoyed from the poor behavior and talking with the employees. I asked Tuan for pink tips before he started and he gives me a white tip instead. I stayed quite for the fact that I was highly annoyed and mad. After leaving the place I call to speak about my service and was treated poorly once again by the employee duyen. After I asked to speak to a manager about my experience she states she doesn’t care and I could go ahead and ball again tomorrow very rude, and hangs up the phone as I’m speaking. SUPER DISAPPOINTED. I’ve came here before and I loved it, but tonight’s visit was HORRIBLE and I didn’t even walk out with the nails I wanted.

This was my first time getting my nails done in a really long time and I will definitely be coming back to get them redone. Everyone was super friendly and the place was clean and welcoming. Very very impressed! Ive never had such a great experience at any other nail place!

I was there this past weekend so that my 12 year old can get a dip manicure. Every time we go, they assign their least experienced manicurist to minors, yet the rate is still the same. I also asked that my 9 year old get a manicure, the owner herself helped her and only polished her nails, she then was offended after I asked her to clean the polish off her skin she polished over..... My 12 year old was assigned the lady that sweeps up and empties out the trash and the job was absolutely sloppy, and not to mention she kept hustling my daughter with the drill. Her money is just as green as any other adults’ and she WOULD NOT assign any other paying adult customer to her least experienced manicurist, why would she think it’s ok to assign her to a child? Again, the rate is the same, we expect the same service. After giving her a piece of my mind, we drove to American Nails where they immediately took my daughter and fixed the sloppy job they had done on her. My family and I are done with Top Ten Nails, minors deserve just as much respect and service as any other paying customer!!!!

Troung does such a great job on my nails that I always schedule with him. The salon is very clean and inviting. I highly recommend Top Ten Nails and especially him.

I am so disappointed with this nail salon I called when they opened to schedule an appointment for my group they asked how many I told them 7 they asked if I can come at 11. We arrived on time they only had 4 chairs available for mani and pedi never checked my daughter and I temperatures. My youngest daughter was upset because she was not able to get a pedi with the others. Really ruined our girl time here then asked me ar 12:16 if I was ready for my rebase after my group was finished with their mani and pedi. Never seen them wipe down the nail stands very little sanitation here will never return.

Every time I go no matter who does my nails and toes they always do an amazing job of making my experience very relaxing and enjoyable. My nails always look fantastic and I always get compliments on my nails and toes as they always look beautiful. Recommend this place to all my friends

I really like this place. Good environment. Nice lady who did my nails. She was gentle with my hands and was talking to me and she was very sweet. I do recommend coming here. Usually they are busy but trust me they do good nails here. I did dipping powder with the designs and it cost about $50 which is not bad at all. I live across the street from nail salon and its close to my home lol. And this is my first time here and I liked it. If its busy make sure you make an appointment right away girls. But this place is great I hope you enjoy it 😊

Worst experience I have had at a nail salon. Let start with we schedule and appointment for two and waited 30 minutes after our scheduled time after we spoke up about them allowing two walk in before us while during the covid is happening it says appointment only!! We finally sit down and get our stuff completed and as someone comes in with a high temp they just ask “are you sure you feel good?” And allow them into the salon with a temp!! On top of this spent $80 on a full set that is now coming up off my nails a week later! Called this morning and was told I can come get them fixed with an appointment and at the moment is impossible as I am sick and not going to expose others. Will definitely not return.

This is one of the best nail salons in Aurora. It’s super nice, big, clean and the ladies are really sweet. They also use the best equipment, which is sterilized for every customer. They also high high quality chairs, nail dryers and even have that awesome drying spray available (which isn’t a biggy, but I always appreciate that). Plus prices are reasonable. I wish for sure go back to this one!

Terrible quality. The guy doing my pedicure didnt clip or paint straight. Used clippers on one foot, then used another device on the other foot??? The top coat at the finish was even worse! Didnt put the top all over the nail. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!

I was disappointed I went in and had my nails done 4/6/19 today is 4/8/19 and my shellac is already chipping just after two day. I went back in Sunday 4/7/19 to ask if I could have another coat painted on instead they told me I would have to pay an extra 10 dollars. Had a pedicure and nail polish on my skin around my toes. I asked that it be removed and it was smeared more.Had dipped nails done, 2 nails are completely crooked. Had french tip done and white parts are different lengths and no defining line. White areas are longer and more into my nails.I will have to get my nails redone somewhere else.

Clean, comfortable salon. Dipping powder manicure was very well done & has lasted well without chipping or breakage. I bypassed an innumerable glut of other mediocre or in some cases, worse nail salons in my 24 mile trek to Top Ten. I most definitely will be a satisfied return customer! This was my first time coming to this nail salon. I typically go to one in the surrounding neighborhood, but they had not yet reopened after being closed down due to COVID restrictions. I was pleasantly surprised! I called ahead to schedule and showed up a few hours later for my appointment. The facility was clean and nicely decorated. I was asked to check in and signed a waiver stating I did not have any symptoms relating to Covid-19. My temperature was taken and was told to wait while they got my pedicure station ready. There was a bit of a wait, but I anticipated that with how many people were probably wanting to get in after being stuck at home for weeks on end. They spaced clients apart to adhere to social distancing requirements and I saw the staff cleaning chairs after they had finished with a client. The tech was so kind and asked me throughout my visit if I was comfortable or if I liked the color I picked after it was applied. I made sure to leave a nice tip as it had been a minute since I had my last pedi and so appreciated my tech putting in the time to re-beautify my tootsies! I will be returning to this salon!

