Usa nails puts it down when it comes to getting your nails looking flawless. Rose is my tech and she always takes care if me and my needs. The over all shop is clean and all employees are very professional. Love this shop!

I spent 63$ on my nails here for them to seal dirt patches on 2 of my nails. They thought buffering them out would fix it when its actually holes in the NAIL DIP ITS SELF. They sealed my nails with a second coat and its all coming off now 3 days after I got them done. Never coming here again

I drive half hour to get to this shop bypassing many other smaller higher end salons with snobbish nails techs.They will tell you thevprice of your service before the work is started so that there are no surprises.This is not a high end nail Salon but they get the job done right. This is a regular neighborhood salon in a multi racial and cultural neighborhood. I love that...makes me feel right at home.This place is large and often full of ppl everytime I go there. If you like more high end salons...this may not be a good place for you!The high end nail.places require an appt and they may not do acrylic or gel. No appt needed at USA Nails...just walk in. You wont be waiting too long.Sandy is great with nails. Julia is great with pedicures.

Have had my nails done once by almost everybody who works there then I found Sandy she does a great job and is very nice and funny as well shes been my main one for years. Be a little careful about who you choice because I have had a couple of horrible jobs but in 6 years thats only happened 3 times.

It was very busy but I didnt have to wait too long. Not too happy with nails so I will not return for nails but love my feet and brows.

They charged me 100$ for my nails and feet and my nails don’t look good enough for that, their not terrible

The polish used had to be diluted. Once the nails were dried, by the time I got home all of my nails nicked and polish started coming off. Now I have to find some place else to go to get a color change done.

I have been coming hear for ten + years and my nails always look good. I am unfortunately rough on my nails at work and they always fix them and make them look great. Joann does my nails and she does an awesome job every time! Their prices are super reasonable as well.

I waited 25 minutes before seen then noticed they use same files and buffers with all clients water was cold room temperature was cold and to top it off my toe nails were uneven I didn’t ask them to fix them because I just wanted to get out of there definitely not going back

The wait time was shorter than usual however every time I go to this nail shop they have found some new fee to impose upon Example one:if your nails naturally grow round and not Square why should I be charged $5 to reshape them round.Example two:$3 to remove glitter nail polish its just preposterous

I had an awful experience here. Before the lady could finish painting my nails or putting the designs on, she stops and tells me she has two appointments and I will have to wait until they are done. I was extremely upset for her even starting them in the first place if she knew she had others coming in. Mind you, she was the only one who could do the designs. I would have never picked them if I knew in advance. No one offered any help after I waited an hour & a half for someone to finish my nails or at least take off the design since no one else could do it. I complained to the man at the front about what was going on & after two & a half hours of being in the salon I only got a simple color & I had to keep requesting them to put a second coat because they were rushing me. The lady also tried to charge me full price including the design price (which I did not get designs) so I paid the bare minimum and she said no tip? The was no need for a tip, after all that had helped. She then went on to tell me it was my fault. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. No one apologized for the inconvenience either, so take this place with caution.

If this is the same place next to King Soopers we had a horrible experience it was my wifes birthday I took her to get her nails done and the nail technicians there can give you any price they want. for my wife to get her nails filled in not new ones just a fill-in they charged us $40 any other place charges you $25 for fill-ins we paid but were never going back. So be aware of this place

I alway get a full set. The only problem I have with this place is that whoever I see, I get the natural looking nail. So they just match my natural nail but everyone I have seen has missed my nail. Also depending on who you see they wont even fix your cuticles. Everything else they do a great job.

If I could leave zero stars I would. My experience here was the worst I have EVER had.. I got there around 7 pm, they close at 8. I ask if someone had time for a rebase and the guy at the front says yes. I sit down and ask the lady to please cut my cuticles As well but I wanted to wash my hands first. I get up to wash my had because my hands are always wet before I get my cuticles cut .. The lady had already taken off my old Shellac before I washed my hands. I’m maybe up there for 30 seconds washing my hands and the nail lady closes her station in the MIDDLE of me getting my nails done. She said she couldnt stay past 8 pm for my nails. If she didn’t have enough time she should have NEVER started my nails. So I was left with plastic on my fingers with no paint and she wanted to finish them tomorrow, after I had told her I was leaving for New York and didn’t have time. She didn’t care and ignored me as I was trying to talk to her. The manager didn’t care either and pretty much told me I was SOL and the best he could do was to come back in the morning. By far the worst customer service. Thank god for the the little shop across the street that stayed open past their business hours to finish my nails... screw this place. Never again

Im so mad that I come back to this place. Its been 10years I havent been thinking it mite of change no its still a bad place they dont clean there tools or tubs. I should went to a better ratings for the price the charger here! I got to get my nails done twice because they were looking like two weeks old and I just getting them done. Getting charged $45 then going to get my feet done want to charged $55. For what this place is it they are living on theyre prices and making their own prices! Will never be back and hope this helps any one else out! If you do come never let a Man do your nails here

The wait here is really long, even if you come in early. Some of the nail techs are good but some dont take their time and do a poor job. Leaving you with bubbles in the application. Im definitely going to find a better place to get my nails done.

Today I went to get my nails filled, and have three broken nails fixed. I was charged $6 for the broken nails, $15 for the fill, and $5 to file off my gel polish (even though they have to file your nail anyway). Then, there was another $5 to cover the cost of a 2-nail design. Thats a total of $31 (and I left a $4 tip). After I left, I spent a few hours running errands. I got into my car, and while buckling my seat belt, my index fingernail just popped off, easily. I was so annoyed. I headed back to the shop (which isnt close to home). I told the owner I was just there and a nail had come off. Then he made the remark I might have to pay to have it fixed! That jerk actually charged me $2 more dollars to repair something that was apparently overlooked earlier. For some, greed is stronger than conducting a reputable business.

