Cant get ahold of anyone to set up a appointment for a haircut

I stopped in here as a walk-in for a quick manicure. I appreciate that the manicurist squeezed me in, but I didn’t appreciate the fact that she cut my nails down nearly to the quick, didn’t buff my nails (when I asked just for a buff), and seemed totally put out (rolling eyes, heavy sigh) when I asked if I could have some lotion for my hands at the end of the “manicure” (there was no lotion, no massage).

Very good service ...recommended..
