I was in many nail salons but never could find the whole package: Affordable prices, great and pretty work, nice people, clean place and of course not far from home. And then I found Simply nails. It was love from first sight!Remy did a great job, was super nice and funny, and I knew right away that I will Definitely come back again.The price was great, the place is clean, the staff was friendly and super nice and best of all its 2 mins away from my home.

Loved everything about my experience here. They were able to book me for a last minute appointment. Everyone was friendly. Prices were great My nails look good and the service was great. I havent historically gotten my nails done regularly, but if I need them done in the future Ill definitely come back here.I got the powder dip manicure and worked with Sana (sorry. spelling might be wrong because its hard to hear with masks).

Katie is the QUEEN OF ACRYLICS. So detail oriented. She caught and corrected every little imperfection immediately, and they came out perfect in the end. Their acrylics start at $30 but I paid $40 for this set. You won’t get better acrylics for such an affordable rate anywhere else.

They seemed surprised that I had an appointment, almost as if they didnt know Id booked online. The tech was very nice and seemed sincerely apologetic that the wait was longer than normal.Booked a deluxe mani and pedi, but didnt actually get the deluxe mani. The paint jobs were alright, not the best Ive ever received, but acceptable enough for the price and a last minute booking.

This place did a terrible job on my friends nails. She had to go back 2x in 1 week to have chipped gel nails repaired. She doesnt currently work and doesnt do any heavy lifting to damage them. After the 2nd time she asked to just be refunded instead of coming a 3rd time and they refused dating she should instead come to have it fixed again. My other friends nails started to chip after the 1st week. They spent $200 between the 2 of them on their services. I wont ever go back. I didnt have mine done, I just accompanied them.

The pedicure was good. A different person did my new set of acrylic nails, and they are really bad. For starters, the shape is uneven on the ends. The white French tips are crooked, messy and lumpy. The clear topcoat is rough and gritty I will be going somewhere else immediately to have these fixed. Plus, they charged quite a bit more than what was quoted over the phone. Would not recommend.

I visited Simply nails in reason that the shop I usually go to is closed on Sunday’s. My nail tech was the SWEETEST! By far my favorite nail tech ever by the way she treated me... but, I paid $60 for a new set and broke 3 nails within days. I usually pay around $40 with no problems so this was frustrating. The customer service is definitely great but maybe a little more practice would be helpful.

This is the worst nail salon Ive ever gone to. Not only did the nail tech hurt me multiple times while filling my nails. But she didnt even know how to apply polish. Definitely will not be returning. The gals here are so sweet and friendly. Most salons I go to the nail techs move so fast that it feels more like they are rushing to get you in and out of there as fast as possible. But here.. even though the pedicure is supposed to be about 45 minutes the gal took longer just to make sure that my nails were good enough. And I didnt even bother being so picky about it cause she was being picky for me 😀. Great place.Update: Im really annoyed Because when I was in a few days a go I made an appointment for the 20th of March for a manicure and a pedicure.. I called asking if I can schedule it for an earlier time. But Im told Im not on the schedule anywhere and Im frustrated because the gal I talked to doesnt speak English and I had to tell her SEVERAL times my name and the date I was going to be in.. but she kept asking me what my name is and when Im going to be in.. im really frustrated.

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I had to go home a finish cutting my nails. I honestly didn’t check after she was done because I’ve never had this problem before, after many years of getting a monthly pedicure.

I enjoyed getting my nails done here! The last place I went to (out of state) did a horrible job. My nails now look 500 times better, I will definitely be coming back to see Remy. She was very friendly and we had a lot to chat about. She took her time doing my nails and they looked so good !!! I got acrylic with the ombré effect and added some last minute glitter. Im happy with the shape of the nails and the colors. I told Remy that the last technician hurt my nails and she was very gentle and it didnt hurt at all! The salon was very nice and had a welcoming environment. Loved it!

Staff is friendly but there’s only one nail tech and they charged me $85 for a color change on my toes and a full set of ugly uneven bulky nails which were supposed to be coffin style but they are so thick and uneven just fugly. Won’t be going back

The people here are friendly and interact with the clients. The atmosphere is welcoming, I have been other places but Simply Nails is the place I only go to now. They care about you and ask how you are doing. They offer drinks and take care of the kids not getting anything done. Cant say enough good things about this salon.

