Weeks after a construction rep came out to give us a quote, they still won’t provide one. I get that it’s a busy time, but we were never given any indication that the wait time would be this long nor an update as to why we haven’t been able to receive our quote yet. Anytime I would call, I would be asked to leave a message and the rep we had wouldn’t so much as send an email. We would always get the “sorry, can’t help you” response which is not something anyone would want in their contractor.
Cole was first on the scene and was very thorough listing everything to be accomplished. The follow-through for the work order was then turned over to David Tapp, Project Manager. I highly commend David for his prompt response, attention to detail, and excellent ability to coordinate all the repairs done in my home following a leak caused by my hot water heater. In addition, he has an excellent team comprised of Guillermo, Dago, Adrian, and Michael. They were hard workers and did an excellent job. The plumber, Jared, and his assistant, Angeli, were equally professional. I would highly recommend one and all. My sincere thanks for a job well done.
Great company. On time and friendly employees that got the job done quickly. Everyone we dealt with went out of their way to accommodate our needs and we were really happy with the outcome. Highly recommended.
We had a kitchen fire January of 2020 and everything got slowed down because of the pandemic but thats not the reason why I gave this place the lowest rating. We are a household of three including me and my parents, Im still a minor so I had no control over anything that really happened. We recently got back into our newly renovated house in June because EVERYTHING was damaged from the smoke, the kitchen was the only real disaster place though. Now when this place gets put in charge of your stuff after a fire they compile an Non-restorable list, basically the stuff that got damaged to where they couldnt fix it. Now, one thing on this list which I found peculiar was my bookshelf and all the books in it! I thought it was policy that all books are unrestorable but my dads comic book collection, his D&D books, and LITERALLY MISMATCH BOOKS I DIDNT KNOW WE HAD, were saved. So we get back into the house and a few days later we get all our stuff back in boxes, okay okay going good so far but I go through all the boxes labeled kids room and suddenly! :0! None of my books are in there. None of the books that I had been collecting for my entire teenage life?? Apparently all the stuff on the non restorable list are THROWN AWAY. *THROWN AWAY*. I found this SHOCKING because my books were FINE. The fire didnt get to anything in my room not even most of the carpet. But hey! Now we get to spend another 500$ on a book collection!Do not trust this place with your stuff. Half of it will get thrown away.
I really wanted to go with these guys, the customer service rep Kim was very cordial and prompt in setting an appointment. Unfortunately her supervisor was the one who was supposed to do the estimate for some properties I manage and she couldn’t spare me five minutes of her time to wait for me while I wasted 30 minutes of my time to try to get in touch through the office. I went with Water Fire and Mold Albuquerque, those guys are more professional than this.
Rockefellers Construction was the top choice of our insurance company to repair our roof following a hail storm. After seeing their work, I totally agree with USAA. Rockefellers Construction truly was the right choice! From my initial contact with Bree Hernandez and Alex Borgeson in Rockefellers scheduling department, I noted their courteous and efficient correspondence to keep me abreast of how they would approach this project. I appreciated the professionalism displayed by Cole Borgeson, our estimator and Rockefellers Construction Department Manager, who carefully explained the damages as well as the repair process to me. The tile replacement done by Mauricio and his assistant was very impressive. Damage to the ceiling of our front porch was artistically fixed and painted by Joe, a carpenter. I also was grateful for the careful, post-work inspections performed by Dave Tapp, the project manager, who also answered many of my questions during his visits to our home. I highly recommend Rockefellers Construction!
Rockefeller was fantastic Dave did fantastic managing the work and workers Ralph and Kevin, and Pablo were all wonderful.
My couch looks brand new! We Love this company and will continue to use. Thank you!!
We cannot say enough good things about Rockefellers Construction!!! We have used them three times in the past year: e.g., (a) for total roof removal and replacement (with TPO membrane roof) due to hail damage that also involved drywall repair, installation of new insulation, and re-texturing / repainting of our entire kitchen; (b) for restoration and remodeling in our front hall bathroom due to a plumbing leak that caused water damage; and (c) for stucco repair of our front wall and entry arch. All three times, Dave Tapp was our Project Manager. He was VERY knowledgeable, responsive, sympathetic, and organized. He was a major reason that we continued to use Rockefellers. The subcontractors were all quite skilled at what they did---and were also responsive and reliable. Ditto the Office Staff. We LOVE Rockefellers Construction and are grateful for the excellent job that they did across all three projects!
