Friendly staff and clean place. The reason I give it a 2 is because I don’t think they’re necessarily the best. I went in to get hair removed from my sideburn and jawline area. I didn’t have hair major hair growth except a few areas. When I first started treatment they recommended it’s okay to get the laser treatment everywhere along face and neckline because the laser can’t stimulate hair, so it will be okay. I listened to them. They’re the experts, right? In the beginning I loved the treatment. Usually around the 4th week when it was time for another appointment I barely had hair to be lasered off. Towards the end of my treatment I noticed more hair growth all over my face. Technicians said it could be hormones and that to wait and see until the end of the package for results. After my last session I bough an additional 3 sessions because the hair growth was crazy, and the technicians convinced me that it might just take extra sessions for certain people. After that I’ve had crazy hair growth for 2 years, leaving me feeling so insecure. A young woman in her twenties with enough hair to shave like a man. I don’t believe they’re the best because after 2 years of additional research and consultations I found a better clinic that stated laser can stimulate hair growth in those areas we have no hair to thinner hair. They also changed technicians between my sessions. And if you don’t have hair growth after 4 weeks from your session you extend it another week, because why laser an absolutely empty face? You aren’t lasering any follicles. Long post but overall, great people just not the best in the game.

I went to Johns creek location. I never had laser hair removal experience so I was little worried. Shawn explained how it works and what to be careful of. She was very nice and tried her best to make me feel comfortable during treatment. I cant wait til I see the result after all the treatment. I highly recommend it. I am sure other location will do good as this location.

Dont hesitate make your appointment. You will not be disappointed. Everyone at this office including the doctor was friendly and helpful. The doctor takes a lot of time to explain to you the process and what to expect. This office was very patient in assisting me with scheduling issues due to my work schedule. More importantly I love the results and you will too.

Wow. Just WOW! I came from a friend recommendation and Leah Wansley was super fantastic, honest, delightful, and she CARES, and does a wonderful job! First time doing laser hair removal and it was much better than I expected. The laser didnt hurt at all, and I was told that the underarms could be the most painful. I have had amazing results after one treatment, that Im thinking the next 5 will make me hair free forever.. which isnt always the case for some. The only reason it wasnt 5 stars is because of the wait time & office decor/feel. They were understaffed and had several appointments when I was there, so I had to wait for over 30 minutes and I was early. Also, the office felt cramped and dated and made me nervous that things were not very up to date or sanitary. The staff was nice and professional, so I didnt have any problems. Overall, worth the buy, especially when you get a Groupon.

Ive greatly enjoyed my experience at Fountain Laser Hair. I went to the office in Smyrna and all of the office staff were very friendly and helpful. Each technician that worked with me was professional and made me feel very comfortable. I initially purchased the extended bikini package and was so satisfied with my results that I bought the underarms package as well.

This is the worst laser hair removal. Everything they say is a lie. They will promise all kinds of results and its all great while you are having treatments but all your hair comes back the moment you stop. Not only did it happen to me, but to my friend as well. I called to complain and no one even bothered to call me back. After spending several thousands of dollars they cannot even call back. Awful! Please save your money and dont go there!

FINALLY!!!! I am rid of that annoying hair! I did laser hair removal multiple times via another source and it did not work well - I just assumed it was not for me. Fountain Laser has the most up to date equipment and was able to get rid of those annoying hair that I though were impossible! The staff was so kind and helpful also. It was convenient booking appointment and I never waited - they took me right back when I got there. Absolutely recommend!

This place is the real deal. For hair removal (thats what I had done years ago for several areas), they use a REAL Candela laser. You might pay more than some places but most places use IPL and/or crappy lasers which are a huge waste of money and wont actually permanently remove hair.Staff is great and friendly, had several areas done and years later no regrets and very little regrowth. Very happy with my experience.

Since laser hair removal is not permanent, I have had treatments at other locations over the years. This has been the best experience I have had regarding results. I am approaching my last treatment and have been hair free for months now.

