Matt and his team were excellent!! Customer Service was awesome. They listened to what my issue was and came out very quickly! They performed their work with utmost care of my furnishings when moving everything to put up a tent to remove my black mold. They were very knowledgeable and thorough. They made sure the walls were completely dry before beginning to fix my walls (took several days because of the daily rain). I was very impressed with the team and their excellent work and would highly recommend them for any mold or water damage in your home.

This is the model that every other contractor should emulate.Professional, responsive, communicative, prompt.They show up when they say they will, perform the work cleanly and efficiently, and explain each step.For us, they had to pull off baseboards, pull up and dry the carpet, replace carpet pad, dry exterior walls, and then put the area back together.All work was well done.Some realities that everyone should know and accept as required for the problem:1. Drying fans and dehumidifiers are noisy.2. It will likely take a few days to completely dry things out.3. Getting this done isnt pleasant or cheap, but is worth the investment to keep your home mold, mildew, and bacteria free.And one more thing: They did a bulk of the work on the weekend (and I believe theyll come out anytime of the day/night if necessary). Not once did I observe any of them show anything but a great positive attitude.

Mold due to plumbing leak was found. Contacted Water Extraction Experts for an estimate which I received very quickly. We hired them to do the mold remediation based on the detailed information we received in quote and the great customer service. The work was done and we couldnt be happier with the final result. Mold was cleaned up and all the finishing work was completed in a very professional manner. There was communication from Water Extraction throughout the process which was greatly appreciated. Great company to work with, would refer them without hesitation.

This company is outstanding. They did an awesome job getting the mold removed from my bedroom window. They arrived on time and were very thorough. i truly appreciated how my calls and concerns were addressed the first time.

Company came out after indicating they could build cabinets and help restore bathroom and kitchen. After time off work and on site inspection, indicated they could not build cabinets for a home (built by CENTEX with no special features). Very polite on all contacts and visits (plus one star), but unable to install kitchen lowers and a vanity damaged by water (no structural damage). If unable to even attempt the work after explained on phone and reviewed by their in house inspectors seems like they are just cherry picking the low hanging fruit. Maybe good for a kitchen remodel (dont know), but unable or unwilling to take on the job if someone else tore out the moldy cabinets and cleaned it up before the repairs are performed. Job turned down was to add existing faces to new cabinet infrastructure and add install or build a vanity. WEE do not sound very talented or capable to me.

We woke up at 4am to a ruptured water heater. It was pouring water everywhere! We called the Water Extraction experts and they were at our home by 8am. They were professional, skilled and diligent .The team of technicians did a fantastic job and repaired the damage so that the areas affected are BETTER than new! Water Extraction Experts are life savers. A water valve busted in my home around 3am which caused gushing amounts of water. I called Water Extraction Experts and Matt answered the call around 3am. Matt notified us hed be there shortly (it was quick). Come to find out he was the owner and very professional. They were able to diagnose the problem and explain the issues in detail. Wow! I called these guys Sunday morning when I noticed some flooding at our office and they were here in less than an hour! Extremely professional and tidy. They were even willing to get to the office at 6 am to clean up before our patients came in for the morning. I took a giant stack of cards so all of my friends and family make sure to use them!

Late one Saturday afternoon I left the water running in our spare bedroom bathroom, for a considerable amount of time. I called Water Extraction Experts, my call was answered promptly. Matt was at my house in 30 minutes; with 4 others on his team arriving shortly. They quickly assessed the damage and got to work. The bathroom, attached bedroom, and a hallway were flooded; along with water seepage through the wall into another bedroom. Carpet, padding, baseboards and sheet rock were all handled efficiently. Fans and dehumidifiers were promptly placed. The first of several follow up appointments were scheduled for the next morning. They arrived on time for each and every appointment. Every detail was addressed and within a few days we couldn’t tell I’d flooded half the house. They even got touch up paint to use after they replaced our baseboards. Our insurance company required very detailed information and everything they needed was promptly provided. We highly recommend using Matt’s company, you’ll be very glad you did. We sure are, they saved our Super Bowl party !!!

