Started out great. Went down hill soon after. Was told things were going to be completed but never were. Missing many items. Did not give permission for my things to be moved off site. Was told every thing stayed on site. My belongings were moved out of the pod out front to a warehouse while I was at work. I have identity theft now. I would never recommend this company. The person I deal with is condescending and rude. They cut corners to make more money on you from your insurance.I am filing with the Attorney Generals office, BBB and the State Insurance regulators office.

Someone came out right away to check out my water damage. They told me that the damage was cosmetic, so they did not need to perform any service. Despite performing a full inspection of the situation, I wasn’t charged anything. Very helpful!

I chose this mitigation company over others strictly because of the positive reviews I saw on trip advisor and google. Needless to say I wasn’t disappointed with the way they handled my wrecked house. I trusted these hard working individuals with my property even when I couldn’t be there to watch over with my hawk eyes. I’m glad to see there’s companies like this still out there that stand by their word.

We had a big water leak and they fixed the damage and took steps to prevent mold expertly. Harry and the guys have a ton of knowledge. I recommend them if you need water or mold damage repairs.

No one ever thinks about what to do when a main water pipe bursts and floods your house. Thanks to ServPro of NE Albuquerque, I didnt have to think about anything. One call and one hour later, they were removing the water, taking the carpets and drying the walls. They were absolutely wonderful and everything was done with such professionalism; it was more than reassuring. They also worked with my insurance company, taking pictures, giving estimates, etc. My home is back together and it is truly like it never happened. The clean-up of my home, after a drastic water accident, overflow of our washer, was very professional. The company reps were at my house within 30 minutes of my call for assistance. They remained on site until 11:30 PM, when they felt satisfied that all the steps for cleanup were in place, we understood all procedures they were undertaking, the expected time frame of the mitigation process, and their personal attention to reduce our stress because of the accident.I would like to thank Harry and Thomas, owners, for being the team that started and ended the clean-up process. Very unusual for the leadership of a company to get down to work, get their hands dirty, and pass on their vote of confidence to tell us that everything was going to be OK.I would rate this team as the best and I would recommend it to my family and friends.

Called to set up an appointment for our cleanup today. I informed the lady(Marie) that we plan on getting three quotes for the job. She asked why and I explained about our insurance etc. The question of her asking why the three quotes was a turn-off on this company being part of our quotes. This company was the only company that asked this question. They may do good work and this lady may not be the reflection of the company but Ill take my business elsewhere. Very bad customer service.

Our toilet overflowed and sent water through the hallway, into three rooms, and all over our hardwood floors. Servpro took care of everything. Harry (owner) made me less anxious by explaining everything so that I could understand the entire process. Overall, very courteous and they did a great job!

Hands down the best service we had since I can remember. After the drying was done (we had water damage from a birth pipe while we were out of town). We had a sizable repair project to get us back to normal. Marie worked with our adjuster to define the scope of the repairs. Once the scope was approved Marie helped us with planning and selecting materials (flooring cabinets an countertops). we had a delay when recieveing flooring, Marie worked with us on the delay. I would highly recommend this company for anyone needing repairs and service!

We had a shower leak in our bathroom. Called Servpro and they took care of it. My wife and I appreciated their promptness, politeness, and willingness to answer any questions we had.

Sink pipe busted. They took care of it. Guys took the time to explain what was going on, and answered any questions I had. Polite & professional.

Working with them has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. While taking care of the flooding of my home was handled professionally, working with Marie on the restoration was a nightmare. It took weeks for her to even show up. She totally tried to railroad me into what she thought I should have. The original estimate for the restoral was changed not one but twice. Rude and pushy. Two months after the flood they still had not completed the work. I sill have to consult an attorney for resolution. Do not use them for restoration!!

My restoration took one month. There was lack of communication, serve pro expected us to leave the key to the house outside the property for them to come and go as they please. The repairs were to a bathroom and closet, personal property was damaged by their cleanup. Honestly seek someone else. One month later my house still looked like this

Theres nothing worse than having your gutters plugged during a storm and have it rain inside of your house. Multiple rooms were damaged and servpro was very helpful with coordinating the costs and rebuild with the insurance company. I was glad I called servpro because their assessments of the damage were more extensive (and accurate) than what the insurance adjuster was claiming. The damaged rooms are now rebuilt and look better than before. Nate was especially helpful, and did beautiful work that one should be proud of. Nate and his crew were friendly and courteous to me and my animals, and took good care of my home. The gals on the phone were also helpful with coordinating between all of the workers and were never rude to me (despite what other reviewers eluded to). Hopefully disaster will never strike again, but if it does, I know who i can call.

Servpro came to our rescue when we had a water leak in our home on a late afternoon. They were quick to respond, very professional, took careful care to make sure that everything was dry to Standards, assuring that well would not have mold growing in the affected area, which for me as a realtor was a very important aspect.