Overall I am happy with my experience at Fountain Laser. However, I had concerns about hair growing back toward the end of my treatments. Children arent allowed in the treatment rooms (they are allowed in the clinic, but risk of exposure is why they cant go in the treatment rooms), but Dr. Slater kept her busy with his iPad while I had my treatment. He didnt have to do that, after all hes not a daycare, but I appreciate it nonetheless.

The quality of the treatments is fantastic! I had 6 treatments for laser hair removal on my underarms and have had no recurrence. The only hair left is lighter blonde and I had no expectation of it going away. I have had laser hair removal done at amed spa, but the results were abysmal. The Fountain uses great equipment and has very well trained technicians. Use your money wisely and go to The Fountain where you will get results.I have also had a laser treatment for hyperpigmentation at The Fountain in Atlanta with terrific results. Highly recommend!

As I had never tried laser hair removal before, I was looking to try it out with a Groupon deal prior to spending a lot on a package. So, each time I saw a Groupon deal for a laser hair removal place, I would research the reviews. After searching many places, all with reviews that made me uncomfortable, I finally came across the Fountain and saw that almost all of the reviews were positive. So, I decided to purchase a Groupon for 6 laser hair removal treatments. There was a consultation for my first visit which was mostly informational...and I decided to go ahead with the bikini area laser. I expected to be somewhat pressured into purchasing an add on or some other package, but I wasnt. All of the visits thereafter were fast and easy and the technician was super nice! I started to notice results almost immediately - and now after 6 treatments I literally only maybe a few pieces (if that) that still grow in. I have nothing but great things to say about this place and Im constantly telling people about how great they are. Ive since moved out of state and I cant get myself to try another place - if I still lived there I would definitely be going back to purchase more treatments for other areas!

I have just completed 8 of the 9 upper lip/chin laser sessions I purchased from The Fountain. For those of you considering hair removal: I have pale skin and coarse, dark facial hair. It is genetic and a total pain in the butt. After all of these treatments my hair is so much more manageable, though there is still growth. Overall I am glad I did it. If it wasnt for my last experience with The Fountain, they would have 5 stars. I think it is important to first mention that I did not buy my package through groupon (stupid me), I paid full price. When I first started going to The Fountain, I was seeing Wency in Buckhead. She was a total sweetheart and very accomodating. My lip/chin package included my upper lip, my cheeks (the sides of my mouth ~ .5 to 1), my chin, and under my chin. I was super pleased with the results and saw her 6 times. Then I was notified that the Buckhead location was under remodel and Wency was no longer with the company. My 7th appointment was at the Smyrna location. I overheard someone discussing the lip/chin package and clarified with the technician that I would still be receiving laser on the sides of my mouth, as that is a problem area for me. She assured me that that was included and I was totally pleased with the session. My 8th appointment was a total scam. It was with a technician I had never met before and only covered my upper lip and right below my mouth. Imagine drawing a straight line from the corners of my mouth (closed, no smile) to my jawline. It was basically 3/4th of the area that had been previously treated every time in my last 7 sessions. Upon finishing, the tech pointed out that she hadnt covered those areas and tried to sell an additional package to cover my jawline/cheeks. She stressed that she would lose her job if she treated the sides of my mouth if I hadnt purchased the additional package. I asked to see her manager and was told that the manager might be too busy to talk to me. Seriously? Ive had this area treated 7 times already and now when I am almost done you are going to switch it up? Needless to say, the manager never came. The tech came back in and said she could treat a little bit more because when I smile my mouth is wider so technically the corners of my mouth rule still holds. She gave me a couple more zaps and sent me packing. Not only did I pay FULL PRICE for this package (still feel dumb after constantly seeing deals online), but I have spent the better part of a year getting excellent service gladly treating the same area over and over again. Now in my second to last session I have to practically beg for a treatment she ended up doing anyway. It seems like The Fountain is undergoing some restructuring and is trying to cut down on how much an area covers. Fine, whatever. They are obviously working in bulk. Just dont switch up the service Ive been receiving right before Im finished and try to sell me more. If this hadnt happened, I would have absolutely purchased more services from The Fountain. In fact, I was planning on it. But now I am not even looking forward to my last appointment with them.
