I LOVE it here. The location is the best. The staff and community are all very pleasant and helpful. And the units are so spacious. It truly feels like home. Its also one of the few communities I looked at in Buckhead where guests dont have to pay for parking. Im really looking forward to the renovations as well. Keep up the great work RAM!

Ive lived here for about a year and I love it! This is by far one of the best complexes in Buckhead. Were so close to the action, but also kind of secluded in our own little space. The community management team is great. Kelly is kind, understanding and timely in her interactions and communication. The units are beautiful and feel like a house, not an apartment. The maintenance team responds almost immediately to requests - Ive never waited more than 24 hours to have an issue addressed. This is one of the best places Ive ever lived in the U.S.

She is always in a good mood and very pleasant to talk to. So far my time here at 92 West Paces has been excellent! The office staff is very helpful and they always go beyond expectations. I signed my lease a year ago and have not had one single complaint. Every time Ive gone by the front office to retrive a package or ask a question the staff has always been ready to help. Security on the property also provides comfort. I give this community a 5 out of 5 rating!

92W is a beautiful, secure, well-maintained space and is by far my favorite place Ive lived in Atlanta. The neighborhood is stunning and you can pretty much access anything you may need within a few minutes - Restaurants/shopping/grocery stores, etc. You cant beat the convenience factor and the at home feeling. Leasing office management also stays on top of it - Super accommodating, professional, and will remember you by name.

Sharisse was excellent. She gave me a tour of the apartment and premises. Promptly answered all of my questions. Was helpful in every way imaginable! The move was great! Now Ive been living here 6 months and I love it. Everyone is so friendly. Whenever I need anything I get a speedy response. The location is amazing - walk to whole foods and lots of other things in the neighborhood. I cant imagine living anywhere else!

This is a great place to live! Im a new resident and the location cant be more perfect! I love the views from the rooftop, my neighbors (all that Ive met) have been extremely friendly, and the new renovations are no nice and sleek! The best part about this location is the walkability! After searching all over Buckhead, I settled on 92 West Paces. It was a great decision. The team, led by Kelly, is friendly, responsive and caring. They are always willing to accommodate a request. The maintenance team is fantastic and usually corrects issues within a day. Lastly, Ms. Judy is a delight. She is the one who delivers everyones packages which is not a small feat. She is always smiling and helps 92 West Paces feel more like a community. You wont go wrong living here.

I really love it here! The location is perfect. I can walk to Whole Foods, Publix, and more. I feel safe anytime I walk out my door, which is very important to me. They are renovating to a more modern aesthetic which is great. The leasing staff are always helpful and kind, especially Jordan. The gym has a Peloton, Squat Rack, Stairmaster, free weights and even more equipment which is perfect for a gym head like myself.The only con I would say would be that the walls are a little thin. I can sometimes hear my neighbors talking and blasting music (probably normal for apartment living), but majority of the time it is pretty quiet. 5 stars for me!

Additionally, the staff always greets you with a friendly hello and a smile.I requested some special accommodations (as a person of short- stature)--- a front load washer and dryer, microwave oven on the counter, lower closet racks installed, certain help from staff--- and in each and every instance, i was fully accommodated. The foregoing greatly improved my living situation in the ApartmentThe grounds and amenities are well maintained, comfortable and attractive.Overall, 92 West Paces is a very good choice in Buckhead.RK

I entered my search for a new apartment after losing everything in an apartment fire. It was a difficult time for me personally and the search for a new apartment, during Covid restrictions and the holidays, was exhausting. From the moment I entered the office of 92 West Paces, the team made me feel at home. My tour of multiple floorplan types was thorough and the guidance through the application process was patient and helpful. The property was transitioning to a new maintenance team during the holiday week and therefore some elements of my apartment required attention. Kelly, the Community Manager, personally oversaw the process of getting all of my concerns addressed and personally followed up with me over a period of time until each issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Shortly after moving in, I also had major surgery scheduled that required rotating care from family and close friends. The entire team led by Kelly, including Jordan (the Leasing Agent), Sharisse (the Assistant Manager) and Ms. Judy (the Concierge) all stepped up to guide my visitors through the parking and visiting process while I was on bedrest. The team has also made the process of receiving the many, many, many package deliveries it takes to rebuild a home a smooth and painless one. If you are looking for a new home that provides an excellent location, quality unit and common amenities and a prompt, results-oriented, customer-centric team, 92 West Paces is where you should lease!

Ever since new management has taken over it’s been a disaster. The staff is rude, dismissive and not helpful.I asked about a parking policy and had nothing but attitude from them. Despite there being NO SIGNS where I parked, the office was closed, and I was still booted.Trash cans in the common areas are grotesquely full.Pet feces are nearly impossible to avoid, even in the carpet hallways... so they keep the windows constantly open.I definitely will NOT be renewing my lease and if anyone is looking for a new home, let me help you, I’m a local realtor in Atlanta and can attest to the poor quality of services being a tenant myself. Many, many of my neighbors agree and I’m sure you will be seeing more reviews such as this.It’s really disappointing because the location is great, but not worth the other hassles.