Just got my shellac/gel manicure done with my mom and sister. We were taking a girls day. Very nice environment gentlemen and I think its his wife or co owner also very helpful showing us all their color options. They were super nice chatty making us feel comfortable.Ill start with my sisters experience first from her words: tech name Rita shes awesome great personality great conversation shes happy with her manicure.My moms : very gentle great job on manicureMine lady: no idea her name. Within 5 mins she was rushing for us to pick a color and sit down. I have no problem telling someone in not ready so no big deal for me. She was quiet durring manicure I had to get patch work done ( acrylic over my natural nail in some spots) and she couldnt do it and I felt like she rushed me and the other woman who had to do it) but overall I love my color and my manicure. Ill be back but I just wont go back to that woman. ( she has a thick Russian accent ).

First time here like a custom said the more you go you your nail artist will get better at what you like.

This place is under new management. My sister and I went in on Sunday afternoon for a regular mani with regular gel polish. The next day our nail polishes changed color( no we didn’t get mood changing polish) mine became so bulky on tips and my sister’s was peeling of. They were closed on Monday I called them on Tuesday but no one answered so we went back in on Wednesday afternoon to get them fix. She said she is full for the day and asked us to come back tomorrow because the same nail technician should get them fixed otherwise it would be a charged. I told them that We both are working the next days and wont be able to come back until Sunday so if its possible have someone to fix them for us today but she said she cant. So I’d to ask for money back because we didn’t wanna wait till Sunday and was about to go somewhere else and get them fixed. While she was counting the money to give back to us, I told her that I’m sorry and I wish I could come back tomorrow but she told me, “ No, don’t come back again.” I was shocked. I asked her why? She repeated herself and said “ get your money and dont come back again.” Honestly this kind of management is ridiculous.I asked her politely and didn’t even argue with her, but because we asked for money back we are not allowed to go back to her store no more!Lady, you gotta go get some management and customer service courses somewhere before you call yourself a manager. NEVER TOO LATE. lol

Let’s get straight to the real tea! Until recently they have had a couple of very bad seeds that have performed horrible service, treated everyone that came in contact with disrespectfully, and were down right mean. This has been changed. New owners have come in and cleaned house. The bad seeds have been removed and the positive energy restored. God bless Angie, she did her very best and always did what she could to fix a problem. So many factors go into a service being done that it’s hard to predict the result, but a certain level of expectation is acceptable. Ask about the price before hand with what you want done. Don’t wait to be surprised because this or that cost extra. The prices are extremely fair and generally based again on what is being done. The establishment is very clean, well kept, no overwhelming chemical smells. I have tried countless salons throughout the entire city. From bliss bar to “nails” in a random part of the mall downtown that was a closet with a woman doing nails. I still come back time and time again knowing what I will get. Did I mention they aren’t going to give you a hard time for coming up with crazy nail ideas and do their best to figure it out? Yup. They will do that too. The bad reviews you are seeing are absolutely about the bad seeds that have been removed. Give this place a try for the first time or another try to see the changes they are making. Its worth it.

I was in Aurora for work a couple weeks ago and stopped by Simply Nails Salon for a pedicure before heading to the airport. Let me tell you, I was not disappointed!! First off, the salon is gorgeous and inviting! The staff were so friendly and the lady at the front desk really took an interest in everyone who came in. My pedicure was perfect 👌 My feet havent looked or felt this smooth and polished in a long while. The next time Im back in Aurora, Im going to Simply Nails Salon for another pedicure. You should too!

Angie, I have given your place multiple chances and the past two times I have gone in, my manicures have been awful. Last year was a gel manicure which was poorly done (even a novice eye like mine noticed) and yesterday was a regular manicure. This was the last straw. Not even 24 hours later and ALL of my nails are chipped! I would think a normal manicure should last at least 24 hours?! Add that the un-professionalism of two of your technicians yesterday, it was incredibly uncomfortable to be around.

