My most favorite place to do my nails. They are so sweet. The offer you drinks. And if you are cold they make it the right temperature for you. It is clean inside and they make your nails fabulous! I just lost a pet and I asked Kristen to put his name on my ring finger and she did! She so sweet and made me feel better since I lost him. They will treat you so nice and make your nails beautiful!

Kristen and the Bellagio staff were all very friendly and welcoming as this was my first time in the salon. Best customer service in town hands down. Kristen is extremely talented. My nails look amazing!

I love my time I spend at Bellagio Nails! I have been coming to Bellagio for almost a year and I love how the staff has made it a point to remember me and take interest in getting to know me. Nygwen has been very good at making sure I am happy and goes above and beyond to help me make great color choices. I have been so blessed to find Kristen as my regular nail tech! She is SO creative and is awesome at coming up with unique and creative nail designs that have never been seen elsewhere. I am never bored with my nails and feel my nails showcase Kristen s skills each and every time. My nails are beautiful, natural looking, and better than ever! I can never say enough about this spa!

I haven’t been to Bellagio a ton of times however I have been on multiple occasions and spend well over $100 dollars every time I do go. I come from Dalhart and am always excited to stop at this salon because y’all have the best customer service, it’s always clean and Sky and Kristen are AMAZING at what they do. I’ve also never had a bad pedicure from anyone here! BUT I was in on Thursday, I will say I did not have an appointment I just walked in. I got a great pedi from a sweet lady that did a fantastic job as always. Then I went to get my nails done. Kristen was busy and took a look at the nails I was wanting to get and then another lady eventually sat down and started working on my nails. She was looking around the entire time and not focused on what she was doing. I had showed her the picture I wanted and told her I wanted a different shape then what the picture showed. However she made the shape into almond, I told her about it then she proceeded to take them off and start over while she argued with me that she thought I wanted what the picture showed.. okay moving on she corrected the shape of the nails but I had to tell her MANY times different nails were super crooked and uneven. Then she started working on the nail art which turned out extremely terrible!!! Every single nail she asked what I wanted done, she argued with me about everything, took forever and I am flat out embarrassed about how ugly they look!!!! After spending $115 plus tip for nails and pedi I have made an appointment at the nail salon here in Dalhart to get these fixed because I literally am embarrassed how childish these nails look and very disappointed because I have never received nails from your salon that weren’t absolutely beautiful. Within the hour I left the paint rubbed off on several nails and it’s also cracking and chipping but I’m not even that concerned about it because the job that was done on them is horrendous anyways. Im going to send pictures of what I asked for versus what I got. My 10 year old daughter could have done this to my nails. It’s very poorly done and I wish she would have just said I would need to wait on Kristen or sky or simply told me y’all did not have time. I would have understood, but this to me is totally uncalled for. I feel like I wasted a lot of money and was there for over 2 and a half hours to walk out with this mess of nails! The first picture is what I asked for. I also messaged their Facebook page before giving them a bad review and got no response.. pretty disappointed this was my favorite place and I ALWAYS recommend people to go here. That will not be happening again!

I went to Bellagio for my first time today and got my nails done by Kristen. She did any amazing job and really perfected them! She worked fast but also took the time to make sure there were no mistakes. She is very talented and was really sweet! Everyone there was very nice and the salon was very clean. They also got me seated down immediately and I was a walk in. Amazing service, sweet people, and beautiful salon! I definitely will be going again!

I wanted to get a simple dip with an almond tip and a simple design, and it cost $75. I had an appointment at 2:30, didnt start until 3:30 and finished around 5:30 because the nail tech kept leaving. After asking for an itemized receipt as to why the service was so expensive, one of the techs refused to provide it and told me I shouldve asked for the price before getting it done. After getting home my design started peeling and I had to return 4 times to finally get it fixed because the nail tech who did it, hadnt shown up each time, even after I called to confirm if I can go to get my nails fixed.Overall poor service experience, overpriced, and quality is not worth the time or money. Do not recommend this place! So many other places do more intricate, and phenomenal designs for half the price, and prioritize customers experience.

Stopped in for my 1st time for a pedi and tips w/ dip. I had cici for toes and Kristen for nails. Both ladies were so sweet! Kristen was the absolute best! I told her the two colors I wanted and to do whatever she wanted with that. She is sooo talented! I will definitely be back. Oh! And the salon was clean and all staff very welcoming!

