The team here is great! Always respond quickly to when I need a work order or help from the office team. I love living here because it’s quiet, clean and easy to get to where I need to go.
I came by to take a tour of the property with Anesa. She was a absolute delight. She showed me some of the bigger two and three bed room apartments on the property and was able to answer any of the questions that I had. Definitely looking to sign a lease here. Thanks Again
The 5 star reviews come from new residents. You’re pressured to write a review within 24hrs of move in. Apartments are old. Not a safe community. When solicitors aren’t knocking at your door, you’re being tailgated through the “gated community “ all times of day & night. And no one cares. Car are either broken into or stolen. Paying the extra money for a real gated community in Perimeter would’ve been worth it.
Our time in Camden Creekstone was not good. The apartment was next to the swimming pool, and this resulted in constant mold formation that climbed from floor to wall as you can see in the attached pictures. We had a HUGE pest problem. Literally a hundred roaches roamed the apartment in spite of biweekly pest control. One night, a huge centipede was crawling on the wall near our infant baby. We are extremely disappointed with Camden Creekstones handling of our move out. We lived in Camden Dunwoody (another camden property across the street) for 17 months before moving over to the sister property Camden Creekstone for a 15 month lease. In both cases, our move out was handled by John McDonald. In both cases, John was not reasonable. When we moved from Dunwoody to Creekstone in early 2020, the final invoice was given to us, but we couldnt open the link to make the payment. We let John know that we are on it and need some time. Without any warning, and during the covid-19 lockdown, our account was sent to the collections. We had a rude shock and scrambled to save our credit score! We sent a long email to both Dunwoody and Creekstone voicing our displeasure. It may have been the case that John took our criticism to heart. When we moved out of Creekstone in mid 2021, John did the move out inspection AFTER we left and sent an unreasonable charge of $400+ on top of 125$ (flat cleaning fee as per camdens policy). Still, we were charged way too much for damages that we were not even responsible for. For instance, we have been told that they will charge a considerable amount if they need to repaint the apartment within 2 years, and although we didnt make any big damages, they are charging us for a full repainting. They ripped us off! In addition, we strongly suspect that John may have kept our earlier experience and displeasure with Dunwoody in mind and handled our case severely (very unlike camden staff who are usually understanding). Stay away from both Camden Dunwoody and Creekstone!!
Jasmine was my first point of contact and she was awesome! She was extremely helpful and informative in regards to the application process. She secured the perfect unit for me and continued assisting me along the way with any questions I had as I awaited my move in date. Anesa assisted me with the move in process and she was awesome as well! She arranged for me to move in a few days early as preferred. She made the move-in process super easy and addressed any concerns I had very quickly. I love the energy from both of these ladies. Im very pleased with my unit and the community so far. The apartment complex is clean and the neighbors are courteous. Jasmine is a fantastic community manager and her staff responds to questions and concerns in a timely, and professional manner. Our maintenance crew is great! Always ready to help and hard working.

