I promise you this place doesn’t look like the pics they posted. It’s absolutely disgusting like no one ever cleans. And no soap in the bathroom?... during a pandemic?...DON’T GO HERE TO WASH YOUR CLOTHES!!

I must say I had an issue at first. The owner did reach out to me apologize and fixed the issue. Ive continued trying back for the past 2 months and their service has been wonderful & welcoming. Thank you Anthony and keep up the good work.

Personally, this is one of my fav laundromats. They provide a dry and fold service free of charge, dryers are free and it’s a nice environment! The ladies there have always been good to me!

Over priced and the place is DIRTY AS EVER!! No staff onsite if something goes wrong, worse laundromat Ive experienced especially to be in west Hartford. Shameful!! Id give 0 stars if possible.

The only thing you can not save is your precious time! Limited machines no attendants on shift and broken machines, save yourself the trip and go to the plaza next door. The sassy lady is always there to assist

I come here all the time and never have a problem aside from the fact that the card used for credits changes periodically, so dont leave money on it or youll lose it. The place doesnt always have someone on staff so the place can get messy because of other customers leaving dryer sheets on the floor. They have TVs and free wifi.

I dont see how speaking Spanish is a problem. Also, I used to come here all the time when I had a car. And saw that the staff members were either a white guy, a African American guy, and maybe Jamaicans/ Caribbean non latinos. Wheres the Hispanic folks at? Anyways, I like the fact the dryers are free. The only downfall is you have to use a card. To me almost all laundromats suck... because you have to clean your clothes at a place where all people could or may not have bedbugs. You have to deal with ppl... Or a machine breaking down. So Ill give this place a 3 star

I LOVE this place!. Very convenient & Anothony is extremely nice and professional. Perry usually does my dry and fold service, & does & EXCELLENT job every time! I Highly recommend this place!!

Do not use their wash dry fold service. First, she weighs the laundry and tries to charge me to wash the basket as well. She puts it in a garbage bag, and because it weighed 18.1 pounds she said, see its the same! 20! She writes up nothing, no receipt or documentation, doesnt take my name. Tells me the charge and oh no, we dont take credit cards. They have credit card access for the machines, but lets keep this cash based business not giving out receipts and trust that theyre properly paying their business taxes. Do not frequent this business.

Will never return again after seeing roaches crawling around on the floor. As I was waiting for my clothes, one of the washers started leaking and water was slowly ouring out the machine for the whole cycle. So there was soapy water everywhere and I had to splash around to get my clothes. There was nobody working and the person whose machine it was had put their clothes to wash and left. Also the dryers literally made our clothes smell burnt. They were ruined! This horrendous burnt smell is on all of my clothes.Theyre basically ruined. It was disgusting! Absolutely not worth the free dry!!!

Worst laundromat experience ever, leader staff lady could it have better customer service skills, muy confiansuda, machine ate my credit and never given back, lost a Couple of items w the dry and fold service it stunk...l left for good! Sorry! Gotta GO! 👎👎

Although its a prodominantly Spanish area, it would be great if the staff spoke English. I had to use a voice translator on my phone just to communicate with the attendee. That’s ridiculous when there are soooo many FREE ESL PROGRAMS IN HARTFORD! (Google them)Half the wash machines & dryers dont work either. The pros are really the free dry & fold service they offer, the improved cleanliness of the facility including the bathrooms.

Always a ghost town when I visit which means freedom to choose a machine quickly and get what you need to have done and leave.

A pleasure to wash my clothes here,i can watch tv in between cycles and best of all theres air conditioning and the place is always clean.the place is always spic and span clean.

This place is disguisting. I have been here multiple times and watched workers sit or talk with friends while the place looks like a dump because of all the garbage on the floor. They also do not clean the dryers or the lint holder. I had to find another laundry mat because I couldnt stand it.