The new owner (September) will doublebook the nail technicians. My wife had an appointment with Remy but the management assigned a walk in so she had to wait 30-45 minutes. Dont expect you appointment to be honored. Walk ins only, apparently!

I loved this place the first time I went in I read so many good reviews about them. I got a full set of holographic nails they looked beautiful. However 3 days later, one of my nails broke and my other 2 were starting to peel off. I went in and they fixed the broken nail with no problem. I decided to give it a second chance, this time it was worse. 4 days later again, my thumb nail peeled off, went to get it fixed and within 2 weeks all my nails were peeling off from the tips and the clear coat was starting to come off. the 2 times I went to get them fixed the owner asked what I do for work trying to make an excuse as of why that happened. Ive been getting my nails done for years, been at my job for a while and this has never happened it doesnt have to do with what you do at work, your nails shouldnt get messed up in the first place. I paid $65 the first time and $55 the second. This should not be happening at all for that price point. Not coming here ever again. Dont waste your money!

This salon is one of the only salons I’ve gone to that actually use new supplies for each client, it’s super cute and they are clean and punctual. Also they have nail polishes that are just as good quality as their gels so you don’t feel pressured to upgrade to gel/solar polish. Good background music and quiet as well. I recommend it!

Quality wasn’t great. Lots of employees hardly any customers. Requested an specific appointment time and told they were booked only to have three additional calls placed to me wanting to know if I could come earlier. I sat for 45 mins under the dryer waiting for my polish to dry only to leave with slippers on with them still wet after sitting that long to smudge an hour later! The cost was not comparable to other salons in the area and neither was the quality! 1st and only visit!

I came to town for a business meeting and noticed that the gel on my nails was starting to peel off. I found Simply Nails through Google maps and got there 40 minutes before closing. The staff was friendly and efficient. Rita did an excellent job and I am thrilled with how my nails look. I was very impressed.

At first I was pleased with the service provided. After two days of having my nails done the gel starting coming off. I contacted the salon and got them redone the following we ans the same thing occurred.

I love this place, clean and professional. This is the only place I will take my daughters to. The owners are the nicest people, so caring. Its says walk in but because of their huge amount of loyal customers I would definitely make a appointment. Always recommend this place.

This place is over priced for the service that they provide! I paid $35 for a simple pedicure and the service was horrible. The lady doing my pedi did not want to listen to what I wanted, but insisted on doing as she please and became argumentative, of course in a polite manner, about what I asked for. I do not like using the foot file that has the razor to remove dead skin, I simply like to use the callus remover bar. she argued about that, and used it anyways until I yelled for her to stop. It makes the dead skin come back way worse. I do not recommend this place

Had an emergency need for acrylics, pedicure, and brow wax. I live in Pueblo but needed to kill some time before heading to the airport, so I stopped in at Simply Nails. Zoya is AMAZING! My feet are sooooo soft. She took extra care to make sure every dry patch and callus was GONE! After a chunk of my brow was taken during a car accident in Nov, she made both eyebrows even and beautiful. Kristina did my Acrylics. She made my nails perfectly square. She triple-checked to make sure they were perfect. Better believe I’ll be back next time I’m in town! Great staff!! Thank you ladies!!!

I would like to detail why this is the place to go if you are looking to really truly treat yourself, or a loved one, to some TLC.It seems in this area of you get a deluxe manicure and pedicure any more that just means you get a scrub on top of some lotion with 2 minutes alotted for each section. This was not my experience here. My experience here was what you hope for when you pay extra but rarely get.My feet and hands were a hot mess. I just spent the past hour and a half getting an actual massage. My picked at, peeling, cracking hands and feet that have seen countless hours of yard work and gardening this year actually look and feel nice.While I was there I also witnessed one of the most heart warming acts of humanity Ive seen in a while. An elderly woman in a wheelchair was there getting a pedicure and two employees, one I assume was the owner, assisted in getting her to her chair using proper transition techniques. There were patient and deliberate in there actions.I have no idea if they were related or what the story there was. I just know it was a refreshing an unexpected act of kindness and humanity in play.Every person in there, men and women alike, getting services were treated with warmth, care and kindness. Ive been waiting for the right time to go back here. I was not disappointed.