We lived at Camden for a little over a year and loved it! Camden has a great management team and maintenance team who were very responsive on any issues we had, and were they were all around friendly and helpful. We will miss staying at Camden Creekstone! But we are excited to move into our new house.
Leasing office is okay, they try to be helpful and friendly. Maintenance team is great, they respond quickly and you can tell they care about the community. I would recommend this place for the leasing and maintenance people. However, that is where my recommendation stops. The apartments themselves are just okay; the walls are too thin. My hearing isn’t even all that great, but hearing darn near everything my neighbors do, now has me questioning whether or not I may have sonic ears. I’m talking walls so thin that I once reflexively yelled “bless you” after hearing my neighbor sneeze in their apartment. Thin to the point that I can tell when my neighbor is in their kitchen because when they slam their cabinet doors, the sound is loud and clear in my apartment. This wouldn’t be such an issue if residents were more considerate regarding their noise (and in general - the nature trail is littered with feces any given day from pet owners who refuse to clean up after their pets). People blast their music to the point the bass disturbs you in your apartment. It has woken me out of my sleep on a couple of occasions because I thought someone was banging on my door. If you are lucky and can actually get your neighbor to answer their door so you can talk to them about adjusting the volume (though the leasing office doesn’t recommend it), then it may not be such an issue. However, if you are unable to talk to your neighbor, you can reach out to the leasing office and they will attempt to contact the neighbor to ask them to keep it down. If the neighbor ignores the leasing office, then that’s about it, even if the leasing office speaks to them multiple times. So if you’re home 99% of the time due to the pandemic, this is not the complex for you unless you enjoy your neighbors blasting music so loud you can make out the lyrics. You would think there would be an option other than complaining to the leasing office with no resolve, or trying to live with the noise until your lease ends, or breaking into your neighbor’s apartment to destroy their speakers (kidding, do not do this lol). Anyway, unless you just really love the area and HAVE to live on this particular street, you can probably have this same experience in another complex where the rent is cheaper.Bottom line:Leasing office: 3.5Maintenance team: 4.5 starsCommunity/neighbors: 1.5 starsApartments: 2 stars
The five stars go to Anesa, the Asst. Community Mgr. Anesa processed my move-in and was hands on throughout my short stay. After moving out and transferring she was still extremely attentive and responsive to all communication without missing a beat!! She’s definitely ROCKSTAR quality and her service acumen is parallel to NONE.The property is maintained by a phenomenal duo: Marlen and Dwan. Marlen responded and addressed 99% of my maintenance requests always in a a timely fashion.The location is everything!! Additionally, I loved my cottonwood Floor plan, the high end appliances, countertops, cabinetry, hardware and Chirp app to access the community and front door.The only con was the constant noise disturbances: surround sound, banging, and stumping all night long from the above neighbor.
I’ve lived at Camden for over a year now and enjoyed it very much. The staff is very friendly and always willing to offer assistance whenever needed. The community is almost like a family in a sense where you feel safe, comfortable and everyone here is friendly and respectable. Everyone you meet greets you with a smile, whether they’re walking their dogs or casually strolling by with family/friends. Not to mention I’m always one to randomly stop by the leasing office to say hello and have a random conversation/laughs with management because they’re so warm and welcoming. Maintenance, specifically Dwan and Marlen, are some of the best guys you’ll get to know and are dedicated in all they do.I recently decided to renew my lease and transferred to a larger floor plan. Being the detail-oriented person that I am, Anesa and Jasmine were always there to answer my ENDLESS questions and guided me towards making the best decision possible. Meeting all my requirements, I’m honestly loving my new place. Not to mention Camden Creekstone is the perfect location in terms of distance to everything you need. I couldn’t ask for a better community to reside as a newcomer to Atlanta, GA. You’ll love it here.
In the years that Ive lived at Camden Creekstone, Ive had so many positive experiences and all of the issues that I’ve encountered their staff has navigated them with me. The management staff is incredible, attentive, and so caring. I’ve seen attrition but no matter who sits in the resident office. Everyone has such a caring spirit. The maintenance workers are hard at work, effective and communicative. The amenities and grounds are always well kept and I’m always greeted by anyone on staff. I’ve built a nice family here and I look forward to continuing to live here.Dwan, Anesa and Mike, 10/10 I would highly recommend!
I absolutely love the Jasmine and Anesa! They have been extremely wonderful to work with. They have gone above and beyond for us that I can’t even explain. I have been in customer Service for over a decade and they have exceeded way beyond my expectations. The entire team has made my move in amazing. Anne, Aneesa, and Mike specially went out their way to ensure everything went well. In the two years that Ive lived in Creekstone, Ive had so many positive experiences. The support staff is incredible, attentive, and so caring. The maintenance workers are hard-work, efficient, and friendly gents who communicate with you throughout the whole process! Not to mention the salt-water pool and ALWAYS CLEAN gym.Ive lived in two Camdens, Dunwoody and Creekstone, and you just dont know how amazing these apartments are until you live in Creekstone. Especially with Anesa and Mike helping you out. 10/10 I love where I live.
I have lived at Camden Creekstone for many years. Although the management team and maintenance staff has changed, I have always been pleased with the exceptional atmosphere Camden offers. The amenities are great including their pool and gym facility. The proximity to grocery stores, restaurants and parks could not be better. The apartment grounds are always well maintained and clean thanks to the Creekstone Team. The staff is great to work with and are always responsive no matter the time of day. I would highly recommend Camden Creekstone as your next home.
I moved into Camden a little over 3 weeks ago and it has been such a great experience. I first met Ms. Ann, who is an absolute doll. She is kind, thoughtful and resourceful. As I am not one to move too quickly, I told her that I would need some time to make certain this was this right decision for me. She checked in a couple of time during that period but I never felt pressured. Once I decided to move I met Anessa and Ally and they too are a joy. Anessa was an incredibly light and bubbly personality. All of them have been very helpful and accommodating! Even though its been a short time, I am very excited and looking forward to living here. I am in love with this property! Omg!! My leasing agent Anesa! Was such a doll! When setting up my tour on the phone with her, I could just feel her bubbly energy through the phone! That made me know that my tour was going to be amazing! When I met her in person, it was the exact same energy! This woman is so professional, so energetic, and you can just see how much she loves her job! That says a lot about Camden! Thank you so much Anesa for your hospitality and kindness while helping me through my tour! She told me that I would fall in love with these apartments, and I DID! The different layouts are so beautiful! Their up to date, with modern finishes, and each one has something different to offer! Thats what makes it so hard! LOL! The energy and ambiance of these apartments is so soothing here! Its a smaller community compared to other Camden locations, but you can see how clean and well kept the community is! Its so beautiful! Its a few exits north of the Buckhead area, so the location still feels like the city even though its in its own area. Yes, it is located near a main highway, but the community is still in its own area. I saw reviews of noise complaints because of the highway being so near, and I must say that its not as bad from what I could hear. I made sure to just stand in the apartments without moving so I could hear for myself. I may not live here but what I heard can honesty be compared to any other location that has a constant flow of traffic! I consider it to be like white noise! But in the end, To each its own. I really love this property! Im a resident at the Stockbridge location and I must say that Camden can make it really hard to choose a different location because all of their locations are beautiful and different in positive ways! Way to go Camden!

