I dont know how many times i have walked in to be told there is nobody available. Its useless to call it a Salon. Just call it a store in a store that you can buy most product in walmart that you need anyway. Would not recommend.

Tienna is such a nice gal! Trimmed my bangs and did a $6 deep conditioning on me in preparation for baby and postpartum (Im 39 weeks!). I had a great time chatting with her and hope to see her for my next appointment after baby :)

I was not acknowledged upon entering for several minutes. I was told it would be 20 minute wait, even though it did not appear any customers were in the salon. They took my phone number but never called me when it was time for the appointment. We walked back by about 10 minutes later and the stylist was just looking on her phone with another woman. And the stylist was wearing what appeared to be pajamas. The corporate level also made nothing but excuses for the behavior.

We went in to get my nephews hair cut for the summer and was told that she had appointments scheduled for 20 minutes and didnt have time to do the hair cut. Walked around the Walmart there in Ames for 45 minutes and when we left she was sitting in the corner of the salon on her phone.

Went in to get my hair THINNED ONLY. the hair stylist asked me if I wanted her to trim the dead ends off and said yes after I got home and washed my hair I could tell right away that there was something wrong and went to work and my employees and customers noticed asked why I had 3 inches cut off. This happened Oct 30 in wal mart in Ames Iowa and the employee a big black lady of the hair salon called me and my daughter METH HEADS. I called and wanted my money back for them messing my hair up. Will never EVER GO IN THAT SALON EVER AGAIN.

They were closed when the website said they were supposed to be open. Also, customers are frequently turned away due to understaffing.

Never have enough staff. You cant get in for an appointment
