The nail technicians were super kind but I think they dont have enough staff. If they had more technicians, they would definitely be much faster. I went in for a pedicure and they did a decent job, but my nail design wasnt the best and my feet arent as soft as Ive gotten at other places. I think if you go alone with a plain nail color and feet arent in dire need of softening, I would recommend going.

They were a little busy when I got in so there was a bit of a wait. SNS turned out great. The guy who did it did a great job. My boyfriend got a pedicure and they gave him a full on leg and foot massage with parafin for only $35 for a whole hour. Recommend.

Id have to say this is one of the worst salons Ive ever been to. Ive been going to different salons for 7 years now...from California to Virginia. The lady who did mine acted like she had never done a pedi or nails before. My pedi wasnt done properly and my nails had to be redone. I was there over 3 hours so I had to come back the next day at my inconvenience.I was over charged on both and I was verbally threatened the next day by a lady(family member)who was there visiting an employee. All because I asked questions about the service and names so I could call the owner. I do have to give one of the employees credit she was very kind, did a great job and tried to make things right but other than that it was a nightmare.

Came to get a mani and pedi. I was looking for a salon that opened early. Rating was good so gave it a try. I haven’t even left yet and my mani is beyond expectations I didn’t even get color! Just a clear coat. I recommend for guys too! Got a cellac set $30 and worth every dollar!

This place is awful! I had gotten a gift certificate for Mothers Day and thought Id treat my niece to a mani/pedi a week or so ago. When we walked in and I didnt recognize any of the people working there. I have been going to Cellac nails for almost the past 2 years. I asked if Bin was working and the man up front said he was no longer working there so I asked for Nina. Shes no longer here either he said. He said we will do a good job for you! I explained that I had a gift certificate and got it out of my purse. A lady comes to the desk and they start speaking in Vietnamese or whatever language. Hes looking at the gc and saying Im sorry, you had this a long time. Since May? This is the last week of July! He says We are new owners since July 8th. (I may have that date wrong but they had just bought the place some time in July). I told him we both wanted to get a pedicure and a manicure for my neice and use my $35 guft cert. He says No, we cant accept the gc, we are new owners. He looked at the PRINTED certificate with Cellac Nails on it and saw that Kim had authorized it and then tried to call someone while I was standing there. Apparently he got a vm because he hung up snd didnt talk to anyone. I said This is a printed gift cert with Cellac Nails on it that I just got 2 1/2 months ago. Same business, same phone number, same location amd you mean to tell me youre not going to honor it?!? He says, No, we are new owners...sorry. But we do good job for you and having 20% off special now. I was so upset that I told him we would go and take our business elsewhere (as we were walking out the door). I cannot believe they are not honoring gift certificates from the PREV owner! Its the same location, same name of the business, same phone mumber, same everything!

The place looks clean, however Im not sure if their A.C. had gone out when I went, but it was uncomfortably warm inside. Im from the area, so this place is very convenient to go to. Also, idk what happened to all the previous reviews, but on one it said that they work on your pedi and mani in teams, which is very much true. I payed $20 for my pedi and thats cheapest best looking pedi Ive ever had. Ive payed people $35 for a pedi in the past and I was not satisfied.
