Pleasant atmosphere! Extremely clean area! Had difficult time scheduling an appropriate time once she found out I had a Groupon for my first of two visitsThe second Groupon visit never happened stating I failed to read the fine line on the Groupon. Apparently, I had to use it within 5 weeks. Now, I dont know about you all, but I dont grow my public hair that fast. lol! So, enjoy your first visit and dont buy but one visit. In addition, Groupon may not be happy if they found out she offered me the same price as the Groupon however, not purchasing via Groupon. Now sure if theres any shady business going on here! You decide.

I went to the salon and think my hair turned out really great! I requested a balayage and Raj knew dark colored hair well so she got the color right! She gave me a $100 rate for the balayage, cut, shampoo, and blowout which was great (but I was charged an additional $55 for length, thickness, and toner). Gina was pretty rough with my hair and it hurt at times when she was styling my hair but I still love the way it turned out in these pics.

I have been dying my hair red for over 5 years now. I used a groupon for balayage, and Raj not only lightened the ends but managed to remove almost all the red from my hair for a very natural look. I had the color treatment about one month ago, it still looks fantastic. I plan to return before the end of the year for a more dramatic balayage. Thanks!

I got a keratin treatment done by Ruhi. She was super sweet, and professional. The whole process took 3 hours. She described the process every step of the way. I love the way my hair came out. On top of that she offered me a free brow thread. I feel and look amazing. Definitely recommend.

Not satisfied at all. Went for a balayage and explained I did not want a brass tone to my hair. I understand balayage lightens as the days progress but 10 days later and the roots are all orange tone. Very unhappy with it.

I went in for a balayage but, it looks more like highlights. She said she wanted to go cool during the consultation even though the current color I had was warm. During the process, my hair pulled warm. I told her I only wanted her to dye my roots which had some grays mainly around my face and she applied the color over my entire head. I’ve had this done many times before without a problem. She was slightly rude and had a sassy attitude. The cut is ok. Overall, my hair does not look bad, but it’s not exactly what I went in for. Will likely not go there again.

Raj was fantastic! It was the fastest and the most authentic balayage experience I had ever had, also one of the best scalp massages I’ve ever had!

This place is completely unprofessional and rude! I called to schedule an appointment for Balayage highlights, cut and shampoo with a Groupon I had purchased. The woman I spoke to, Raj, was extremely curt and pushy demanding that I give her my Groupon voucher number now so they could redeem my voucher ahead of time. When I asked her why, she went as far to say that people dont show up and thats not their problem and why should they waste THEIR time! I said I most definitely understand but I am uncomfortable giving that info before my appointment and then she said that I should read the fine print as well because Im probably going to have a problem with that too.. (you cant make this stuff up). Upon reading the fine print I saw that it stated that I would be charged for toner in addition to my groupon. When I asked how much that would be (because it s part of the typical coloring process) she told me $45.00 and then laughed... Buh-Bye! Dont need your rotten attitude. Thanks Groupon for my full refund!!!

Wish I could give this salon negative stars... I got a groupon for this salon to have my hair done and it was nothing short of an absolute headache trying to make an appointment. Let me start by saying that each time I called the salon the women would answer “hello?” as if I was just calling a friend that I’ve known forever. I kept having to ask... “is this Saks Salon?” to make sure I had the correct phone number. So red flag number one(of many) had just begun.My experienced started on a Monday and a rude lady answered and told me that they were not open.. okay? So why are you answering the phone if your “not open”, have an answering service answer and have me leave a message for you to call me back. Whatever I called back the next day and scheduled an appointment with the same rude lady again on the phone - being super short and snippy throughout our entire phone conversation, at the end of the conversations she asked for my Groupon number(I wasn’t able to get to it at the moment since I was driving) and I told her I would bring it the day of my appt. she said “no I need it now” so I told her I would get back to her with it. I called her back later with the groupon number and she then told me that it was her “day off” and to text the Groupon number to a different number other than the phone number I had for the salon. I mean, why?? That’s completely unprofessional. The next day she called me three times in a row and then left me a message on my voicemail saying that if I did not give her the groupon number my appointment would be canceled. I called her back when I was available and asked a couple questions about the salon in general just because the entire experience I had thus far seemed very sketchy and super unprofessional in regards to “receptionist” and handing groupons/appointment scheduling. As I’m asking basic questions(I.e how long has the salon been open, what are your business hours) she interrupts me over and OVER and asks “do you want to get your hair done or do you want to be the manager?.. no, I’m just asking questions about a salon that I’m about to trust with my hair! She then tells me that “I have no right to ask these questions” Mind you, these are BASIC questions.. nothing personal or harmful. I ended up just hanging up because I realized it’s not worth my time arguing with someone that I’m tryin to GIVE MY BUSINESS TO. They really need to work on there customer service skills and maybe they need a new manager because clearly the one they have sucks. There are lots and LOTS of salons around the area that are way better and more professional, do yourself and favor and save your money and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!I ended up getting my money back for the Groupon and I’m relived that I don’t have to deal with this salon ever again. If there hair styling skills are anything like their customer service skills/manners my hair would turned out HORRIBLE!

