I have been doing my bikini wax here for almost a year. I love Denise, she is great and have a huge heart. Yesterday morning was my first time booking with Denise. I was a little bit skeptical of booking at first because what business has 100% good reviews right? During my session, I realized its because thats how amazing Denise truly is! Let me just start off by saying WOW! I’ve never had a wax before and was kinda skeptical about getting one due to the pain I’ve heard about it. I read a lot about it and wanted to take more from the experience itself than to just be someone’s “client”. Denise proved me completely wrong on any skepticisms I had entirely. I’m HUGE on reviews and found The Wax Boxx at the top of the rating list! Very much so worth the 55 minute drive. Denise is AMAZING!!! She is so humble, kind, and truly blessed with how she makes anyone feel and the work she does. As soon as I walked in, I became very comfortable. From the personal touches of what makes Denise, Denise. To the decor, color scheme, and homey scents of her room. My nervousness went out the window 3 minutes into our conversation. I could already tell I found my place! It’s a sensitive area to open up to anyone that fast lol but she made me feel so relaxed. She talked me through my first wax and bleaching. Even gave me great tips for my aftercare. She made me feel like WE have a common goal for my body. I look forward to getting my free items with my purchases. The standout characteristic is that Denise provides truly personable service - which is really hard to come by! As a bonus, her waxing is gentler than you might typically expect.