I recently transferred from one apartment to the next and the assistant manager, Anesa, was so patent with me with all my constant calls LOL. They knew I was moving all my things alone, gave me extra time and even offered to help me! Im very prideful so I didnt take the help at first, but Mike from the maintenance team showed up as soon as I needed help carrying heavy boxes. This was the least stressful move Ive ever had. Thank you Camden Creekstone for always providing amazing customer service.

I was new to Atlanta and not knowing the area in my search for an apartment, I stumbled across Camden and I was glad about it. I first met Josefin and she made a great impression on me. Very amicable and funny and was very easy to talk to. I found the staff extremely friendly and well-organized. The unit (two bedroom) was spacious and exactly what I was looking for. I like the online/paperless account management and the grounds were always well taken care of. Any time I had a maintenance request (which was only a couple of times), the staff was amazingly responsive--one time it caught be off guard how quick they were at the door. It seemed like I had just reported the request minutes previous! I was not a fan of the mandatory trash valet but it wasnt too too bad. I moved out because I bought a home, however I would definitely recommend Camden to a friend. Its safe, well kept, very clean and the parking is secure and plentiful. They do a great job.
My experience has been great living at Camden Creekstone! It is in a perfect location for shopping and dinning. The staff has been helpful and I love my apartment! It is spacious, quite, and plenty of parking! I highly recommend staying here. You cannot go wrong with Camdens!
Ive been at creeksrone for about 7 months now and I LOVE it! Maintenance is very friendly and gets work orders done very fast. And not to mention the ladies in the front office are amazing! They are always available and they always have really nice events planned.This property is clean, quiet, and overall good however I do wish they offer more like maybe a car washing station or even a playground for kids.
5 out of 5 for me. The management team is very responsive and helpful. Joy Blackmon leads a very strong team here at Camden Creekstone. Additionally, the residents are very pleasant. Most of the individuals and families are respectful and friendly. This is my second lease with Camden and the service is second to none. I highly recommend this rental property.
Cecil is a maintenance person at the apartment complex. He has gone over and beyond the call of duty to help with apartment needs. And always has a smile and willing to lend a hand.Also, any work he has done for us is quality work. Beyond expectations.

