First time going to a barbershop for a haircut because I wanted the pompedour style and I didnt want to leave it up to great clips employees. I got a guy named malika. Cool dude, and was willing to hear things that I wanted while the haircut was happening. Being able to make corrections or changes from a client while maintaining a positive attitude is a big deal to me. He did awesome and Im loving my haircut. HELL YEA!

I scheduled hours prior and came to my appointment early, but they took walk ins first so I waited an *hour*. And then when I finally got the haircut it was horrible, I had to go back to my dorm and fix it myself. Would not recommend.

If you make an appointment with a paying client please keep it. At least give them the benefit of the doubt that they will be there at the appointed time. If they are not there by the appointed time THEN you should take walkins. A walk-in client should be able to understand you keeping an appointment. I was 10 minutes ahead of time and waited about 15 mins past my appointment time only to leave because I like many people have a busy schedule.

I made an appointment with Mikayla. I had a wonderful experience. She did a great job. I would highly reccomend her.

Tried to book with them twice. This last time will be the last. I booked days ahead. The day of the appointment they asked by automated text to reschedule it a half hour later in the day. I was fine with that and let them know. After receiving a text confirming their requested reschedule, an hour later they cancelled it via automated text. No call, no text back to my question answering why. They have not answered any call to their business line during business hours. Never going back.

Like other people, my appointment with Joe the Barber was pushed back an hour, and then he never showed up. I ended up walking over to All Cuts barber shop where I had an excellent conversation with the barber, got a great haircut by an actual barber, and I will definitely be going back to All Cuts.

Youve gotta be brain dead to walk in that dump and pay $25 dollars for a terrible haircut. This place is GHETTO and sketchy. Dont waste your time like I did.
