Great place!

Quality work, reasonable pricing and they really came through for me in a pinch! I brought in a baby gown to be monogrammed and explained I would need it ASAP as I might deliver soon. They rushed my order for no extra fee and my item was ready the next day-which is the same day baby was born. Now he has a beautiful gown to come home in!

I dropped off two rolling luggage items to be monogrammed. I was glad their machine was able to accommodate these items. I liked the fonts they have as options. There were a lot of colors and fonts to choose from. The woman was helpful when I dropped them off. When I picked them up, and I realize it was four days before Christmas and they were very busy… But one of my fonts wasn’t exactly like I chose (had a lower case letter instead of upper case) and the other item had several small frayed threads. She did offer me a refund, But otherwise made a comment that “people don’t normally choose that font because it doesn’t look very good”… And I just felt like that was pretty rude. And unhelpful. She seemed pretty rushed and ready to get me out of her store . So I’m pretty satisfied with my items but they weren’t perfect. They did get ready sooner than anticipated though, so that was great. Also, they had a sign that they gift wrap all items with purchase, but she told me they didn’t have enough paper to wrap mine

Ordered a monogram towel and the thin stitching came off after the first washing. I asked about the stitching when she showed me the finished product, and the lady didnt seem interested in customer satisfaction. Never using them again.