If It was possible to rate this place a 0, I would. This place is terrible! I went in today for a pedicure with my mom and my sister—the pedicure was okay, the technician was nice, not as thorough as I would have wanted but considering it was late, I get it. My issue is with my sister’s service, she’s a teen, very excited because she’s has a big event coming up in the next week so my mom and I took her to get her nails done in preparation for this event; the technician was terrible, when my sisters full set was done there was nail polish all over her cuticles (as if she had polished her nails herself), the polish was streaking and the full set was lumpy everywhere. I think the technician thought my 14 year old sister was on her own and sent her to dry her nails but as soon as I saw the terrible job I asked the technician to fix the poor work she had completed and the technician obliged. This shouldn’t have happened, services that are being paid for should be done right the first time—when she fixed my sisters nails she knew exactly what I meant because I didn’t even have to explain how lumpy her nails were or what a poor job she had done. The pricing is a little high considering the customer service and the quality or service provided, a full set of gel nails runs you at around $45 and they have the audacity to charge $5 depending on the shape of nail you want. I have never experienced this type of service or pricing at any other location. When you arrive you’re given a business card with a number on the back and you’re called up by number as if you were at the deli, they operate this place like an assembly line just passing customers through without any regard for customer service or satisfaction. First impressions matter and unfortunately I didn’t listen to all of the signs—you couldn’t pay me to go back.

This was my first time going to USA Nails and I love it. I had Q (Quang I believe) and he was super nice and very gentle. This is the first time Ive walked out of a nail salon with STRAIGHT almond shapes and my nails actually dont hurt. Changing to this salon for sure and making sure I get Q next time! :)

Been getting my nails done here for a while now simply because in the beginning they came out nice and theyre prices USUALLY arent that bad. With that said Im no longer going to be getting my nails done here because the past few times theyve come out horrible. The lady Brenda has done my nails and very nice quite a few times. But the last time they were horrible. Granted she seem tired but they were horrible. There was a guy there that did them for me that they came out very nice that hes not there anymore. This last time I went there I literally showed the woman a picture of a simple design that not only have I gotten done there twice by separate people and it came out nice but it honestly was just a simple design that any nail technician in the world should be able to complete. I mean like they must do it 5 times a shift. It came out so horrible that not only did I look at it and say this is terrible and she tried again and it still came out terrible but then someone else all my nails and asked me what the design was supposed to be Mickey Mouse? No its supposed to be cheetah print. Like ridiculous. I asked for my nails to be curved some are some arent. The time before that I went and I literally almost got into an argument with a woman. Trying to insist that my nails are gel when Ive been getting acrylic the last 4 times I went there. Then she starts telling the woman next to her that Im wrong and then looks at me and trying to tell me Im wrong. Then she gets mad that I look at her and tell her no they are acrylic and thats what I want period and cut my nails so short when I clearly told her word for word I just want them file down a little bit. I literally didnt even let her paint my nails I got up and walked out. Im over this place they seriously need to start checking theyre nail technicians because theyre the ones that are causing people not to come back. Not even the guys in the front.06/5/18So Im actually updating my review because I am that mad about my nails right now. If youre going to go Here dont let anyone but Christina touch your nails or the woman in the very 1st Chair. I have been going to this salon for the year and a 1/2 I have been living here. Anyone thats not those 2 employees mess up nails... At least if you get shapes. My nails have been stiletto for over a year every time I go there Christina has them basically perfect if not perfect This last time I went I am furious. 1st off the woman I told her I only want my nails caught a little bit I showed her how much she said it $5 I said thats fine I dont care I only want them cut only a little bit OK 5$ only a little bit she asked I said yes I dont care Ill pay the $5 dont cut them too much cause Im gonna get Upset I love my nails. The last time I said it to her she got nasty and said I heard you. So was quiet. Will guess what? Not only did she cut them way too short like way way too short by a lot too short but theyre shaped like almonds the shape like almonds theyre not even some of them are crooked. And when its brought to their attention the woman just get an attitude to the point where I literally looked at her and I told her Christina will fix it. I will continue to go to this place and till Christina leaves. Then Ill be gone and Im sure this place will close very shortly after. Im so upset. I have something important to do that I wanted my nails nice. AND FOR 40$ FOR A SIMPLE REFILL BASIC BLUE COLOR I SHOULD BE HAPPY TO SAY THE LEAST!!!!!! Im never charged that much. And Im always way happier.

Got a full set yesterday. The technician was very rude to me and very sloppy with my nails. She didnt even paint the entire nail completely. She left nail polish literally dripping from my thumb and didnt bother to fix it. They were bumpy as well. She forced me to pay before she was even done doing a very bad job. She caught a major attitude when I asked to fix it. Even then she didnt fix it properly. No other nail salons do this. This is the far by worst nail salon. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend here.

One of my worst nail experiences, staff was nice but nails were nothing like I wanted and I got an infection. Nail was in pain and swollen for a week. I would never recommend this place to anyone because I literally got a bumpy, cheap looking full set.

Unprofessional job as usual. I came in for a mani-pedi while in the neighborhood. Should have known better. Gel polish job had to be sanded down, and is still visibly lumpy on my nails tips.

I have been coming here since I was a kid and yea there been up and down but when they charge me 65 dollars for a full set and not even 3 days later it starts to lift on 6 different nails and polish is flaking off Im told that since its not same day we cant refund the cash you paid. Then it went to well the guy that did them arent here and cant see what he did wrong.They said come back and Ill fix. I cant stay here for an hour on my only day off of working 12 hour shifts. So a patron of over 20 years is basically told sorrry your out of luck. Make sure you check your nails really well after you get them no matter how many times you have been there.