Dave Tapp and Bree Hernandez were outstanding and key in helping me with my flooring and water damage clean with painting. They took my concerns seriously and rectified things when one of their former contractors did not provide the right flooring. They ensured that I had quality flooring and sent the best crews to help me. I will use Rockefeller again and again because of their incredible customer service and teamwork. They also provided quality work. Very happy with my flooring and ceiling. Highly recommend them and Rockefeller.
This company is bottom of the line. BELIEVE The 1 Star reviews! They are the over promise and under deliver type of company. Every interaction feels like the company is ran by a bunch of idiosyncratic kids! Scheduling is always a hair pull and commitment as well as professionalism is awful. My husband had remodeling as well as cleaning to be done and the quality of it all was just disappointing. Save your money and time! Alex (female) in the customer service area was a nightmare to get things squared away with.
My roof was damaged by hail and the the repair required a total replacement of the roof and turned into a big job. Having Dave as a point person for communication proved invaluable since we were still trying to live in the home while the interior was repaired as well. Dave navigated the job to make sure it was done efficiently, professionally and expertly and at the end, we were very happy with the results. One year after the repair of the roof, we had a totally unrelated issue with leaking from the back wall of the house. I called Dave who came the same day to evaluate it and arrange through the company to set up a new job repair. He is absolutely committed to customer service and we are grateful for the high quality work that Rockefellers provided.
Rockefller’s Construction and Dave Tapp were wonderful. The quality of the repairs was excellent. They were responsive and very helpful in all phases of the process. The results were beautiful and top quality. I would recommend them to everyone!
They did a GREAT job removing all old insulation from the bottom of my trailer. Very professional and punctual. I highly recommend them!
This company was beyond perfect. Every single worker was pleasant, on time and the work was beyond my expectations. Guaranteed youll have a positive experience with Rockefellers.
This company is unprofessional, misses countless appointments, never shows up on time, we were over billed on multiple invoices. We had to send invoices back constantly to correct work that was never done on our project. Would not recommend to anyone.
Rockefeller’s did work on my home following multiple leaks in the roof. They replaced the roof, replaced drywall and painted. Everything was done very professionally and I highly recommend them. Dave and Cole were very reliable and a pleasure to work with.
I paid a contractor to repair leaks in my roof in December 2019. Their contract stated that they would not warranty their work. I had interviewed and received estimates from five different contractors before making my selection and thought I had made a good choice.Heavy rains this year in 2020 caused the repaired areas as well as new ones to leak onto my ceilings. I decided to file a claim with my insurance company which determined that leaks were due to the age of my roof and fixtures not due to damages caused by hail etc. Repairs would be at my own expense.Because I had failed to make a good choice of contractors, I asked my insurance company to recommend a few quality roofing contractors. I was told by my representative: The ONLY roofing contractor we recommend and use is Rockefellers!I was soon in touch with Rockefellers who sent Mauricio to inspect my roof and areas which had been leaking. Mauricio is the ONLY one out of all the contractors I had interviewed back in December who ASKED to go into my attic to inspect the leaking areas! That turned out to be integral to the cause of the leaks. He determined that the rain had been seeping beneath the wood siding on my chimney, running down a rafter, dripping onto the ceiling around my air vents and leaking around an area that had been capped where my swamp cooler had previously been.Soon, Alex emailed me the estimate. I signed the contract and throughout the process, Alex was prompt and courteous in keeping me informed about dates and delays. She promptly replied to my questions. The day came when Mauricio arrived promptly and on time to make the repairs to my roof. He worked with precision over three hot days. Each day he carefully cleared away any debris and construction materials so that you would never know any contractor had been working on my roof. The shingles are a perfect match and my chimney is brand new with its TPO wrapping as well as new siding. After the completion of the repairs, Rockefellers and Mauricio came to inspect the quality and to confirm my satisfaction. I know that I made the right decision in choosing Rockefellers to repair my roof and highly, highly recommend them!!!