I never give 5 stars because Im so picky, almost anal about my home enviroment. I did my research before moving here and it has paid off so far. After 2 mos of moving to Camden Creekstone, I am extremely pleased with the caliber of service overall. The office staff is the best I have ever had in all my years of apartment living. They definitely go above and beyond the standard job description of leasing agents. The maintenance staff ranks right up there with the office staff, always above and beyond what is expected. They have updated the apartments with so you get the luxury of new but still in a better built apartment than what is built today. Very quiet, never hear neighbors or pets. Selling points for me outside of location...valet trash, parking garage and professional staff. Hope to spend many years here.
My roommate and I moved here in July and I must admit this is the best place I’ve lived. They are all great, from the leasing office to the maintenance staff. It’s quiet, it’s affordable and the amenities are awesome, add in the communication and tenant appreciation events and it makes you really feel you never want to move. Keep up the excellent work guys and gals.
It has been about 8 months for me here. I moved in because my brother in law referred me to, initially I was skeptic because it is a small community and close to freeway but when I looked at the apartments I was sold, they are really good & the inside of the apartments are really quite. The community is well maintained and clean. Huge shout-out to support staff, Dwan, Randy and team, they are excellent, I would have given 4 stars but because of the team I had to give 5.
The maintenance guys at Camden are exceptional. Cecil was very professional and prompt in making me a priority when it came to giving me a jump start on my car. I really appreciated it.

UPDATE: I spoke again with Carmen at Camden Creekstone, and it appears upon further reflection on my valid concerns about the poor communication during the move out process, it became more clear to the Camden Creekstone team what should have been done. Carmen, per usual, was very professional and decided to removed the charges that were posted to my account. All in all, Camden Creekstone is a great place to live, and with a few adjustments to their communication and follow through processes, I wouldve had a near perfect experience! No one is perfect, so I am grateful for Camdens eventual commitment to doing the right thing!---Really, Id say 3.5 stars, but that isnt an option so, 3 stars it is. This is my honest review. Ive lived in Camden properties since 2013 and always had a positive experience. The Camden customer service model is on point... so I hate to not be able to give this place 5 stars.PROSThe ladies in the office are professional and always nice. The maintenance team is A-1 and helpful. I always felt safe there, and although it is apartment-style living, the community is pretty quiet.CONSPeople park where they want in what is supposed to be temporary parking and block the driveway overnight. The office poses lofty, yet idle threats to boot cars. I havent seen one boot on one car...ever. Its like the parents that always try to be their kids friends: theyre fun, but you cant actually take them seriously.Water, cable, and internet are inconsistent. Not their fault, right? True. But those services are billed through Camden, so theyll still charge you for em though. Pony up.Be aware that upon move out, a walk through means nothing. In fact, it is quite conveniently possible that no one will even remember doing your walk through and that regardless, you may be charged for miscellaneous repairs after you move out. No pictures... no details... just a statement in your email with the itemized costs.If you have a pet or perhaps youre just clumsy and waste something on the carpet that they claim that they cannot remove, the ENTIRE apartment carpet must be replaced, so Im told. What about your pet fee and pet rent, you ask? Oh, thats just $1,000+ over the term of your lease for... them letting you have a pet, I suppose? Im sure theyll say something different when/if they respond to this review.If you (or their maintenance staff in my case) mount your TV, someone may tell you not to worry about patching up the screw holes. DONT LISTEN. You will be charged (in all fairness I argued this, and they waived the charge, but you may not be so lucky).I understand everyone has policies... perhaps policies that are stated in the 30-page lease agreement. And perhaps I shouldve committed the lease to memory. But with a property caliber (and rent price) of Camden, I expect CLEAR communication. I dont expect to be told a walk through was completed - youre good to go and then be charged. Maybe they cant anticipate certain costs upon move out... okay. Tell your residents that PRIOR to move out.So heres my advice: sure, I guess... move here if youd like. But take a ton of pictures and videos upon move out, demand emails and documentation, take notes during conversations, maybe even record conversations, note dates you were told things, etc., and even then... squirrel away some money for any subsequent charges and cross your fingers. Alas, youre at their mercy.
I have lived at this apartment complex for 8 months now and have had a great experience. The staff has been very good and attentive to any needs I have, especially Josefin and the maintenance staff. I had to place a service call for some lights out that I put in yesterday and today all was fixed and they even did a fix on my faucet to help it run better when I hadnt even asked. Maintenance always responds within 24 hours. They do some great social events (even with free food). One of the best things is how quiet the apartments are. Despite being right next to 285, I almost never hear traffic! The apartments are in a great area without too much traffic. I definitely plan on renewing my lease.

