This was my first Brazilian sugar wax and first time here after getting hard wax for a while and I loved my experience! The front desk was very open in accommodating me even after tardiness due to traffic and Dasha was amazing! I’m from Florida but I would definitely consider making the drive more frequently to get waxed here, she was very knowledgeable on waxing and made me feel super comfortable and also held great conversation! 10/10 would recommend.

I was referred by 2 women to go to this salon, and both mentioned Maria. I received confirmation text the day before and a reminder the day of my service. When I entered the salon, I was greeted and quickly checked in, and Maria came out immediately to welcome me into the private room. I appreciated the promptness. Rarely do I ever get seen at the time of my appointment at other salons.I had an excellent wax experience and Maria is such an informative esthetician, as it was my first time with sugaring. She gave me a run down on the difference between sugaring and other wax methods, the pros and cons of all methods, and how I should maintain the area different than my usual post-wax. Maria cared about my comfort throughout the session, and made sure I knew what to expect prior to changing any techniques or pressure types.I expected the continuous roll and pull of sugaring to be very painful, but it was very mild. (I have a very light pain threshold, so I truly mean mild!) Maria asked me multiple times to give her a 1 thru 5 rate of how painful different areas were, with 5 being the worst, and I never went above a 2.5. My skin didnt hurt at all, but there was obvious discomfort from the hair being pulled.Ive had hard wax and nufree strip wax for years and those have always been painful to both my skin AND the hair... and I dont see myself going back to those options now that Ive experienced sugaring!

The customer service that experienced from scheduling my appointment to receiving my services was excellent! Taylor was extremely wonderful and made the experience super relaxing and comfortable for me. She answered all of my questions and gave a lot of great recommendations. I would highly recommend this place to anybody and I definitely will be returning.

Im not sure if they accept walkins but it depend so I recommend you call first or make an appointment online. I walk-in and made an appointment for later the same day. (I walked in Monday morning at 11am). Had my first sugaring with Jessica. She was extremely professional. It seemed very quick. I believe it was approx 40 minutes from the time I walked in until I left. Thet validate in the lot behind them (its $5). I parked on the street (because I didnt know.)The man in the front was very nice. I would use them again. The staff was diverse. That was a plus for me.

I absolutely love this place! The man at the front desk is always nice & courteous & they always keep everything super clean. I’ve been coming here for about 2-3 years and every time I’ve had a great experience until now. I don’t know if this was just a bad day for Taylor but I would not recommend her. One of the most painful & least caring sugarings I’ve ever had & I’ve experienced several other esthetician’s from here. Will be coming back but will not be coming back to her.

Been going for a while now, only had an minor issue with one of the esthetician but it was quickly resolved. If it wasnt that a couple weeks ago, I sent someone to get its brows waxed and whoever did the job left a horrid scar on the brow area the rating would have been better. Its a shame the person doesnt remember the name of the esthetician who did the work.

Amazingly cool and feels just like regular waxing except much faster. I got my knees down completely done in 28mins. Like whao. If you wax- you know it’s a process, and this was so easy. I have been coming to this place for about 2 to 3 years. I go to Maria and she is my favorite I have tried a few others that are good as well too. They truly take time to learn your skin and care for your skin. I do both sugaring and waxing here and have had amazing results. I have almost no ingrown hairs ever nor dark marks nor irritation or redness. I can also wait up to six weeks before returning because the hair stays away! Maria has even squeezed me in after hours and is truly a sweetheart

The best wax ever, Xante made the processes so much smoother than I expected. I have previously gone in for hard waxes and I let her know I was very nervous but she was so knowledgeable at one point I didnt even feel her removing the wax. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Tonya is the BEST! I just scheduled a sugar appointment today but since it had been 3-4 months since my last hair removal she highly recommended the waxing. I was nervous because waxing is always so painful (and I didnt take half a muscle relaxer like I have in the past which helps tremendously). She was professional, friendly and did an AMAZING job! She had her work cut out for her but was efficient and cleaned things up quickly. SUPER happy with the results and very low to no pain! Ill be back for regular sugar appointments now that Ive found this gem. Its clean, free parking, easy to get to and the staff is super friendly, no snotty vibes here. Love that they create their own organic wax it makes a difference during the procedure and significantly reducing the pain.My only suggestion would be to provide a towel or something to cover up with once the esthetician leaves the room for you to undress. Thankfully I had a long shirt on and was able to cover up while she was walking in. Next time Ill wear a long tunic or dress and will definitely be back! Thanks Tonya Im a fan :)

She even modifies her technique specifically to suit each person and their sensitivity in different areas. A great place to go, especially if youve never had a wax/sugaring.

So happy I came here this was my first time ever waxing and they made me feel very comfortable. Im not going to lie it hurt like hell but I feel like the lady who gave me a wax made it better. When I called to let them know I was running a few minutes late, Jessica at the front desk was so sweet, telling me it was no trouble & to focus on driving there safely!When I got there, I was impressed with the space right away - The bright spacious waiting area is modern & elegant, and the ambient music is soothing.When I went into the room for my services, there was a perfectly positioned flat screen mounted high in the corner, & the TV show Friends was on. I had a great view of the TV screen throughout, which kept me relaxed and distracted during the less comfortable parts of the waxing process! Also, I tried 2 services Id never tried before, so I was pretty nervous, but Jessica was amazing, keeping me comfortable, distracted, and upbeat! Since waxing is painful, it always feels like it takes forever, but she did a thoroughly fantastic job in half the time I expected.Highly & enthusiastically recommend to one and all!