We had and old Dishwasher that leaked. Rockellers was able to do the mold remediation and restored our kitchen back to the way it was, including cabinets that were a perfect match to the 50 year old custom cabinets we have. I was very impressed with that especially. Thank you Rockefellers Construction and Restoration!
After a roof leak, Rockefellers came in and did an excellent job of bringing my home back to order. Insulation, drywall, texture that matched other walls and ceiling and the perfectly matched paint job was exceptional. Each one of their staff was professional and courteous. Thanks Rockefeller if I ever need help again, your company will be called.
We will forever call Rockefeller for any construction or hard core cleaning projects. They were always on time when they said they would be here they were.Cole and Dave are who we worked with and Alex in the office they were always so accommodating and nice. The men worked so hard the cleared and reshingled our roof in one day, the stucco work they did took a little longer but they painted the entire house in one day they work quickly yes but they do a beautiful job. We are so very please thank you Rockefeller.
Rockefellers did a great job restoring my house after hail storm roof leaks did a lot of damage. While that repair was underway, the washing machine malfunctioned and flooded the family room. Rockefellers cleaned up that mess on an emergency basis and repaired all the damage. They worked with my insurance company to make it as painless as possible. Dave Tapp managed the projects diligently and professionally, and with all the other good people at Rockefellers got my house put back to together. They are skilled, respectful, polite and very good at what they do. I am very appreciative.
These folks did an amazing job on my house. My husband and I recently had our old tile removed and new tile installed, and EVERYTHING in our house was covered with a thick layer of dust. I don’t know how, but the cleaning crew managed to have the whole house sparkling in just a few hours. They cleaned the ceilings, walls, floors, cabinets, fixtures, wall hangings, furniture, washed all the dishes, and the list goes on. These folks are life savers!
Wade, the estimator/ supervisor was on time for my roofing quote and honored the given estimate which emulates honesty. Dave Tapp, the Project Manager was punctual, polite, professional, returned phone calls in a timely fashion, and oversaw and managed the overall roofing project from beginning to end including the most minute cleanup. The roofing crew was polite, professional, and worked diligently to complete the roof. Would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.
These guys always come through with whatever our needs have been. We have used them for large clean up jobs that we couldn’t possibly have done ourselves, to our bi weekly cleaning service at home. They are always professional and timely and take care to respect our dogs and our sometimes odd requests to clean things a certain way.
Rockefellers helped us clean and repair a water leak in our laundry room and kitchen. They did a great job! Dave went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and was a great communicator. We even got quotes and hired them for some additional work.
Rockefellers did an incredible job cleaning our temp Old Navy store after construction was complete. They were competent, detail oriented, and professional. They also were very reasonable to work with on pricing and scheduling. I recommend them for any post-construction cleaning needs in this area.Just a follow up - we used them again for another project last month and they were great! Very accommodating on both price and scheduling!
This company and their fine employees helped me and my family out when we had a family situation where none of could clean up after a tragic incident that had happened. They were kind and helpful and did good work and made the situation less horrible than it was. We appreciate there staff. Thank you.
This company doesnt even deserve a star. In my opinion all they care about is doing the fastest work possible and collecting the check. They are contracted with my home insurance company which is a racquet to begin with. They repaired my roof last September and destroyed my swamp cooler in the process. It continues to leak and they say its an age issue with my cooler. It never leaked before. They attached my heater exhaust pipe on my roof so poorly that it blew off. They came to assess it last week and left it sitting on my roof with my pipe exposed into my house!!! It rained yesterday! Thanks Rockefeller for that little extra bit of incompetence. I would never ever recommend this company.
I know Rockefeller’s offers a lot of services and I hear great things about all of them. My experiences with them are with their House cleaning services. I have them through once a month and they do a phenomenal job every time!! I’ve tried many companies and I couldn’t be happier, such a professional crew! Hopefully I can utilize their other departments and have my house remodeled soon!
Amazing company to work with on restoring our roof, siding, swamp cooler and more. This truly is a team of professionals.
Everything was fabulous. They came when they were supposed to, id what I needed (and more!) and left on time. Highly recommend.