Apartment service response is good except for printer which remain without ink for more than a week. Apartment inside design is good but open space in community is very less outside. Staff are good but in few case staff knowledge about lease breakage is not correct. A/C noise come to bedroom too much even after we close window.
I’ve lived here for 5 years and I love it mainly because my maintenance team is always fast and friendly Mike and Dwan are awesome and the leasing office Ally and Anne always helpful Thanks for being awesome!I’m on my 6th year and these apartments have gone down the maintenance is still great but the tenants and the manager are more like 1 star although they do have Anesa and a new guy who are pretty awesome, what really sucks is the ghetto neighbors and the condescending property manager Jasmine I don’t want to move but for my peace I may have too.
Ive lived at Camden creekstone for 4 years now and I absolutely love it. The apartments are spacious and have great features and appliances. Huge bathrooms and walk in closets. The property is so quiet and well maintained. Neighbors are well behaved young professionals so there are never any issues with them. The parking decks have cameras and plenty of space; the entrance and exit also have cameras so it feels pretty safe here. The maintenance staff is the best. They are professional and come as soon as you call. The office staff is wonderful as well. Joy (the new manager) and Josefin (leasing agent) are my absolute favorite! I use the office printer and fax machine a lot and these ladies are always there to help me with anything I may need. I highly recommend this property!

The staff at Creekstone has been by far the greatest I ever experienced while living in an apartment. They are willing to go the extra mile to help with any issues or concerns I may have.
Being a Camden employee, location is an important part of why I chose to live at Camden Creekstone. It is conveniently located close to all of the major highways which makes commuting a breeze. The office and maintenance team are always willing to lend a helping hand when needed. Thank you Camden Creekstone!
The apartments are nice and contain diverse neighbors. Service request are handle within a reasonable time. My experience has been ok. The rent goes up after year by $150.
Great maintenance service! One of the on-call workers Cecil woke up in the middle of the night to come check on my sink! Camden resolves any problem in a very timely manner :)
The location is great and the property is good. However, dont get too comfortable! When renewal time approaches you will be hit with an increase of over $150 and a callous excuse for it.Move here at your own risk! They do not care about resident retention, hence the revolving doors and constant moving trucks.
A decent place to live but there seems to always be something thats going wrong like the water hasnt been on since I got home last night that is unacceptable with no communication and the construction has been going on for a while. I think someone wrote earlier about them pressure washing the beeezeways with silt, dust and water everywhere raining down on u when ur trying to get to ur apt that was very unprofessional to have residents walk to their unit in that mess that should have been finished b4 people got off work they seem to not have it all together and I will not be renewing my lease too many issues
I have lived here for 7 years and I absolutely love it. Ive never had ANY major issues with my apt. Its a quiet place with friendly people the entire time Ive been here. Ive never had an issue with anyone in leasing office. They always work hard to resolve any type of minor problems that come up. Live being here! Even with Atlanta traffic, it makes it worth it to come HOME here.
Been here for nearly 3 years. I like the property better when I first moved here. There seems to always be an issue, such as, water outages and horrible internet with technology package. While the maintenance team is great, the office staff is HORRIBLE at communication. Rent is a bit extreme for the location and problems. There are more affordable properties in the area or closer to Buckhead. Roomie and I kind of regretted renewing the lease the last time. Will not be renewing the lease for a 3rd time.
My Experience here as been well for me. Having not lived in a apartment for many year. I am really enjoying the experience. Your Leasing Agent Josefin Blixt has been helpful to me from the first day of my stay here.She is very friendly and approachable. No matter how many times I have needed her assisted she always make me feel like it is her Joy to help me out.

