I usually book appointment with Trina but she no longer works there :( I went in for a walk in and waited an hour and a half. With 3 people infront of me. I’ve had the one guy working there do my nails before and they can out crooked and misshaped so I asked that I wait for one of the other 4 girls. About 5 minutes later they came up and said the other girls all have appointments or don’t know how to do acrylic so I left after waiting an hour and a half!!!! I’ll never go back.

I didnt have to wait more than maybe 5 minutes staff was very kind and fair prices thank you

Worst service! Walked in to get my daughter’s nails done before she start school this coming week, and they only gave me price no one wanted to help us. Then decided to tell me they are closed when it was only 6:20 and they closed at 7:00!

I went in to get my nails done with gel right before Christmas. They were busy and my gal was working on me in a rushed manner. A couple of days later I notice that my nails were bubbled and lifting at the base. It got to a point where it was catching my hair when I washed it. I could not go back in for a few more days due them being closed on Christmas Day, and then I got sick, making it about a week and a half. At that point I had peeled off a lot of the gel based on it catching on hair. I went in to tell them and have my nails redone and they said because it was close to two weeks, they could not redo them unless I wanted to pay. I told them its one and a half weeks and it happened a couple of days after, but owner they did not seem to care. So beware. I think the product was old because I noticed it kind of thick when she was applying it and I also noticed my nails seemed thicker after they were done. Another thing due to her being in a hurry is she did not rough up the nail very well which I am sure contributes to the product adhering, or not. It was disappointing to get that type of service all the way around. I have chosen not to return. Their prices may be decent but if I have to pay to be redone for their own mistakes in a week and a half, whats the point. They are friendly when youre paying them, but when I told her the nails did not last, I saw a whole different attitude. I should have at least asked for my $10.00 tip back since they did not redo them or give me my money back.My nails were a mess so I had to go pay to get them done else ware.I didnt even want to give them one star, but I could not hit Post if I didnt..

Its been a long time, but this is my place for a nice pedicure... social distancing and sanitizing are in effect now...go get those toes done girls!!!

I am so extremely happy with this place Brian and the ladys there are so clean and creative prompt been a customer ten years and you could take your own ideas and Polish. My nails are complemented and long lasting.

I visited in March 2020. It took over 2 hours to get a dip manicure, not including wait time. I dont think the tech had done the dip technique before because it not only took a long time, but it also did not look very good when done. My nails were cut too short, ghd dip was too thick, and the initial dip removal alone took almost 45 minutes and was quite painful.

This is the place to get your nails done and not be judged. My transgender daughter got her nails done for the 1st time EVER and staff Mai was awesome. She made it a comfortable and wonderful experience for my daughter and she left with a big smile along with beautiful nails.

My experience was horrible. I walked in told them what I wanted which was a full set. They told me to have a seat. I waited an hour and 30 minutes and nothing. The women kept looking at me and talking to each other. Then a woman walked in, told them what she wanted. After 5 minutes they took her back and I was still waiting. I then left. I will not be going back ever!

Usually great service BUT, the lady that did my nails this time kept cutting my fingers and made my nails extremely thick. She didn’t seem to care at all and when I would tell her she didn’t change her technique.

I hated it!! No, one smiled from the time i walked in till the time I walked out! The women, working in there kept staring at me and they made me feel like they were talking about me. I dont know for sure obviously i dont speak the same language but they all made me feel uncomfortable. Even the man doing my nails i told him that they didnt match in length and he thought he knew better and my nails are not even one thumb is wider and longer than the either he didnt not match each nail on both hands before starting the acrylic. I know how I like my nails and None of my nails are the same length which i tried to tell him before he started and he didnt listen to me. I will never go back I felt so uncomfortable there i paid 30.00 for crappy service and nails.

Always do a Great job on my nails, but I give 3 stars because this place needs a GOOD cleaning, everything is covered in dust and grime.

All of the ladies are amazing with everything, BUT The only guy who works there is extremly rough, Unhappy with his job and complains that he dont get paid enough! I suggest if you go here schedule an appointment with any of the females and let them know you do not want the guy!! Horrible service and i will go back but he will not do my nails EVER AGAIN!!!

All the ladies do a great job

My whole family comes here: grandparents, uncle, aunt, mother, friends. We get pedis and wax. $18 for pedi. They always do a good job, only once have I had my polish smear. Conveniently located. If you have to wait, its no more than 15 mins.

I went to go get dip nails when I sat down the guy started to cut my nails he cut them way to short because he though I was doing acrylics now my nails are all lop Sited, I have had them for 4 days and they are already breaking and falling off