I have been using Rockefellers for 14 years and have always been thrilled every time I walked into our house after one of their bi-weekly cleanings. They are punctual, friendly, professional and consistently excellent. Ive had a lot of cleaning services over the years and none of them even came close to Rockefellers.
Minus 5 if possible. So get this, Rockefellers Construction has been involved in mold remediation at our home for 4 weeks and tears apart area in our home damaged by water leak. So getting to challenge of not being able to deal with job because it’s not as easy as they hoped, owner decided solution was to pull off the job instead of stepping up to challenge. We treated them as decent as we possibly could to experience this solution? Then his man tells me their not authorized to do construction on mobile homes this far into project? Going to find out if that’s true cause if so Construction Industries should be interested in report of not only this but also damage they chose to leave behind. What a sorry approach to service. Would love to see owner respond to this review.....,
There employees are unprofessional
So...My master bedroom (in 2015) had a leak in the drywall above the window. Called my insurance company and they contacted Rockefeller for me. Rockefeller repaired the drywall for me but charged me $175.00 for paint when they actually used my own paint. The paint that used was about half a can (I guess its expensive paint). They also charged me for pick-up of drywall that was never done. Thank goodness I took pictures of everything. After calling about the erroneous charges they took it off my bill. Two years later the same drywall has a leak (same spot). Called Rockefeller and they said the window had the leak not the drywall so not their fault. The only problem I have with that statement is they fixed the drywall and nobody told me it was from the window. I called my Insurance company and they advised me based on the circumstances they would take them off of their list of contractors.
Must say they are attentive when first appear to assist with in my case flooding & that’s where it ended. Came first night after calling about 3 pm giving us a time of 5- 9pm I said no one after 7 pm & sure enough about 7 pm he showed. Checking moisture meter telling us where damage is & explaining what the process is. Technician called code blue ( water damage) telling them his belief on extent of damage. Placed fans & dehumidifier & left about 10 pm saying he’d be back next day when ins adjuster would be here. Seems as soon as adjuster mentioned that he didn’t think they needed to remove granite countertops and cabinets technician lost interest ( less money??). The technician said he’d be back Saturday or Sunday to check on how things were drying out & would begin removing floors Monday. No show any of the three days & then another tech showed Tuesday. Second tech had no interest in this job mentioning numerous times how he had to hurry because he had another job to get to. All while I’m thinking your at this job so finish it up & then move on. #2 tech didn’t do what #1 tech said needed to be done & what he did do was half assed. They also left big black muddy /dirty marks on my hardwood that was remaining & when I mentioned this I was told it should just wash up. The technician should show a little respect for people’s homes & clean up messes they make. After removing hardwood flooring he left the vinyl flooring which was under hardwood & then removed fans & dehumidifier so now my house was smelling so bad it was making me physically ill. When I mentioned smell he said he sprayed something & then I should spray some bleach. He returned after I called my insurance adjuster to get his take on situation my adjuster said they already had ok to remove all vinyl flooring & then tech #2 only removed what was obvious. Smell is now overwhelming &1 gal of bleach & 4 lbs of baking soda later still smelly.& kitchen filled with gnats from moisture Finally had the guys doing my new floors cut vinyl from under counter & that was the root of smell. We were never even given any sort of contact information for Rockefeller’s until #2tech was leavingI give glowing reviews to businesses that earn them & not often give bad ratings but in this case I’d give 0 stars if possible
I have been using Rockefellers for bi-weekly house cleaning for five years now. They always do a great job, and when Ive needed special cleaning services (over and above the usual), they can always assemble a team just for that purpose. I highly recommend them.
I have been using Rockefellers home cleaning service for three years now. There has never been a time where they have disappointed me. Recently, I had a water damage in my home. My living room and laundry room were completely damaged. I called Rockefellers and they arrived right away to help with my unfortunate situation. Larry and Cole were a pleasure to work with and always very professional. Rockefellers had the experience to work with my insurance company too. They handled all of the repairs at my home and made it very easy and stress free for me. I would recommend using this company for any cleaning, restoration or construction services.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Worthless owner doesnt take responsibility for finishing the job he started. Company basically gutted my laundry room, even breaking a floor joist and walked off the job this a.m. because they dont know how to work on mobile homes they said. After being on the job a month ??? Just wanted to make the easy money and when the work got more difficult all of a sudden they didnt know how to do it. Someone needs to pull their license, rip offs.....