From the day I came in on May 2015 and met Josefin I have been extremely pleased with living here at Camden Creekstone. I like the small apt complex. There are minimal children which is really good for a professional who wants a clean and quiet environment. The maintenance staff is very professional, polite and respond quickly to maintenance issues. There was one Assistant Manager Noe that was not professional or engaged with the residence. I think they have gotten rid of him since I have not seen him around. Please keep Josefin and your wonderful maintenance staff. I am going on my second year. Thanks Camden Creekstone!!!

People say perfect location, yeah right is on the side of the damn freeway !How is that a perfect location to live.
I thought it was a nice place to live but I got a rude awakening. Before you decide to live here, keep in mind that they are run by corporate.When we moved in, my Husband asked if they accept credit card, NOT debit, CREDIT. Im assuming she didnt really know the answer to that question, or she thought he said debit, because she said yes. So a couple of months in, we decide that we want to pay with credit card on the 2nd (This isnt included as late). It was approved that day and we got a confirmation number. Come the 8th and I get a letter from Camden Creekstone stating that rent is late and if they dont receive the rent plus the 10% late fee and the other 5% fee included, we would have to leave by 12 noon the next day.End of story. We payed on time. We still were issued a big late fee, they had 6 days to tell us that they do not take credit card and that our payment didnt go through. For 6 days, my Husband and I had in our minds that our rent was paid not knowing that we were going to get a huge awakening.Very friendly office staff. I dont blame them in particularly, I just think that they need to be thorough when training staff members to know basic questions, especially when it can result in the tenant getting kicked out and paying fees unjustly.

Where do I even begin. Monthly car break-ins, loud disturbing neighbors, late trash pick up, weekly service requests due to outdated apartments, poor parking, poor screening of new residents and new management. Who hired these people to even run the front office? Their whole family lives in the complex. I literally feel like I live in some low income housing apartments but Im paying an outrageous price. This place sucks! Its sooooo ratchet. Theyre in the middle of upgrading the apartments when they need to invest in a elevator and a security guard. This place needs to be closed. I dont know how much longer I can live here. Move to Two Blocks! Its waaaaaay better!
Boy! When I tell you, Ive never met a service manager that took initiative like this one.....EVER!! Dwan was amazing!I arrived at the leasing office on a Saturday, while a little mishap was occurring ; which required the attention of the management staff, Dwan noticed and jumped right in to assist me to avoid me from waiting.Not only did he explain the kios but he actually did the complete tour of the community and amenities. How great is that!! He is a true asset to the Community and Company.He spoke very highly of Camden and how they take such good care of their employees. His enthusiasm exemplified that.Dwan Thank you!! And kudos to Ally and Sharon as well for their politeness and care.
I lived in Camden Creekstone for 4 years probably the best complex on the exit. The maintenance staff is attentive and efficient Dwan, Randy, and Ronald make an excellent team most of the time they would come the same day if the request was put in early enough. The grounds were always clean I dont recall ever seeing any bugs in mi casa super clean! They really do pride themselves in taking care of the property. I cant say enough about the ladies in the office they were super sweet always a pleasure to work with Ally and Joponica were not only professional but they made sure to show appreciation to the residents as well...Although I am still in the area I will truly miss this place...a great place for quiet young professionals plenty of peace of mind coming home to this place.
I moved in the Camden 4 months ago and I just love it!! the girl is Absolutely Wonderful from the first day I moved in, she is always very polite and extremely helpful! Josefin is the best! Plus the maintenance staff are great as well! They are always smiling and such great help I dont think I would ever move! Ask for Josefin Blixt and you would be pleased just as I am!
I had lived at this appartment for one year and moved recently becoz of my daughter school.i had a great experience and the staff was good.i appreciate how much they care about ur needs here.especcially frount office women Annie she is very lovely .i appreciate you all have done for us.Tnx Camden I’m so happy living there .