I should not even give this place one star. I had the worst experience getting my nails done. I waited 30 minutes after placing an appointment. Three different people worked on my nails while working on other things. I asked for an ombré before hand they had no idea how to do that. My nails are different shapes. I asked for acrylics they had one woman who kept telling me she didn’t work there and that they had no one available to do acrylics. I paid over $70 for a set that usually cost me under $40 I ended up just paying up because I was there for over three hours and the experience overwhelmed me. I will never go back there again.

Very satisfied. So i came here because of the reviews. The last nail shop i went to they messed up on my nails very bad, they looked like press ons!! So i came here, spoke to Angie, very very sweet. She set me up with Bonnie. Bonnie did fantastic! She was able to take off that horrible gel overlay i had on my nails without breaking my natural nails and she totally took her time and did wonders!! Ill definitely be coming back here!!

My wife and I needed to get a manicure. They instructed us on which nail tech would assist us, as we walked to the respective techs, mine walked away. I sat down and patiently waited, my wife was getting her pedicure, and I waited. After about 13 mins I got up and told my wife and the front desk guy I am going to the car and am no longer waiting. After another 10 mins my wife was done, and said hers was fine. That was the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1. Companies have to do better with their customer service.

DO NOT COME HERE THEY CHARGE YOU WHATEVER THEY WANT!!!! They are not fair with their pricing hence to why there are no visible pricing boards anywhere in the shop. So I came in for regular acrylic full set that only cost $20 everywhere else, the lady who did my nails assumed I wanted gel as she grabbed for the blue light. I told her no regular polish is fine. Well as I come to the counter to pay, the secretary gives me the price of $40 for the gel set, when I told her I didnt get a gel just a regular coat she was shocked, asked the girl who did my nails if it was true then proceeded to ask for the full $40 as if I had the Gel set when I didnt!!!! Then when I asked why is it still the same price she says its cause of the shape!!! Witch is a back handed lie, the shape has always been free she just wanted the full $40!!! DO NOT COME HERE THEY CHARGE YOU WHATEVER THEY WANT!!!!

I didnt know that a nail place in Colorado could be so nice! I feel like Im in a Twilight Zone episode. What the heck is going on???? Let me just list why i am NEVER going anywhere else..1. The nail shop is suuuuuuper clean. They use instruments pulled from sterilized surgical packages. The bowls are also cleaned thoroughly after every customer.2. The decor and ambience is NOT a sweatshop. The art is so beautiful (theme is silver, black, and red) and not the cookie cutter crap that you see at most places.3. They have an air filter so that you dont have to struggle to breathe.4. They have clean containers for women to put their purses in so that they dont have to sit them on the floor. (Are u serious?)5. THEY SPEAK ENGLISH!!!!!!!!6. They hire people from all different races and cultures. There is not just one type of person here.7. Every time I come in i get greeted with a smile.8. They have color/mood changing gel polish!I am blown away! Bravo to you Simply Nails!

I just moved here and this place was close to my house. When I went it I told the lady I needed a rebase and polish. While doing the rebase she cut me with the drill. After all was said and done I was charged $50 for a rebase and polish which I was told was going to be $35.

Loved the manicure girl but the pedicure girl charged me $20 just to do shellac on my toes. Was more than my manicure (with tips) and then tried to get me to do more to pay her more.

They charged me and my mom $115 dollars for the ugliest nails that were just simple nails and we told the ladies doing our nails if they can fix it but didn’t fix it and we talked to the owner and she didn’t do anything about it and still charged us $115 for the nails with no manicure this place was horrible, these are the worst nails we’ve ever gotten done. WOULD’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NOBODY!

Terrible, its a shame when a company does false advertisement. How can one be so deceiving? Rude unprofessional and clearly untrained. If you cannot render a service that you advertise for you dont deserve to have your own shop, business or corporation. Bottom LineThey cant Do Nails so if you cant paint your own nails that is all they can do for you. They should rename themselves to Simply Paint and Dry!