I wouldnt use anyone else but Rockefellers. They have made my carpet like new again after terrible pet stains and did an incredible job cleaning a rental when we were moving out.. I didnt know it was possible for that house to look so nice. Everyone iv talked to and had in our home have been professional and kind. Cant rave about this company enough!
Rockefeller maid service cleans our rental properties in Albuquerque and Santa Fe. I never have any complaints. Plus they’re a handyman service and carpet cleaning, which is fantastic. Highly recommend.
They were knowledgeable and did a good job. The price was pretty good.
I guess cleaning, they are okay. I believe they took advantage of me and of my insurance company. I know that they wasted a great deal of my time; 3 months after water damage, no reconstruction has been done. Rockefellers was fired after it was apparent that they were in no hurry to fix my house nor were they probably capable of doing so. Im glad others got good service.. Me, I got overcharged, my kitchen was further harmed, and I got blown-off by management. Larry, who has all the power, was on vacation, out of town, for 2 weeks and couldnt be disturbed -- and no one else could do anything. Company was unresponsive and probably incompetent. Satisfaction guaranteed that they advertise, is the companys satisfaction -- not the customers. Insurance paid almost $10,000.00, and the company did not feel obligated to return my calls.Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
The best and friendliest company around. They helped show the beauty of our house while it was on the market with a thorough cleaning job. Very impressed. Thank you Rockefellers!
The best of the best. Thanks to Roxana and her techs for everything they did and the great information.
Very unprofessional customer service. Asked about how long till they could possibly began work and mentioned that they lost all of their subcontractors for roofing, so we were told the wait is 6 to 8 weeks. We currently have a leaking roof so this timeframe wouldnt be best. We asked if theres any possible way to get anyone out sooner for patch work and Erica Hernandez asked for our deposit so she could put us on the calendar. I simply responded well Im not sure we want to wait 6-8 weeks for the work to begin (mind you, this is the 21st of march. Hail and rain all day) so we might not want to go with Rockerfeller. Erica said oh, ok and then hung up. I emailed her the recording of the conversation and I mentioned that this was a very unprofessional way to handle a customers concerns. I attempted to reach out to her supervisor (Josh Popkey) but he said she didnt mean it.. On the 22nd, Josh came out and left his card in my door. No call, text, or anything regarding his presence at my house. I called him when we got home and asked about his visit and he was rude over the phone and didnt seem to care to address our roof repairs. He immediately wanted me to make a deposit so I could be placed on his wait list. Not sure if you would like this type of customer service if you had a damaged roof over your familys head at night.
Great service !!! They wer efficient and professional we will use them alway! Thank you !
I recently had pipes burst in one of my shops here in ABQ which resulted in severe water damage. I frantically began to make some calls. The customer service I received from Rockefellers was outstanding and they were on scene within, like, 30 minutes. As business owner I know the importance of quality control and customer service. This company was professional and they were able to get me up and running again two days. My place was a disaster and they performed a miracle. Cant thank these people enough. Excellent work guys-Roadrunner Trans. Inc.
Made an appointment with them took time off work, just to get a call saying they have to cancel but could get back to me at the end of the week. I just cant wait a week, nevermind.
Good carpet cleaning. Smells a lot better
We’ve had house cleaning with Rockefeller’s for years and can’t imagine living without them. Love all the ladies and the office staff are really easy and accommodating.
Very unprofessional customer service or consideration. Had them come out for an estimate for some master bathroom remodel work (plumbing, drywall, window replacement) and was told they would email an estimate soon. Waited 10 days and then called three times leaving messages for Cole and was told after 3 weeks, that they were busy with their insurance work and wouldnt be bidding the work. How about a phone call to state that instead of leaving us hanging?
I was very happy with the cleaning services provided by Rockefellers!
Very happy! Thanks!
Real good professional business
I need to try speaking a little more English and using more manners.
