The Summit Dentists provide good services especially Dr. Hadley whom Ive dealt with for few months; also the female technicians were awesome. However, the girl handling Collection for the Clinic is chasing away their good paying customers including me and my family. Weve dealt with the previous owners for 10 years in Roy before the Neils bought them out 4 years ago and moved the clinic to Layton. All that time we were able to work with the previous owners collection division for the co-pays, etc. The manager tried to get a hold of me for a $180 left-over balance owe in 2018 (out of at least $10,000 1 year dental services income Summit received from me and my whole familys Insurances and co-pays). I left for a U.S. Territory to renovate my rental home for a couple of months, and I told them that I would take care of the $180 when I return from the Islands because I couldnt make any payments from the remote island. The week I arrived back to Utah, the Summit collection manager lady already sent it to their Collection Agency. I immediately called her to cancel the contract with the Agency because I sent the $200 check 2 days ago to cover what I owe and any late fees. She told me that she received my $200 check and she tore it up because I was 2 days late. I tried to talk her into calling the Agency and cancel the contract because I didnt want my Credit Score ruined, but she stuck to her personal vendetta. Id say to the Owners, Scott & Rachelle Neil, you need to remind your Collection folks, NOT all your customers are criminals and rob you of the good business and services you provide for our local communities. Let me repeat, Im NOT taking away the services away from the good Dentists you have on Staff, especially my good friend Dr. Hadley! POSU TUE. You lost a life-long customer for a lousy $180!

Thanks to some boyish stupidity, my son almost ripped out his two bottom teeth. This was 10pm on Dec 23rd. Dr. Neil called me from home and talked me through taking care it on my own, saving me a (probably expensive) off-hours trip to the dentist. Hes not even our regular dentist. Thank you Dr. Neil!!

This business in my option is the worst Dentistry office I have ever been too. In my option the office manager and the owners have unscrupulous business practices. The pain and infections and swelling my wife had, was not normal and was treated very rude and not customer service friendly caring treatment by the manager and the owners in my option. We prepaid for procedures and had no choice but to complete the procedures and the company recanted on the deal. As I can see now it is not there first time doing this. I highly suggest DO NOT go to this business for any reason in my option.

Well they deleted my bad review. Ill write another. Dr. Hadley had been our family dentist for years. Than got mixed up with this summit dental. I had to have a root canal done and was making payments I was never late. I got laid off and asked to skip 1 month to help out. Also I owed only $80 and didnt think it was a big deal. I got called by the officer manager I think it was jen. She yelled at me. Threatened me and when I told her to just give me 1 month. She sent me to collections. Evil. So evil.

Had a great experience at Summit Dental! Jessica Miller gave a pain free shot to numb my mouth, Bree was very efficient in making my crown and fine tuning the fit, and Dr Theurer was great in overseeing the whole process in making sure my crown fit perfect... would definitely recommend them for any procedure!

I am terrified of dental visits I usually change dentists after one or two visits because of various reason. I cried before my appointment and was so nervous but when I left summit dental I was so IMPRESSED with how they treated me. I was well taken care of during my 4 hr procedure last night and I felt the whole time that I was valued as a client. I am so happy to feel that I have found my lifelong dental office! Thank you!!

Wow wrote a bad review and they just deleted it. All I can say is this is such a horrible place they misquoted pricing and we paid almost $2,000.00 up front and they wouldnt finish work they started and then sent us to collections.
