Always have a great experience with B Nails. Been a customer since i moved to Amarillo and each time Bobby just wows me. To the simplest to the most complex nail art i try to have him re-create. Such talent. Everyone is nice and keep the place as tidy as they could. Only place i trust my nails with. I would recommend in a heart beat.

Worst pedicure ever. She cut my toenails but didn’t file them properly, she got up multiple times during the pedicure to go and do some thing else. When doing the massage on my leg she only used one hand and used the other hand to clean up the area and throw trash away. My feet were still rough, she didn’t get the calluses off and dry skin off of my feet. It only lasted 20 minutes and was very poorly done. I recently had back surgery and was unable to look at my feet until I got home and was disgusted at the poor quality.

Went with a friend both times, my first visit was great, we got Olivia and Sadie and our nails came out perfect, our second time wasnt so great, we got we got 2 other ladies thinking they would also do a great job but we walked out disappointed, the design I got is messy and I feel like she was rushing to finish the job and i honestly feel like i payed way too much for this, I will keep going but i will always make sure i never ask for those 2.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I did not have an appointment but they got me in quickly. The receptionist help me pick my colors and we got started right away. Katherine was my nail tech and she was great! We chatted while she worked. I shared my concerns with her, based on past experiences at other places. She heard me and personalized my nails to me. My nails are perfect! I have already scheduled my next appointment!

Noy was very kind and professional. She even stayed late to make sure my nails looked excellent. I have found my new Forever place. B nails was clean and inviting. The receptionist was super fun and sweet. This is the only place I will go from now on!

I really enjoyed having my nails done here. Everyone was very friendly, professional and courteous. My nail tech took her time, and made sure to clean up all around my nails before she began. She did a wonderful job on my dip. I had some nail art put on my ring finger and it turned out very pretty. I appreciate the fact that no one was in a hurry, and that they truly seem to care about your satisfaction here. I love my nails. I will be back.

All nail techs there are more attentive to my care more then any have ever been! Very inviting when you first walk in greeted with a receptionist who are also very attentive! I took my father for his first pedicure being a man he wanted something basic I of course got him the deluxe pedicure. The staff was so sweet they took very good care of him and explained things along the way. He is hooked he loved it and Is nowplanning to go every 3 weeks.My pedi took a little longer as the gel Polish would not dry on 2 of my toes but the staff finally got it and even gave me a discount for the delay. Over all my pedi was delightful and relaxing Minh is great at her craft.I also had a new set and my eye brows waxed by Chip. I will always ask for her from here on out. She was super gentle and quick with the wax. I love the way she shaped my brows and this was the first time I’ve gotten a brow wax and didn’t leave with wax on my face or in my hair (that happened else where btw) now about this fresh set of acrylics absolutely beautiful I of course had a pic but I didn’t want those exact nails I just liked the color scheme Chip freestyled and I am in love with how they came out! I will always let her freestyle she is very creative.I’d also like to add the place was clean, the massage chairs are amazing even worked a knot out of my shoulder. The manicure chairs are super comfy as well. All the staff was friendly and helpful.

Kenny did an AMAZING job on my nails! BNails is the only place in Amarillo that I feel like has techs who can do complicated designs really well. And Kenny is so talented!!

I brought my mother and son for our first visit to B Nails. I have tried other salons in Amarillo, but I believe I have found my salon. My mother is very particular about how her nails are done and uses her stylist in her home town, but she commented that Tia did an even more amazing job! Kathryn did my son’s pedicure and my manicure. We were both extremely happy with how our nails turned out. I have already booked my next appointment. This was a wonderful experience!

At first I had an appointment with Kendra but after waiting 30+ minutes past my appointment time, Kendra had the front desk girl change me to someone else since she wasn’t going to do my pedicure. They moved me to Nancy and let me tell you. Best decision ever! Nancy is amazing! She let my boyfriend sit next to me and use the massage chair as I got my pedicure, she was funny, took her time and didn’t make me feel rushed, she’s great with attention to detail and even fixed my nail after I messed it up on the frying table. I will forever go back to Nancy!

Terrible job, the top shiny coat is terrible and bumpy and messed up. The color I chose looked fine but the final appearance looked sloppy. I think her name is Emmy, and she was so condescending and rude at the beginning of the appointment. She left my nails SUPER sharp where they snagged my clothes after and just filed them horrible, not even in length and had to come home and try and fix them myself, and I absolutely HATE them. Overpriced and a complete WASTE of money. She had gloves on and probably didn’t change them all day...#Disgusting...like if you’re gonna wear gloves then better change them in between clients because then it’s just major cross contamination and gross like she’s wearing the gloves to protect HERself not to protect her clients or to keep things cleanly. Will not come back. Highly disappointed and would not recommend to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere!

