Runaway!!! Staff (Cynthia) is very unprofessional, rude very nasty disposition to staff and tenants!! These apartments advertise A/C and heating but over half of the units dont have working A/C units or heat for over a year now!!! She lies about having them fixed. They only patch up things which will need to be repaired again. If you come out and look at all the units you will see the Truth they dont keep these apartments up to code. You will see! If you move in you will wish you hadnt because once your AC/ Heating unit goes out they will not repair it because they dont want to hire a professional AC/ Heating company but they want your rent money on the 1st of the month and will send out a letter on saying Rent is late after the 1st . They keeping getting different owners every year. Bottom line they need to be updated adquate code.,and pleasant staff with great people skills.

Just moved here and the woman on the phone was very rude . I asked the qualifications and she mentioned I would have to be on my job 6 months+ . My job didnt transfer so she mentioned I wouldnt qualify and was very short patient. If want unprofessional please apply here .

They cater to section 8 and management discriminates, Staff members lie to potential tenants about apartment vacancy, they are very rude in the front office, they speak to tenants in a very nasty tone, they truly dont fix anything from tenant statements. There is no accountability. Section 8 will be contacted. Corporate sides with management because they dont care unless a tenant miss a payment. Please see other reviews. If you see a good review its a lie. Several good reviews from their properties is by the same people. Dont walk ...run! Run! If you want real class dont move here. I have been a tenant at Appletree Apartments for 4 years now, never caused problems, and always paid my rent on time everytime. Ever since I moved in getting something fixed has been an issue. Now that new management took over, things are worse. My A/C went out and I contacted the office in early May to have it fixed. The first person they sent cut a huge hole in my downstairs bathroom and left it. He supposedly was waiting on a part that was ordered. After a week I went to the office to find out what was going on and was told he was fired and someone new would be taking over the repairs. A couple days later I recieved a call at work saying they couldnt get into my apartment because they didnt have a key. I was confused but then quickly realized the fired maintenance person kept the offices copy of my door key. They since changed the locks but it was a scary experience. The new guy cut out another huge hole in my kitchen and installed some thing in the back corner of my already tiny kitchen. Here it is end of June and I now have two holes in my ceilings, wires exposed, as well as exposed fiberglass insulation and plaster dust all over my ktichen. I wrote an email to the main office about the situation and have not yet gotten a reply. I also filed a code complaint with the city and am waiting on the inspector to come out. Im at my wits end and very frustrated. Im considering contacting the local news and getting legal advice on what I can do next. If I had the money I would pay for a hotel room for me and my son as Im sure the insulation and plaster dust is a huge health hazard. I DO NOT recommend these apartments to anyone.

The service here is professional and I am so impressed with all the staff. Big fan.

So I was a little skeptical about moving here but this is my first apartment and I love it. The rental office is very professional and nice. They kept me informed the whole process of moving in. Now the complex could be kept a little cleaner and the entrance gate system could use an update but overall this is home. I have a 1 bedroom and it’s very spacious. This is now HOME ❤️

My experience in trying to secure a home here has been challenging and has brought attention to a new form of discrimination and something I did not expect from Appletree Townhomes. This message is to warn everyone before you make a mistake or lose your money to this place. Communicating via email or phone will yield you inaccurate information, you must show up on-site to get the proper information needed. Even then you will not be provided with enough information to make an informed decision. The staff seems to be unorganized, unprofessional and lack in communication with one another. Originally applied for a 3 bedroom (signed application and paid fees was just waiting on approval), 2 days later found out my application had not been processed yet. But was offered a one-bedroom, after establishing again I need a 2 bedroom or better the next day I was denied due to criminal record found. When questioning them further about details of this record and their decision, staff acted like the computer didnt or doesnt tell them so there is nothing they can do. After drilling down even further because I know they have to have guidelines/policies that are enforced especially when you DENY someone a place to live. Also, it turns out they have housing section8, something I was not aware of before applying. Right now I have cancelled my reservation, was able to get the 150$ deposit back, they kept my application fee as well. Someone also stated they would get back to me by the end of the day with an explanation. ADVERTISEMENT MISLEADING/INACCURATE!!

So far I am enjoying my stay here. The staff is friendly and very humorous. They have made my move in experience all of much a great time. Ill try to keep you guys in the loop of this property with a 30 day follow up.

Delta Appletree Apartment are not fit for anyone to move there, they need to closed the place down. They are a joke,they dont fix anything they only come in one time and fix something and thats when you first move and after that nothing. The staff is crazy and the manager marvin is a liar he say he is going to do something then he runs away and you dont here from him until weeks later, they need to fire him. The playground is a joke and the library is a lie. They have roaches, rats, nets that stay year round. That apartment they showing on here is not delta appletree,because all these apartment need to be fixed inside and out. I wouldnt let my cat are dog stay here. If you have the money give it to a better place than that not fit to live in. I have been here six years and they havent fix nothing in my apartment in 3 and a half years and they trying to go up on the rent for what this junk.