I absolutely love it here. The service is great and they have always done what I want for an affordable price. This is the only place where my nails end up looking healthy and well done.

He shaped my nails beautifully and really took the time to work on my nails. Really, a top-notch and very budget friendly place. I got probably one of the best pedicures here. It was only $25 and the gal that did my feet was super awesome and even trimmed my ingrown big toes (its really hard to find a place that does this). My feet look and feel great! They take great care in cleanliness. All the instruments came in sterile packaging and they used a tub liner which is important to me. Great place and awesome price!!

Horrible. I got a pedicure there and the guy who was doing it made me bleed twice and the nail polish job was sloppy leaving polish all over my toes. Im like shook at how bad it was... I could have done better which is saying a lot.

I see Phoung and he is very thorough and he takes his time and every visit is so worth every penny. I would not go anywhere else and I highly recommend this place.

Came here today with my mom. She has a tear in her hip and needs people to be careful. The lady had my moms leg lifted and so my mom said I cant have my leg like that and the lady ignored her and continued on. Not impressed at all. Not to mention that theyre way too rough to begin with.

I have been going to Top Ten Nails for years. The owner is so nice and she does my nails. I get acrylic and then a gel color on top. My nails always look fantastic. If she is not there, then someone else does my nails and they always do a great job too! I also get a pedicure every time and my pedicure lasts so long because I get gel on my toe nails too. I would recommend going there to anyone!

Ive been to a lot of nail salons and this one is amazing. Karen is great she is fast and shapes them perfectly. Her pedicures are great too, she always tries her best to make you feel comfortable. She makes a point to chit chat and see how youre doing, she remembers who you are and she seems to genuinely care about you. And I know it might sound racist but typically I cant understand what the nail technicians are saying but Karen and most of the other people there speak English very well, they understand you so it makes getting what you want so much easier. Overall this place is great and I wont go anywhere else .

Kelly made my experience and broke my experience. The way she treated me was very awful yesterday. She was upset about me not showing up for my appointment last week. It’s not like I did it purposely. I have things come up in my life just like anyone else. This isn’t a doctors office she could’ve moved on to a different client. Because of that her and her coworker were talking badly about me and made me wait for an hour for services and he smudged my fingernail and didn’t fix it. I asked for him to put the diamonds on a certain way and he didn’t. He was slamming my hands down a certain way. And made me feel very uncomfortable. She wouldn’t give me a refund on what I asked her to help me fix and did t help me fix. This is the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to and I won’t waste my money or time again here.

I tried another lady in there (because I came in on a day he wasnt there, and I was going to Vegas that evening) She was terrible nothing was right about it at all, very sloppy.... so I came back to get them completely redone after my trip, and he agreed that it wasnt a good job..... so he did his magic and they were beautiful again. Im laid back, but he knows that I like super crisp lines and a clean look, always does what I want, exactly how I want.... so if you go, see him... 5 stars only for Kyle!!!!!

Simply put depending on who you get, it’s either genius or rubbish. If it’s busy and folks are waiting you are definitely going to get rubbish. Today, I left with bleeding cuticles and nails I had to repaint when I got home. I am officially done using these people. 2 stars is me being generous because I have on occasion gotten good work done here, it’s been the last 3 visits where things have gotten out of order. It’s a shame, they used to be consistently good.

They was gonna charge me $10 extra bc I wanted different color polish lol. YOU HAVE TO USE POLISH REGARDLESS! What does it matter if it’s just one color or not? This is for regular nail polish on acrylic nails. Ridiculous. I just left.

UPDATE:I was surprised to see a response to my review, and I called the store as requested to see how they wanted to make it right. It sounded like they might have a new manager, but they do not. Amy spoke with me and explained that they have a company they pay to respond to the reviews they receive. So the response you see is NOT written by one of their managers. She then told me that the company shouldnt have replied to my review because she was not interested in helping to make it better for me. Then she went on a rant about the company that they pay for responses. So, they asked me to call them so they could make it right and then said nevermind, we didnt mean you. Also, their responses are not even written by them.Original Review:I went here to get dip nails, and had a horrible experience! I was looking to get away from acrylics, and wanted to avoid UV light use as well. They made them super thick, and it took 2 hours. I asked the tech to file it down and she gave me an attitude when she did it, then did a poor job. I had to have her redo almost every finger and it still looked ridiculous. It looked like I had bubble nails. I asked the manager Amy to help me make them thinner, and she did the same thing, grumbling all the time about it. After she filed them, she insisted on using UV top coat and not the non-toxic dip top coat. When I asked her nicely to use the dip top coat, she told me I would get UV or nothing. She told me I could leave without top coat if I wanted the dip top coat that bad. Then, forced my hand under the UV lamp. Her behavior at the time was so bad, customers saw how she treated me and they got up and left while waiting for service. I asked for a refund or partial refund and was refused. The manager is a horrible, rude person.I ultimately had to place a charge back against my credit card to get a partial refund for the ridiculous job they did. This was after the manager told me the owners dont live in the US, so shes the only person you can talk to. When I went to get my partial refund, she had a friend of hers at the salon, and that lady tried to get my SSN so they would know if i came to the store again. I told her that wasnt happening.Bottom line, dont give these people your money. They will waste your time and what should be a relaxing experience will be horrible.
