Great facilities, very clean and safe!! My stylist was personable, friendly, and did a great job! I got the MVP treatment which entailed a hot towel and scalp massage. It was super affordable and definitely re-energized me. I plan to go back as soon as I need another haircut.

Online scheduling went well. Communication with stylist was successful, even though my son tried to change the directions she still followed thru with the direction that I gave 👍These hair cuts are a little pricey compared to other places, but I do the MVP experience which is a spa like treatment and to think what women pay to get this done is a fraction of the cost. I know my son loves the special treatment.

My Boyfriend, his sons, as well as my son have all gone here religiously for years and they are always pleased with the customer experience and how their hair looks at the end. I think that they all look nice coming out as well and it doesn’t seem like there’s ever too much of a wait time, especially if you set your appointment online beforehand.

Sides uneven, random uncut strands of hair all over, generally very poorly cut. Looks like something that might be done by someone who has cut their friends hair a few times but doesnt actually know what theyre doing. Will never go back to this place

The haircut turned out all right but the lady cutting my hair made a forced conversation very awkward and I dont feel like I got my moneys worth bumping up to the mvp experience because she didnt put any effort into the rest of the things that you pay for.

Given the current circumstances you must wear a mask while having your hair cut. Thus it is hard to be negative when they are working under difficult circumstances. My haircut was okay. When they under less pressure, I will give them another opportunity.

There is never the same stylist, and I hate not being able to make the appointment in advance. Also quality of the cuts is not good, just would not recommend

Wait times can vary from 10-15 minutes to over 2 hours. Make sure your check in online to see what the wait time will be. The stylists range from really good got exactly what I wanted to might just buzz my hair off when I get home. I do recommend the MVP while youre there since that massage and hot towel feels awesome.

Went in with my significant other and a very specific picture and request of what we wanted my hair to look like. It required a simple fade on the sides, and to leave the top long. We made it VERY clear multiple times that we wanted to start small on the top and go from there, as we wanted to keep the top long. First thing she does after trimming my sides is chop about 3-4 inches of my hair off. It was too late to say anything at that point. She completely ignored our request. She asked if I wanted the MVP treatment, I said no. She then asked if I wanted my hair washed, and thinking it was different than the MVP, I said it didnt matter. I was still charged for the MVP treatment. Not only that, she shaved a literal BALD SPOT on the back of my head that my girlfriend noticed later that night, at the bottom of the fade. If I wanted to spend $25 on a haircut, Id go to an actual salon where they actually listen to the customer about what they want, and dont give me a bald spot. If you go here, ask for a manager to do your hair.

Last two times Ive been to this location Ive gotten home only to realize I overpaid for a terrible haircut. Getting a high fade and buzzing the top is about as basic as it gets. If I have to get my own clippers out and even it up at home its not worth my time and money.

Very disappointed!!! On a recent snowy night I called first to make sure they werent closing early due to the weather. The gal on the phone told me they would be there until 8:00 and the latest they would take a walk-in was 7:45. My son and I got drove in from out of town and got there at 7:35 only to find all the lights off and the girls closing the register. When I went to the door a gal said they were closing due to the weather - needless to say, I was a little ticked and will not go back!!!!We went down the street to Super Cuts and got the BEST service - they werent closing early due to the weather. This will be our new salon! I would totally recommend Super Cuts!!! Travis and Ashley were very pleasant and did a great job!!!PS - would rate this place a 0 but the lowest I could give was a 1 star.

Horrible experience. Sat and listened to one of the workers brag about how many times they’ve gotten hit on while giving me the worst haircut I’ve gotten in years. Not a big YELP/Google review guy but I don’t want anyone to have to have their hair botched like mine is currently in the future.

I use them for my sons haircuts. Ill admit weve had one haircut experience that was less than awesome but every other time I have requested the manager, Sara, and Im very happy with her work. She manages to give my squirming, crying toddler a stylish haircut and maintains a smile and great attitude while doing it!

Hate the hard sell at the end, I like other locations better. They seemed pretty upset that I didnt want to chop all my hair off, even though Im Native American and I explained it was against my beliefs they still attempted to talk me into a full makeover which constituted chopping all my hair

My husband recently had a haircut from this place and we are NEVER going back again after our experience. The lady clerk looked like she didnt want to be there and rolled her eyes at us when she couldnt find my husband in the system. She also butted in after the cut and charged us DOUBLE for having the hair dresser fix the cut since it looked a bit odd. If you see a girl who has big bouffant hair and is slightly red in color, dont even bother going there that day. She also was eating most of the time and just looked like she was about to flip out at anytime.

I go there all the time, and pretty much the only person there that does a good job is the lady with the poofyish red hair. Ive had more tgan my fair share of lopsided sideburns, thicker sections of hair etc from the others but ill never forget the time the lady in question came over and fixed it up perfectly and quickly, and because of that i rate it highly. There was one time however when a newer girl coerced me into doing the more expensive treatment, the hair washing etc when i never wanted it. It bumped up the price and i was not okay with that.

I went in today and asked if I could get a no guard on the side and cut a tiny bit off the top I had 4-5 inches and now I’m almost bald I made it clear I wanted a tiny bit cut off the top and first cut she made on the top cut off like 2 inches so it was to late at that that point and now I’m going to school embarrassed because I’m almost bald