92 west apartment Walls are extremely thin. I am disturbed by the loud noises, I hear how reckless people play loud music and watch loud deep tone television.

Right from the beginning I have been treated with excellent service.The leasing staff is so knowledgeable, super kind and helpful!!!I continue to be impressed and pleased with the building as well. I feel safe here too.I was leery of coming from my house (selling) into a condo. Well, unnecessary worry. There’s such a positive vibe here! All staff including maintenance and cleaning gals are friendly and helpful.The residents are super friendly.......not snobby!The Management host’s fabulous socials too!!

Im so happy we found this place! So many places in Atlanta call themselves luxury, but this place is truly what they advertise. From the first tour we took, to being quarantined in our new home, we have been super comfortable! We are really impressed by how diligent the leasing staff is at responding to all of our emails and how fast and easy it was applying and signing the lease. They really are always there and will answer your phone calls or emails within 24 hours. The other thing Ive noticed since living here, is that I havent seen any bugs. I really cant handle a certain type of bug and its crazy to say this especially living in Atlanta. This building is so clean and theyre really good at making sure there isnt any trash sitting around. The dog owners seem to make sure to clean up after their dogs too. The homes themselves are so comfortable and spacious, with upgraded appliances with wood floors. So beautiful. I just wanted to say the staff here is really amazing. Matt, Jessica and MacKenzie are always there to help and never make you feel like youre out of place. It really feels like a home and a community.

92 West Paces has provided the best maintenance and management experience I’ve had in Atlanta!! The maintenance team is absolutely amazing! I had plumbing issues in the middle of quarantine (COVID-19, for those reading in the future). They respond to calls immediately and go above and beyond to fix your issues; I honestly cannot think of a single thing they could have done differently. The management team is just as great! Matt, Jessica, and Mackenzie make a great team; they are so nice, and their customer service skills are 10/10. They helped come up with the best solution for us without any pushback or tension. I really appreciate the great experience the 92 West Paces team offers!

This has been my home for 3 years and 3 months. The delightful members of the management team are my chosen family. I am eager to say goodbye to this dreadful virus and hello to the social life and amenities that we enjoyed and will again post Covid 19.

The apartments here are modern and cozy. Atop the building is a rooftop hangout with wine fridges and a barbecue. On the third floor there is a pool and outdoor shower. The pool is definitely resort worthy. I would for sure recommend to anyone planning to downsize or move to buckhead/Atlanta. I hope this review helped!

I have recently moved from a house and was highly hesitant on moving into an apartment. I imagined it be similar to college in which everyone was loud and it was a mess. Fortunately, the 92 West Paces Community is the BEST place to be for Atlanta living. I currently live in a one bedroom, Tuxedo, and I have a beautiful view of the courtyard where I can a little nature in a big city. Surprisingly, the one bedroom lay out is arranged perfectly in which I can feel comfortable and have my space even with guests, as well as, have a great work space with the built in desk. The amities are amazing. The gym alone has so many pieces of equipment, even months classes. The pool has a gorgeous view of the city and they have a courtyard with a Bocce ball. They make it comfortable for my dog and me with plenty of places (and bags) to go out. Unlike many communities in this area, this community is smaller. So you feel so important to the staff. I have had such great experience with the staff members as well. Mackenzie, the leasing agent, spent time to understand what I was looking for exactly. She matched me with the perfect apartment for me. After signing, I have had multiple experiences with the other staff. Jessica, the assistant manager, has always kept me up to date with any thing that would affect me. She also keeps the personal touch of keeping up with me whenever she sees me around. Even talked about making a running club! I have had to make one maintenance request for my tub. It was handled immediately by the maintenance staff, whom were knowledgable and efficient. Matt, the manager, is completely warm and attentional of maintaining 92 West Paces as a comfortable place for everyone. He is always checking in with members of the community and creating fun events for the staff to enjoy. (ESPECIALLY IN COVID) He has sent out weekly pick me ups and weekly food trucks considering safety conditions. I am sure he works non-stop to make this community into a home. I have enjoyed every interaction with the staff and members of this community. I cannot say enough how much I suggest calling this your home!

No regard for your safety, Packages go missing from your door (no one cares), Gates open and close randomly (except when you need to get in or out), Amenities are closed or lacking, Lied about the move in incentives (bait and switch), Some apartments have extremely loud dogs and the hallway reeks of urine. Found this property online and really loved it. Reached out to the leasing office more than three times for more information on units availability and pricing. The staff were nice during communications. However, almost two weeks has passed, still have not received any information. To be honest, very disappointed since it is an up-scale property and I was definitely expecting more.