Tia did a horrible job on my pedicure. I complained to the lady manager and nothing was done about it.

When I first went there I had a great experience with Kenny! I then went to someone different for a fill (trying to figure out who I like the best) and my nails turned out horrible. They were not even on both sides and they were incredibly chunky! If anyone goes I REALLY recommend Kenny. I am still debating if I should go back and get them redone.

My nails were all bumpy and rough it took over 2 hours. I called them to see if they could fix it and just smooth it out and the girl over the phone stated she would call me back the next day after speaking to the manager. I never got a call back. My nails came off in a week. Will never use this place again. Waste of money and time!

I found B Nails when things opened up last year.I go every month for a manicure and a pedicure. I love the staff and the store.They are the cleanest store I have been to. Nancy does a great pedicure and Lee is the Best Nail Artist ever.He always does the most beautiful and creative nails.

I was very pleased with my initial experience here. The staff was friendly and I received great service. However, I cannot say the same for my second visit. I even upgraded my service but felt rushed and did not receive the service that was requested. Then, to top it off, I was called (hours later) and accused of walking out without paying, after spending almost $200. The phone call was rude and accusing with no regard that it may have been their error. Hoping this was an isolated incident but won’t return to find out.

This was my first time visiting but it will not be my last. Love the attention to detail Andy provided. He didn’t seem rushed and made sure they looked great and that I was pleased.My teen had a manicure and it was beautifully done. She loves the color and that the polish will last a long time. I had an appointment at 2:00pm for two manicures. My husband got his done by Nancy and mine was supposed to be done by Tony but he was running behind so I waited. My husband got done and I was still waiting. They assigned me to another person because Tony was running to late but I saw him walking around the shop. So after waiting 45 y I finally got in. The guy did a horrible job for the $15.00 they charged me. He just cut my nails, filed them and put lotion to try to get some of my cuticles. I will not go back 😡

But after hearing multiple horror stories from friends and family about subpar customer service (even to regular customers), something didn’t add up. I then learned that customers receive a discount for posting a positive review. As an avid Google review reader, it’s important to know what incentives motivate ratings and feedback. Knowing about Bnails’ incentive program helps clarify for me the discrepancy between what I’ve read online and what I’ve heard firsthand.Bnails no doubt has many satisfied customers and can do great work. But it’s concerning that dissatisfied client voices can be so out numbered by reviews that do not always represent the true opinions of clients.

Lately I have been frustrated with other nail salons that tell me they can get you in right now only to find myself waiting 45 mins or more for a technician in a pedi chair with water getting cold. Also have been shopping around to find someone who can do a more unique and complex design. This place was amazing! Especially during this time, it was really important to feel safe at a nail salon and they went above and beyond. Unfortunately I did get my techs name but she was amazing! I can never keep acrylics on for more than a week and I am almost to 2 weeks! She was also hilarious and a great person to talk to! I loved my experience!

I had my nails and toes done. After a few days, nails peeled off. Since they displayed a huge sign indicating they had a two week guarantee, I called to get the three nails repaired (I called on Thursday.) I was told that since the weekend was their busiest days, they would not repair my nails until the following week. They were more concerned about the business they would receive on the weekend instead of taking care of me bc they already had my money. There are places on every corner. I would simply choose to go elsewhere.UPDATEYou really should be concerned as it was your manager who could have made me happy by simply fixing the nails. But it was her that made the overall decision.

Loved this place great service, nice staff and quick. I went in on my lunch and Andy got me in and out with plenty of time to get back to work. It was my first time trying B-nails and ill definitely be a returning customer.

I had scheduled dip nails for my daughter and I and due to a scheduling error, we were scheduled an hour earlier than my daughter could make it. Lee was able to change everything and get us in at the correct time.He made sure everything was satisfactory and even fixed my pedicure which had a bubble on one of the toes.

It was a really pleasant experience, caring and attentive. I especially liked the level of sanitation. Very clean. I also love Kendra and I will return soon.

Bnails is fantastic! They go out of their way to provide top notch customer service and to ensure you are happy and comfortable! I am so picky and each time my expectations are exceeded.

I think I ended up with a new nail tech, Im not happy with my nails at all, but after her third attempt and 2 and a half hours later, I just wanted to be done, so I settled. The first picture is what I wanted, the second is what I got 😒

My nails still look wonderful almost a month later..so glad I was able to go and treat my friend !