I called ahead to get me and my friends nails done and I asked for solar on the phone. When we arrived I again stated that I was getting a full set of solar and they sat me with a guy who started doing my nails and it was not what I wanted at all. All of my nails were different lengths, different thickness, and all crooked. I asked several times if I was getting solar and was told yes. I explained multiple times that I had never gotten solar done the way he was doing them. He just kept on with what he was doing with no regard to my concerns or questions. He was NOT doing solar, and it wasnt until i told him to take them off that anyone stepped in. Now I have to go somewhere else because they werent even taken all the way off properly and I cant walk around like this. Highly disappointed. If they dont do solar they should have said that when I called, will definitely not be back!!!

I called hoping to get in within the last few hours of them being opened and was thrilled when they were able to squeeze me in! It was my first time visiting and I requested Kristen after reading all of the great reviews. I was nothing but happy with the results I got! I don’t think my nails have ever looked better. I will definitely be returning again! :)

I tried Bellaire Nails today for the first time. I did call ahead to get an appointment for my nails and possibly a pedicure. I was greeted immediately and shown to a tub for my feet to soak. The gentleman who did my pedicure took great care of me! He was kind, funny, and made sure I was comfortable! I had my nails dipped by a woman who was FANTASTIC! Not only did she take great care to make my nails perfect, but she got to know me and made great suggestions for future visits. Cant wait!

Yall!!! Kristen and Skye did their thing on my nails!!! 1st they were so pleasant when I got there! Brought me a drink! Engaged in conversation! Friendly!!! Next note my feet are sooo much softer and nicer than I walked in! The pedicure was amazing! The best Ive had to this day! But yall my nails are EVERYTHING!!!! like they totally exceed any expectations I could ever have! Kristen took her time to give me a design I absolutely love!! And she has a passion you can just feel while she does them!! Nails places are a dime a dozen but this one is for sure 1 in a million!!! Me and my 8 yr old daughter came in for a pedicure. They were not busy so they got us right in. Kristen did my toes and they were lovely. She did such a great job with the pedicure! She was really nice too. My daughters toes were so cute as well. The place was clean, got a complimentary drink and the price was about usual for pedicures. We def will keep going back.

I came in without an appointment, my pedicure started right away, but for the nails I wanted done I had to wait about an hour to get them done by kristen! I was NOT disappointed!! I have been searching for a new place to get my nails done since moving to Amarillo. Finally found Bellagio, and Im so glad I did! Kristen has done a fantastic job on my nails every time I go in, probably the best theyve ever been done. In addition, with an appt, I have been seen almost immediately every time. They are my go to for a manicure and pedicure from now on.

This place is super clean and everyone is extremely nice. I got dip done on my nails with medium length tips and in less than a week the nails came off. I’m not sure why the nails literally fell off in less than 7 days. Im disappointed with how long the nails lasted and paying $50 for only a week.

No one at this establishment wears masks in times of Covid-19. From the workers to the customers. They do a decent work but it is not worth risking ones life for a manicure/pedicure. Wish they would at least abide with the sanitary rules and keep the safety of their customers and themselves.

My husband and I got pedicures here today, very clean facility and relaxing decor/music. The staff was professional and the pedicures were amazing. Were both military and beat our feet up pretty bad but walked away feeling like I was walking on a cloud! Pricing is very reasonable, he got the delux and i got the luxury, totaled $90, 10/10 would recommend!

I love coming to this place. However I have only been in twice but from the first time to the second time I and my company have been treated well. They greet us and offer us beverages. They understand how I want the shape of my nails to be and explain in detail how each and every product works. It’s very clean and by no means does it feel like I don’t belong. Again I highly recommend this nail salon and highly recommend Kristen.

Christine was so charming and she explained all the different manicures that she could do.I chose the powder manicure. Christine is excellent at doing nails. She is a perfectionist which I love. Went to this nail spa for the first time the other day and my nail tech Kristen was great. She did a great job on my nails that people thought they were my real nails. When I went in my real nails were horrible and now they look great. I would recommend this place to anyone. Very clean!

My first experience here was amazing! Holly was so very professional and sweet making sure at each step that I was happy with her work. It was so very calm and relaxing that it made for an even better experience. I was so happy that I booked for a follow up appointment. However, today when i arrived 5 minutes before my appt (and the salon opening for the day) there is a notice on the door that the locks have been changed by the shopping center owner. It would have been a nice heads up to know that I needed to find a new salon today. And yes, I did leave my number when making my follow up appt.