Dont call anyone else! We had another company come out when a water supply line broke based on our insurance companies suggestion. They were not attentive and neglected our situation. Very thorough and professional. Progress reports every step of the way including pictures. Got rid of mold in both my kitchen and laundry room- as well as found 2 leaks I didnt know I had. Every member of their team was courteous and hard working! I absolutely recommend them. From the very first call you can tell this is a professional company. We had a very serious sewerage back flows from both of our bathroom floor drains. It got into the hallway, under the walls into the adjacent rooms.. it was a disaster.The Water Extraction Experts did just that, they send a team of experts who assessed the situation and got to work right away. It took many hours and 4 separate visits in 3 days to get the job done. The reason they had to come so many times was they worked around our schedule, coming in at 7am and again after our office is closed.I am writing this on my own willingness because this company needs to be recognized apart from the rest!

We had a supply side plumbing leak which resulted in rather extensive damages to our upstairs bath, bedroom, closet and ground floor kitchen. I initially contacted another company for service. Their estimator somehow managed to break four floor level tiles while he was here (unnoticed until later)! I wasted a week and a half attempting to schedule the work and I finally fired them! Enter Water Extraction Experts.Matt, Andy, Chris (and a few others) at Water Extraction Experts did a thorough and exemplary job of putting our home back in good order, as it was before our little disaster. Black mold was discovered, aggravated by the unnecessary delays described above. Water Extraction Experts did the demo, remediation and reconstruction in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. (coordinated drywall and hardwood subcontractors as well). They worked smoothly with our insurance. On their many visits, every one of them was very friendly, polite, respectful and accommodating. They always arrived promptly.I lost count of how many visits this crew made out here (we live in Tijeras). I had to leave during their last visit on Friday and asked my wife to do a walk around final inspection. I paid the invoice before I left. She pointed out that the rubber seal strip was missing from the foot of the shower insert. (inexpensive peel n stick DIY item) and that there was a small hole behind the missing, broken tile. After essentially completing the project and after being paid... THEY CAME BACK OUT on Saturday, replaced the seal and cosmetically reconstructed the damage from the broken tile. The damaged tile was not their responsibility. This was absolutely above and beyond expectations!(Note: Hardwood contractor paid separately.)You wont regret hiring these folks.

WAter Extraction Experts responded immediately, and their profrssional team did a wonderful job in clearing area of mold and returning area to healthful environment. As part of cleanup they removed and replaced drywall and carpet. Manager Matt was a pleasure to work with, easily communicating with us and finishing the project in a timely manner. It was noon New Years eve and a water pipe broke and my house flooded before we discovered the water leak. We called Water Extraction Experts and they were here within and hour and did their miracle things. Water removed, baseboard removed and holes drilled (this enables getting all the moisture dried to prevent mold), carpet padding removed, numerous drying fans strategically placed and turned on (they would be on for days), moved heavy furniture, etc. They showed up New Years day and the following days to continued using instruments that measures moisture levels. We were ready for repairs when the moisture was gone.They referred repair (carpet, painting, etc.) people that did quality work and the house is as good as new. They followed up over the next month and visited to look at the repairs. Most qualified persons, which is rare in New Mexico!!

Matt has been helping my husband and me through a major roof leak that was caused by faulty solar panel installation and a subsequent bathtub leak that had been occurring behind the walls for over a year. Wow... just WOW.My water heater burst, I have a pretty small house but it was... soggy. Id called the big guys (ServPro, Stanley Steemer, etc) in the morning and mostly gotten, well, we might be able to squeeze you in today... or we might not. as an answer. I know Im not the only person in the city with a flood, but I definitely was nobodys priority. My adjuster recommended these guys, and I am SO GLAD.They showed up within 90 minutes, came in and got to work. Fast, so friendly, and super helpful. They explained the whole process to me: what they were looking for, things they were concerned about; and came every day to check on the progress of my house and adjust equipment as necessary. Extremely thorough and detail oriented. They even got paint samples from all of my walls and touched them up if they were dinged or scraped in the process.I couldnt possibly be more impressed by the work ethic and professionalism shown by every last one of the employees.
