I’ve scheduled four appointments at Primetime the the first two were great. The last two I’ve been no showed on with no communication.

Got my cut done by Anthony, booked through the online appointment system. First of all, weve needed a place like this in Ames forever ... no more driving to Des Moines for a fade done right - this location is on Main Street which is central Ames. Anthony was very welcoming and interesting to talk with in the laid back atmosphere. The haircut was done in less than 30 minutes and I was on my way. Very happy with my 1-3 fade on sides and trim up top. Pricing very reasonable, paid in cash. Thank you and I will be back soon.

I showed up for my appointment and nobody was there and nobody would answer any of the phone numbers I found online even though they answered when I made the appointment, looks like Im cutting my own hair for my anniversary. NEVER give this place your time or money.

I couldnt speak highly enough about these guys! Its a new shop, but its already better than any in Ames. Theyre still in the beginning/building stage but it is literally the only barber Ive been to from Virginia to Iowa or anywhere in between I would legitimately go out of my way to go to go to. Unmatched.