New to the Atlanta area and have been looking for a new salon. Found them online and saw great reviews so figured I would give it a try. Wanted to color my hair but was a little nervous about it. Ended up getting a sombre done, excellent service as well as job. They took their time even though there were other customers. Very quality work. My hair looks amazing! Better than it has in a very long time. Would definitely go back, cannot recommend enough.

She truly cares about the health of my skin and teaches me how to take care of it in between appointments with suggested products and regimens. The guy that did my hair was nice enough and he was professional. The quality though.... It just wasnt there. I had a hair cut and a keratin treatment. Ive had keratin done several times by different stylists, but this time was bad. He put way too much product on my hair and i had to let it sit on my head for four days. I couldnt get my fingers throufh my hair, it was disgusting. Any other time i have had a keratin treatment done my hair is amazing when i leave the salon. After washing it, the difference in my hair was pretty insignificant. I also really didnt care for the way he cut my hair, its poorly framed around my face, kind of like something you would get at super cuts. I hate to leave a poor review, but im just really unhappy with the way my hair turned out.

Everyone was really friendly and nice even though I was a last-minute appointment. Everybody was very courteous and I really appreciated the beverages they offered upon arrival. They exceeded my expectations with offering an additional free style to the wash and dry I came in to have. This place is clean, comfortable and the services are outstanding! Went in for a free thread for the very first time. Ruhi, the lady who threaded my eyebrows, was very nice and moderate in speed. I liked the fact that she asked if I was okay with the way she threaded my eyebrows before she could continue. Overall, it was an awesome experience and will most likely get my eyebrows threaded in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. My stylist Bema was professional and polite, friendly, and listened to my requests perfectly. She took her time to make sure I was satisfied, while getting to know me personally. I was going from a shoulder length bob to a pixie cut, so it was a huge change. She handled it amazingly. She also was polite and professional to a customer who wasnt being super polite back to her. I was SO impressed by this salon. Reasonable prices in a nice safe area with ample parking. The salon looks plain upon first entrance, but trust me, you will be getting a high-end hair cut at a steal. The nicest employees and the best possible service. Take your business here! You wont be disappointed.

Love this salon! I have been in town for about 7 months, and have been going for threading and brow tinting with Ruhi who is amazing. I am 66 years old and my brows are thinning out significantly. Literally, the best my brows have ever looked! They look much fuller and have a beautiful arch.I also recently went to Ruhi for a facial. My skin is in the best shape that its been in. Her techniques were amazing. Thoroughly relaxing with excellent results. She is an angel on earth.I will definitely miss her, and this salon when I return to Ohio. The entire staff is beyond kind and very accommodating ❤

Sara did an amazing job on my eyebrows. They were uneven and she was able to fix them and make them even again. Your first brow threading is complimentary and they have amazing memberships for brows and lips. I will definitely be back once I run out of my other membership!

Beema is a great hair stylist. She was skilled in knowing the limitations of coloring darker hair and how to work with it to so that the color looked very pretty and natural. I showed her a picture of the cut/ color that I wanted and she listened to the way I wanted the cut to look and adapted it to fit me well. Also, she is super friendly! I do not have a regular hair stylist and typically pick random places that offer good discounts but I highly recommend her and this place. I would definitely go back!

“My person” is the only human being that I trust to thread and give me facials. I have very thick hair, extremely sensitive skin, and I’m allergy prone. The products she uses have never irritated my skin. As painful as threading is, she remains patient and calm during all my squirming and flinching. Cory did a phenomenal job on my hair! He did a great layered cut and color/balayage. Unfortunately, I was dissatisfied with the salon because they do not accept Groupon vouchers, even though they have multiple advertised on Groupon, including for the service I had. They honor the Groupon price but do not accept the voucher - so why do they even have a voucher listed?? They claimed it’s not valid on weekends, but that was not in the terms and conditions, so their claim was a lie. They should offer a coupon or discount instead to avoid being misleading to customers, and prevent them from the hassle of returning the voucher they won’t accept anyway. Overall I liked the service but was disappointed at the end. Be wary if you plan on using a voucher from Groupon.

I was on my way out of the gym and stopped in. The woman running the salon is really kind, and she did a great job on my brows. I will confess that it hurts, but definitely worth 3 min of pain for really nicely shaped brows. They did a better job than the place I normally go in Decatur!

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL OUTCOME!! I will never go back to this salon for ANYTHING... the manager colored my hair and it was supposed to be balyage, I showed her a picture and I assumed she knew what she was doing since she told me she’s been doing hair for 15 years. But after I got home and dryed my hair I called back the next day and told her how I was very unhappy with the outcome and she never once said sorry or offered to fix it/the situation in any way. My hair turned out THE FARTHEST THING from what I asked for, not to mention the horrible customer service from the “manager”.

Ive been here twice for a simple cut. Was pleased the first time but the second time was a bad experience as the stylist was clearly not trained and did not know how to do a simple mens cut with clippers. The owner had to basically redo the whole haircut. The owner did, however, reach out to me to offer a full refund and told me she would not allow that to happen again. I will give them one more chance.