I like living here for the convenient location and value. Parking is good and common areas are always clean. Pool and gym on grounds is a plus. Maintenance guys are great and respond quickly. Office staff are nicer when you dont live here lol. Jk. Alexandra, Tiffany and Josefin are pretty cool. Mandatory valet trash and only Commie-cast cable allowed sucks but not a deal breaker.
The leasing agent Josefin Blixt was spectacular! She was very thorough in my apartment walk thru and ensured we did not rush the process. She made me feel extremely comfortable & valued as a new resident. I am really excited about calling this my home again. I lived here when it was the Estates of Dunwoody & I must say the Camden has made an even better impression! :)
I had a very easy and painless time leasing an apartment here. The leasing agent Josefin was very helpful in showing me all the options available and several floorplans. As I was very indecisive about selecting my floorplan according to my budget, she had unlimited patience and understanding about the situation I was in regarding myself. After deciding on a floorplan, we found the best available apartment and the application process was painless and expedited. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a personable agent who cares about ones needs and is not around to sell the best unit at the best price. She was very easy to talk to and personable when it came to my needs and she also did a great job explaining the community and how things work. Overall, she helped the transition of moving back to Atlanta much easier than expected. The only gripe that I have is the parking is often packed at night, and the lack of elevators has added to my extremely muscular build
After shopping for almost 1 months and going over 15 Appartment tours, we shortlisted Camden Creekstone.Its only been 3 weeks I moved to Camden Creekstone and Im already impressed and convinced with my decision.Firstly, its a small community, it has only around 5 buildings I guess. Small communities have its own set of advantages. Nice people around. It has Huge huge parking space.Community service does scheduled cleaning with water of corridors every week.Ideally we raise a service request to get things done, in here its the same but if you find any one around the community, they will walk with you to get it fixed.When I first moved, I noticed old Washer and dryers, I discussed this over a chat with the Staff Josefin, in response to that, they were replaced with brand new washer and dryers within 3 days.The Leasing consultant Josefin Blixt is awesome, most approachable, you will see her in the office almost all 7 days a week. Most importantly, she will make sure any of your concerns are immediately addressed.For 1 bedrooms, Cottonwoods are 850 Sqft, they also have a separate furnished office and Birch are 780. I do not know about 2 bedrooms.All the layouts here have huge closets, patios, bath.Rent here included Washer and dryer and Vallet trashSome of the cons -- Appartment community office doesnt accept your packages, they will be delivered to your door. Of course like any other community they have mail boxes. I hope they do something about it.- No specials. Atleast I didnt get any.- No tennis court.Otherwise, so far so awesome.I hope this review help you make appropriate decision while you Shop for the appartments.I highly recommend this community.
I am writing this review for the office staff at Camden Creekstone Apartments, 1945 Savoy Drive, Atlanta, GA. I truly appreciate the professional and enthusiastic customer service provided by Josefin Blixt and Chantelle Jacks. They have been outstanding in their support of the residents and of our concerns. In particular, I wish to express my appreciation for the hard work by them when issues have come up and after making them aware of the situation, they were dealt with in a very timely manner. I have dealt with Josefin the longest and she has always handled my issues or concerns in a professional manner.Also, the maintenance team has consistently demonstrated excellent service to the residents. I have absolutely loved living at Camden creekstone so far. My leasing agent Josefin has been nothing but amazing. Everytime I call the office she always answers and helps me with anything I need. You can tell she genuinely cares about me and the other residents here. Even if I come in the office and she is busy she greets me and happily lets me know she will be right with me. Its rare to come across great customer service like the kind she provides. I never want her to leave lol. I also want to point out that Dwan is the most charismatic part of the maintenance team. He always follows up with me after I have put in a maintenance request.

Stolen cars, keyed cars, break ins constantly, vandalism. No security. Very unsafe. Fires randomly set across the property. Horrible place to live.

Gilberto gave an excellent experience for my first time. The complex was very clean and quiet. I was impressed and this place was so much more than I expected.
