I have lived here for about 6 months. I have had work orders in since I moved in (which was delayed to complete work in the apartment).They have been aggressive and unresponsive when following up.They have written passive aggressive emails. Showed up multiple times (sometimes in the same day) without notice to look at things that need to be fixed, and still havent fixed them.I am pretty upset at how this is turning out. Ive been polite, patient, and understanding. Yet I feel that my kindness was taken for granted and turned out to cause me to be ignored as a tenant.I would not recommend this place.

Definitely not the smooth, sleek look the website claims. I was told to look on Apartments.com to see updated pictures... why arent they on their own website?I had to call 4 separate times for someone to pick up, and spoke with someone that was super cagey about me getting any information or pamphlets. Was told to call when I was at the front to get let in... but I was able to get in because someone walked out. No one was at the front desk and had to call another 2 times to ask for directions to the leasing office. Which is in the basement, cluttered with stuff. The woman I spoke with had to scroll around in her email for information to print for me and wasnt exactly forthcoming with any info like any other leasing agent would be while I was waiting.Maybe its a good loft for first time renting college students, so they can experience renting... but not for professionals.

Had some hiccups with finding a place to live at school. Brandon and Tikki were very helpful and made us feel like family to find us a place to live were happy with. They also walked us through the whole leasing process. I can’t say enough about how much they helped.

Tara was amazing and helped me find the perfect loft for my needs. Excellent location and excellent amenities. I would definitely recommend Tara and Muse’s Lofts to everyone looking to live downtown.

I came to tour the beautiful apartment homes, Muses Lofts, last week. Although I did not rent, I did enjoy my tour of the community. Tara was very helpful. She seemed as if her main goal was to help me find the right apartment. I would give this community 10 stars if it were an option.Thank you Tara!

Went here to tour with debbie and it was amazing. I was welcomed and greeted by Tara and she was so sweet. I highly recommend going there and checking it out.

This is a great residence. I have lived here over two years and couldnt be any more happy with The Muses. Its so close to campus, GSU, and everything downtown. Really great to be in the CENTER of Atlanta. 30 second walk to the 5 points Marta Station. Quick bike ride to pretty much any of Atlanta. Or, of course, driving, which I would recommend LAZ parking at 100 Luckie Street. Parking on the street is not always the best thing to do, but always quick and easy for temporary parking through the week or any time on the weekends. Before 6-7 AM weekdays.Great place!