This place has a beautiful library that my kids and I really love. The grounds are so nice and the best staff around.

Here we are guys 3 months later. No complaints. Delta Apple tree is indeed a growing community and with the individuals who are now in office making great changes and moves in the community Im for sure apple tree will accomplish what their ultimate goal is. TO MAKE A CLEANER AND SAFER LIVING ENVIRONMENT FOR THE COMMUNITY. They are working day in and out to do so. The children are happy and the community is as well. I enjoy my area everyone keeps to them selves and only when necessary lol do neighbors have a friendly conversation lol. We look out for our daughters and sons. Thats why I mostly love this place I now call HOME.THANK YOU TO ALL OF DELTA TREE ASSOCIATES AND REPS

Wish I could leave a half star. Stay away. This place is rude, disrespectful, and no accountability. I was scheduled to move in on the 11th. They called me and said I can move in earlier. When I get there my unit wasnt ready, but they said I can still move in later on that day. I told them since its not ready and the 11th is the original date that you all set, lets wait til then so everything can be done when I do my final walk through. I go there on the 11th and my unit was still not ready. Mind you this is after I gave them a $250+ admin and app fee. So I explain to them this is the date you all chose and its never seem like its going to be ready. And one of the managers Ms. Drewnella (yes Im name dropping because you all need to know who you are dealing with at all times) shes gonna tell me Are you going to be patient? Are you going to be patient with us? Ive been patient with this company and would NOT RECOMMEND them. F-appletree as a staff, a management, and mfn crew. I told them Ill keep it moving, Im not going to live somewhere where Im being disrespected before I even become a tenant ✌🏾

Visited here plenty of times when my sister and brother in law stayed here. The neighborhood is overall clean and has nice sized playground for the kids. The only thing I never understood is why at the front gate are there buildings OUTSIDE of the gate? If the gate is meant to keep out unsavory types, then why have a few of the apartments outside of it? Never understood that...

They are horrible management, they take forever to fix simple things, office staff is rude, No upgrades but they keep going up on the rent, the kids are horrible, they run around destroying property. They treat Housing tenants like they garbage. I cant wait to move!!!!Adding an update 4/2019.. They have New managers Again, 3rd time in less than a year.... Stiil going up on rent and NOW they are charging for water! And you Have to get rental insurance as well! NEVER any upgrades to the units unless you move OUT. New maintence team but you see them fixing empty apartments getting them ready for new tenants smh.. They let ANYBODY move in here as long as you come up with money, These kids tore the playground up and ANY thing they get their hands on, DO NOT leave things on your patio, it will be goin or tore up by these kids that have NO supervison at ALL and Management NEVER do ANYTHING about their own Property!!!!, they throw trash Everywhere! All of these reviews are fake because this is the first website for these apartments because of the new management. This website is very new and these reviews were most likely made by management smh. The park here is very mediocre and not well kept (Recent visit and there is no more park because it’s completely torn down there is nothing left for kids to play on) .The park slides and etc are always broken with a lot of trash left by kids and others. I wouldn’t say that this community is very kid friendly, but it’s not to the point of anything extreme with kids. The images on the website are very untrue. I’ve stayed at this apartment for a little over 4 years. The maintenance came to update my closet doors and they literally left my closet without doors for over 2 years up until we decided to move. There is a pest problem that leads to apartment to apartment. The maintenance at one point took over 4 months to fix my AC that was broken and leaking water leading to my bill being about $2500 and management head didn’t believe it was the apartments fault. Some of the children are defiantly rude and disrespectful some are bullies at the local school (Cascade). The apartment has small events from time to time for children. My stay wasn’t all around terrible up until Muhammad (who was the worst apartment manager that I’ve ever encountered) was there which he is not anymore. Don’t expect your security deposit back either. No matter how clean you may think your doing before moving they will find the smallest things that are out of your control to not give your deposit back.New management has a lot of work to do for these apartments to get better reviews. I recently spoke to one of the maintenance men that has been there before and during my 4 year stay here and he said that the new managers don’t care about making improvements just raising the rent and firing people that’s been working at this community for years. Overall the pictures of the inside of this apartment is not real as to what you see when you get inside. The community features are not real either theres no picnic area they must be talking about Adams park that’s down the street. There’s no basketball court they must be talking about the Ymca that’s very close in distance. The gate is always broken for a week or so than fixed. There is no business center they must be talking about the library across the street. There are white stoves and fridges with no dishwasher in the units because they took mostly all of them out a few years ago and replaced them with shelves. Hopefully they eventually accept small dogs at least because there are tenants with large and small dogs that are still there even though they say they don’t accept dogs or animals at all. There are also a lot of stray cats. New management has been here for at least 6 or 7 months by the way. The good reviews must be from people who just moved in, but there time spent was very short to start off, so they haven’t noticed a lot of the irregularities as of yet. FYI : The good reviews are fake, it’s very easy to find pictures of people online and create gmail accounts to submit a review smh