Living at 92 W Paces is like being at a resort all the time. The staff is amazing, the grounds are beautiful, the pool is resort worthy! There are always fun events put on by the Managment so there is always a sense of fun. The residents are kind, professional and warm. Oh... and the units are top notch, beautiful with everything always perfect or they fix it ASAP!

I lived at 92 West Paces for a year and half. It started off great until the management changed halfway through the first year. At least one of the elevators was always broken and both were very dirty all the time. The hallways were nasty. For the price you pay, you would expect things to at least be clean. Lastly, when I moved out, they did not refund my security deposit. They kept saying they cut me a check but would never provide a tracking number and I never received it. 14 emails later, they finally responded saying that their phones were down and they missed phone calls?!?! I probably have to take them to small claims court just to get money that rightfully belongs to me. Do yourself a favor and look at neighboring apartments. This place is not worth the money.

I had a great experience moving into 92 West Paces! I was relocating from out of state and Gracie was very helpful and understanding throughout the whole move process. I would highly recommend 92 West Paces to anyone looking for an apartment in Buckhead! Great location, great staff, great amenities. Happy with my new home!

Let me just start off by saying that this was a 5-star complex until Matrix Residential took over a few months ago. All the positive reviews are from when RAM was the management company. This place has literally gone to hell since Matrix came in, and TONS of neighbors agree. I dont even want to waste my time getting into all the details, but I have lived here since the building opened 3 years ago and never had an issue until now. Do not move here until Matrix is gone. Trust me. There are plenty of other options in the area where residents are actually happy. Feel free to contact me personally if you want details. I can also tell you what my neighbors have told me they have experienced since Matrix took over as well.

I moved in mid December with my four year old daughter and LOVE it! The location is perfect and within walking distance to Whole Foods, restaurants, and Buckhead shops! The entire staff is amazing and always willing to help! Matthew, the leasing consultant is so helpful and very professional.

Within the top 4 for best location in Buckhead. Aside from this, the apartment is below par.I have lived in the apartment complex for 2 years and they have been through 2 management companies. Nothing has changed.The rent of this apartment is among, if not the, most expensive rents in this area of Buckhead. The Hanover Buckhead Village has better rates and brand new amenities/appliances.No security cameras aside from the ones facing the elevators. There have been several armed robberies and muggings in the parking garages. No further security steps have been taken to protect their residents other than send out emails alerting us of the attacks.Walls are very thin. I can hear people watching movies while waiting on the elevator. First day I moved in my neighbor knocked on my door and told me to turn it down. I was watching The Office on a saturday night... If you want to utilize this location and enjoy it with your friends, be prepared for regular noise complaints and visits from the security officer.Get alerts about my packages 50% of the time.Extremely hard to get ahold of management via email. I have to follow up multiple times even on things like rent.I have had several issues with packages not being able to be delivered (as well as being stolen) same with my mail and management tells me to contact my post master general. Seriously.....?Carpets in hallways are very old and have stains all on them.Units have very outdated appliances; stoves are coil tops.Gym is very small, I cant even do jump rope. Ceiling is taller in the apartment rooms than gym. Management blew the entire years budget on new cycle machines when we already had two Livestrong ones. Now you have to wear cycle shoes to ride them and need to check out shoes from management (if you dont have your own), which management is not open early in the morning or late at night, when you would be working out. Plenty of outdated and needed missing equipment that the money should have been spent on.Wifi Lounge doesnt even have wifi password posted, so you have to email management for password and they get back to you a day+ later.JUST got a concierge service, but is not 24/7. Plenty of other cheaper apartments in same location that have 24/7 concierge.Barely pump heat in hallways. Dont turn on heat in elevator rooms. Why am I paying extra to be in a closed hallway style apartment?Several reserved parking spaces that in my 2 years here have never been parked in. Parking garages are already tight. Management is too lazy to take them down.It is common for the elevators to be broken for weeks at a time.It is common to have the amenities broken. Once you alert them they then say that they are aware and theyve been trying to fix it, yet they never alert their residents. I had a big group of people over to watch a football game on the rooftop lounge with the TV and the TV did not work. Never got a sorry from management. Of course it was my fault for not asking management it the TV works ahead of time... Never assumeIn summary, dont be hypnotized by the garbage the leasing team sells you. I have seen over ten of my friends come and go from this apartment complex, breaking their lease because they cant stand it. With Hanover Buckhead Village now open, and two other apartments under construction in better locations than 92 W Paces, I dont know how they are going to be able to keep charging the rents theyre asking for. At $2,000/m for a single bedroom, I would expect more out of my apartment. In order to afford that rent, youre likely not getting home from work until well after 5pm, and your apartments management company should be there to help manage the home side of your life, not further stress you out and make things more complicated...Im very excited for my lease to expire!
