Chris helped us when our daughter’s car died at the State Fair. He helped troubleshoot (trying to jump car and tightening the connectors to the battery) before we realized it needed towed. He stayed with us the whole time and was a calming presence. He completely went the extra mile. Would highly recommend.

Driver was very knowledgeable .he described to me every single thing that he thought was wrong.He was on point, every thing he said exactly what the mechanic had to repair and replace. Your company had a driver come out to do a repo (a misunderstanding situation). Your driver did not treat me with disrespect or look down upon me. He was empathetic while I handled the situation at hand to make sure it did not need to be taken and everything was straightened out. The driver, Jake, was extremely patient and nice. I have worked personally in the wrecker industry and I was so impressed by his professionalism and humanity. I would give your company 5 stars just for the situation that occurred today. So many times people do not stop and realize there may be a misunderstanding instead of being degrading to others or not having good customer service. He was thorough with the process and made sure he informed his dispatcher as well. As a former dispatcher in a wrecker service, that impressed me as well. I am now a dispatcher for a HVAC company so I still appreciate it when I get great communication like this too. Today, I am grateful for your driver. After a car accident where my vehicle became inoperable, I called Hannahs Wrecker Service and they took really good care of me. The driver was quick to the accident site and careful getting my car to the body shop of my choice all while keeping a reassuring smile on his face.

Waited over 2 hours for a tow from State Farms roadside assistance. Called Hannahs and they got to me in half an hour and loaded my car up in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommended.

If I ever need towing services again, I will be calling them first. First, the amazing dispatch lady who took my call, didnt laugh at me when I explained how I drove into a hole on the side of the road while getting out of the way of an ambulance. Then I was told it would be about 30 minutes, the driver was there in 20, maybe less. Then the driver was clever and efficient and got me out of said hole in a flash. All around great experience. Except for the driving into the hole part.

Picked up my van from firestone and found out one of their careless truckers snagged my abs sensor and they refuse to pay for it. Even stated that if it is their responsibility they cant fix their own mess. I take care of my van like a baby and get it checked often. I would never recommend a place who can not accept responsibility for their drivers actions. Ben (the person who I spoke to) stated that they cant keep fixing all the claims against them. When they stated that they would speak to the firestone they dropped it of at, he lied. I called that firestone after speaking to him and they said no one had called. They are aweful people and I will not rest until they explain for their actions.

Very unprofessional in my eyes. My wife called to have them come tell us what theyd gives us for an older cavalier parked in our garage. She received a message today from the driver saying, Hi beautiful, have you thought about what you want to do w the car even if you dont want to sell it Id like to come see you. Its Saturday lets see how management handles it Monday. Update come to find out a couple of dope fiends using Hannahs name and number for some methed up reasons. I spoke with Ben at Hannas and he was professional and helpful in the situation..

Picked them based on their Google review. I needed towing service from the south side to Avon. The dispatcher was pleasant, she quoted a fair price, and quoted an arrival time within the hour. The driver was there in less than 30 mins, we were on the road in less than 10 mins. The driver was friendly and drove safely. The price was as quoted. I was able to pay with a credit card. I would definitely use them again

What the heck. My Fiancé parks downtown at the Arby’s at 3am to walk across the street around a corner to talk to a police officer because she couldn’t find me, not to mention she has our 1 year old baby in her arms.. and you guys tow my 2018 Silverado within FIVE minutes of it being there. Are you joking? Arby’s isn’t even open at this time BY THE WAY.Also REFUSED to bring it back until the officer called and gave you guys no choice... what was she supposed to do? Call an UBER? Uber’s don’t carry car seats. she is STRANDED at 3 am with our 1 year old baby.Imagine leaving your vehicle somewhere for 5 minutes and you walk back to it and it’s gone. She had no idea what happened to it. For all she knew someone could’ve stole it.Did I mention 4 shootings happened the same night? In this same area? Yeah. Thanks guys. Hanna’s DAYWRECKER service. I’ll leave a 5 star review still from previous experiences here and I know some good people work here. But shame on you guys. Especially refusing to bring it back KNOWING the situation because the officer explained everything over the phone. You guys still argued with him. Still said no. Still charged her 100$.This happened on 5/5/19. Yeah the truck was parked illegally. Did it hurt anyone or create and inconvenience? No. Was it an emergency? YES. My Fiancé had no idea where I was and it was my 21st birthday and 4 shootings happened in the area I was in. She was worried because she couldn’t find me or get ahold of me and I wasn’t at the bar she dropped me off at.

Gary saved my car it was in a very difficult area on girls school road. my car was in a ditch at a weird angle but with great teamwork Gary got it out. if I ever need a tow or anyone else i know who to call.

This is the first time I used Hanna Wreckers. The service was so great that is made me want to write a reveiw something I NEVER DO.... The tow person was so nice and professional. I would recommend them to anyone for there scrapping needs.

Terrible customer service. I called and scheduled my tow. They told me the driver was pulling in their lot so after they did their vehicle inspection they would send him back out which would be 30 minutes by the time I would see him. I waited 45 minutes no call no show. I call them and talk to the same lady at the front desk and she says well we just got a call to do something for the Beech Grove police so we have to serve them first and then we can get you in about 30 minutes. I was like why wasnt I served when you said I was going to be and then again why wasnt I even notified about this change in time that I was being bumped to the back for. Rude lady and they will never get my business again.

Blonde haired kid in parts is a lying piece of white trash.Lied about looking up numbers that dont exist(there are no numbers on this car) on the catalytic coverter i brought in from my subaru. Told me his program tells him how much platinum is in the cat and offered me 6$.Bottom line if your not a regulat or dont go in looking like you dont shower, you will be husseled. Ive sold around 4 or 5 cats from various cars ive put aftermarket exhausts on and have never seen an OEM cat scrap for less than 80$.

They will not produce at all my tire was flat and I needed air and he denies me are he said they did not have any hair and that he would pull my truck outside the gate he did and hes left me stuck so I tried to limpet to Joes Junction and shredded the tire so thank you fellas self so much at Hannahs wrecking service I would not recommend you to my worst enemy
