One of the nicer places I have been to. A little bit pricey compared to other shops but my first set from than lasted almost 5 weeks. Great nail art lady she free handed my design and I absolutely loved it.

I’ve been going there for about 2 years now but the last few times I was unimpressed. I had broken a nail and asked for a tip on the broken one (my natural nails were pretty long) and the tech started cutting all my nails off and added tips to all my nails. Asked for ombré and it just looks like two color blocks. My friend went with me and she left with 8/10 of her cuticles bleeding and a huge cut on her finger. Probably going to find a new place.

I have been going to them for 6 months first three times Kenny did a sloppy job so I started making appointments with Julie she did a great job besides I could never get the color I wanted. Yesterday my nail broke so I called in an Julie was off so I went in anyway because I had a birthday dinner to go to and Kenny did my nails the shape was very good but the color I chose was nothing like what was on my nails they were pretty much clear I paid and got home and decided it just wasn’t going to work so I went back this morning and they tried again and still charged me 20 dollars for a not so great job. I would not recommend serenity nails. All together paid 60 dollars for nails.

My nails always look amazing, and I never really have a bad experience here. They recognize my mom and I everytime we come in, and they treat us with the best customer service. I would always recommend coming here, and plus the prices are good.

Came here to get my nails done and had a horrible experience. First off the lady charged to shaped the nails! Next she charged me because she cut my nails too short and I mentioned that I didn’t like them. And to finish off the bad experience, she kept cutting me. It seemed almost purposely. She would cut me, then ask me if it hurt!!!! So obviously she knew what she was doing!! Lastly the nails are not symmetrical whatsoever! I was afraid to ask her to fix them because she might charge me for her mistakes!!!

I wanted a ombre nail design and it is to separate colors not even blended together. All my nails are uneven and they’re not smooth some of them are every fat on the corners. To top things all off he had a picture to reference from and still couldn’t/didn’t tell me that he couldn’t do it.

Ive been going to Pau for about 5 years. Never once had a complaint. My nails are always so beautiful and i get SO many compliments! Cant get this kind of service anywhere else in Amarillo! I love everyone there....very friendly and family like environment! I HIGHLY recommend Serenity Nails & Spa!!!

The lady never spoke to me I had asked for a simple palm tree design I ended up with a big black blob. Before I could ask her to correct it she stood up and walked to another lady. I tried to speak to someone about it but they were out at the time will never go back

My wife loved her nails and service was great but her nails were kind of thin so they did break pretty quickly

Service was great with each attendant taking care of my kids and I. There was a personal touch except that they kept speaking their language which kinda made me uncomfortable. Overall, highly recommended.

We had a group of 5 that came in. 3 people left Unsatisfied. I asked for a coffin shape and ended up with a half of my nails rounded square. They didn’t have the first two colors that I picked (not a huge deal). The lady never spoke to me and left as soon as she was done. My nails are not even nor smooth. They were so focused on getting the next people in that they did not take the time to do it right. I ended up with some half shape wavy nails. There are too many great places in town to come back here.

They will do everything to make your visit worth your time and money.

All I got was a pedicure with a friend but it was a great experience. They were so patient to both of us. We are both very ticklish on our feet so it made their jobs a little difficult but they continued and giggled with us. Even though my friend who is a guy wanted to get his nails painted got left out. I just told them that he wanted his nails done and they did so without complaining just giggling because Im sure that doesnt happen very often. All in all very nice, patient, and friendly. I would recommend to anybody! I had John!

Technician was hurting me and i mentioned 3x that i had arthritic feet and was tender from former surgeries but she kept getting rough. Ive never had a problem anywhere else and ive been to SEVERAL salons and never been hurt before this time. Will NOT go back.

Very friendly and the salon is very clean, they use liners in the pedicure bowls which is very important for me. Pricing is fair, Quality of their work is very good, they are very friendly and nice people and their local. I would highly recommend them. They also serve beverages. Theres a young man that plays the plays piano while you get your mani/pedi very relaxing.

Went to this place July 30, 2018. The man was very rude the one when you walk in on the left hand side. Nu Nguyen the one that has lime green in his watch . Didn’t offer my daughter and Ime nothing to drink like they usually do . Had the nerds to say if that color don’t stay on long it’s not his fault. You just give me the color I want. The worst service we ever had him. Never ever will go back him again will also tell my other friends about this place . We’re done here.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! NEW OWNERS & STAFF ARE AWFUL!!!After coming here for the past two years I will not be back. The last time my pedicure came out completely messed up. And my fingers were cut three times. The tech did not seem to want to take her time removing the gel on my natural nails. The second time I kept insisting that the dip was chunky and needed fixing. Finally another nail tech fixed them. This was after I said I wanted the delux mani pedi combo for $55. To my surprise I’m charged over $90 at the counter. Then they proceed to get into an argument with me about pricing. And they can’t even keep their stories straight. It was “$2” cheaper. So she just hands me $2 after charging my card. I will not be back! After Paul sold the place it’s gone downhill. Find somewhere else.

Unimpressed when I went in last Thursday for fills and pedi. Person did not greet and others were rude. A friend encouraged me to go again. Im going back today and see if it will be better.

I had a terrible experience. I dont even know the guy who did my nails name, but not only are they uneven, but the black powder that he put on my nails doesnt cover my whole nail, a quarter of it is showing. My stones fell off the SAME DAY I got them done, nd I asked for matte but he made them shiny. At one point he pulled out a gold head for the electric nail file nd started filing my nail, then put it down nd said, what am I doing? I dont think the whole salon is bad, but the guy I had just did an awful job. Very disappointed.
