Great gym. I was a little disappointed that we paid over $160 for two people for only 30 days. We had just gotten to the area and wanted to check it out. We unfortunately had extenuating circumstances and had to leave and go home to Washington after only using the passes twice When I called to ask about it, I was told if we ever came back to town to tell them and they would give us a deal. I was hoping we would have been given a refund since a day pass is only $20. Very expensive.

This is such an amazing gym! The equipment is second to none but also has the feeling of a hardcore dungeon gym. I really appreciate the effort they put into making this gym what it is.

This is such a great locally owned gym. I picked this place because I think it is important to support small businesses. There are no high pressure sales, long contract commitments, or towel fees that you find at the corporate gyms.This is a space that feels like a family. The owner does a lot to protect the vibe and culture of the gym so that everyone has a safe and inclusive space to workout.

I’ve been looking everywhere for a more old school gym feel and my friend Terry recommended me to check out Muscle Factory!Let’s just say this gym more than meets my standards as a gym! I’m a competitive bodybuilder and this gym has a lot of equipment that the big franchise gyms doesn’t have that target all the different muscles in different ways.The gym is always clean, people are nice “more of a family gym” and the 24 hour check in system is awesome!! I would definitely recommend this gym even if you are a beginner or pro!

Went to this gym for the first time a couple of days ago, and I loved it! They have all of the equipment I want, and everyone Ive met or talked to has been very friendly. Since Id never been before, I got a free trial day for the first day I went to try it out, which was really cool. I love the fact that its open 24/7, and its super close to my place. Im very happy to call this place my gym now:)

As a trainer and long-time gym goer, I can confidently say that this is my favorite gym in Arizona. There are nothing but positive vibes and everyone (from novice lifters to seasoned professional bodybuilders) seems to feel quite comfortable. The facility is clean, there are tons of cool pieces of equipment, the music is great, the weights are reracked, and the owner is a genuine human being. 10/10 highly recommend.

Very cool atmosphere! Staff was very welcoming and members all respected the gym and its equipment, which reflects on the facility. I have visited my fair share of gyms, so Im rather picky. Id definitely train here again which truly means its worth a visit!

Hands down one of the BEST gyms in Arizona, opened up a little over a year ago and the owner is inside DAILY working on improvements. We just got about 20k worth of new equipment just last week. The owner cares about the members more than himself. THIS GYM IS PRO AMERICA, PRO FREEDOM AND PRO GAINS.

I am very picky with the gym I chose, this gym is 5 starts, first of all it is not expensive, around 30 mo, then it is 24 hours, the machines are always cleaned and in good shape and it is usually not that crowded, even so I tend to go very late or very early, there is no excuse not to go to the gym. It is truly open 24 hours.It has a lot of machines several types/ cardio/ weights, etc. Staff is nice, and nobody messes with you while you are busy working out. everyone is doing their business.

This gym has become my second home. The owner is there every day constantly looking for ways to improve the setup and getting new equipment. 24/7 access with key FOB, people rack their weights when theyre done.

This is an awesome local workout place. The people who operate here are very friendly. Most importantly the hours are very convenient. Again, this is not the best workout experience money can buy, but once you factor in the money you pay, the experience is superb. They do not have all the equipments that you would expect even a decent workout place to have, but if you are like me, looking for a basic work out, you will be more than satisfied.

When I first started at Muscle Factory. They were going they changes. I just say from the first day until now, a huge difference in equipment and atmosphere.

Ive been a member of this gym for 2 years now and I love it! The staff is amazingly friendly, the facility is always clean, and the gym is very affordable. I only pay $10 for my membership which is hard to beat.Ive recently started training with Sarah and have seen a great improvement in myself both physically and mentally. But not just Sarah, the entire staff is so welcoming and eager to help any of their clients.Most importantly, I feel very relaxed in this gym. Everyone is supportive of one another in their fitness goals - you wont find any gym rats hogging the mirror space or any equipment.

This place is exactly what I was looking for. Cheap, straightforward, good staff... and quiet. Middle of the day you could expect maybe 10 people in the gym - thats awesome. Also, people generally keep to themselves. I havent had anyone approach me for any reason. I can come in to this place, do my thing, and go home without a single interaction.

Manager?) is super nice.Cons: Hours are limited (I couldnt go before work), air vents desperately need cleaning, gets really warm inside during summer, if you forget to update your card before your EFT date they will charge extra $10, if you miss payment a 3rd party collection agency will leave unpleasant messages

Reasonably priced membership, friendly staff, well taken care of equipment, and machines you dont typically see at your chain gyms. The only downfall I see is that the gym is a little small but I have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for a machine or weights

Clean, quiet, friendly staff, not too crowded. I really like it here. When my girlfriend moved away we canceled her membership with no problems. Glad to read they are keeping it quiet from the few people who make noise.

I signed up, was told I would have to pay a one time membership fee of like 30$, totally fine understand that. But seriously read that contract before you sign it! They charge you an annual member ship fee again every october 1st... was never told this. Plus, every time I went here, it was dirty, the machines were not clean.... I do not recommend this gym... its fishy.

Ive been going here for 3 years and a training client for 2 years. I first found this gym due to its convenient location in Tempe - its very close to major cross streets and freeways. The monthly fee is affordable and signing up for a membership was quick and hassle-free. I like the culture here - a lot of ASU students during the school year but also a lot of everybody else, I dont feel out of place. There are personal training options, group training sessions and a Saturday boot camp that are also reasonably priced and easy to book. The staff are encouraging and informative. The hours of operation are very accommodating. All in all, Ive had a great workout experience here thus far and recommend this gym to my friends.

This gym is a local business! I enjoy coming here, I am greeted by friendly staff, the facilities are clean and I dont feel intimidated coming here. The staff is always looking for how they can be of better service and thats what I love about this gym.

It is a great gym for those looking for the basics without the constant harassment of corporate gyms.

Free showers and lockers for daily use is a plus. There is a tanning machine for certain tier members as well. Personal training and supplements are also available for purchase. Gets busy in the evenings and when ASU is in session. Love the small local feel to it, no massive corporation like Globo Gym trying to make a quick buck.

They won’t let me cancel unless I pay $58 I’ve been one time and their showers don’t even work. One is cold one is spraying all over the place. You have to pay $5 for a towel! Don’t even bother with this place. I only got a membership because my home didn’t have hot water for a week and now I can’t cancel. Smh.

They have all the equipment I need (Planet Fitness or ASU SRC does not). Unfortunately they have poor circulation and are not 24/7. If you come in at any convenient time every machine will be taken and the smell of sweat just hangs in the air.

Fit Zone is a safe zone also, all the staff is friendly and make you feel welcome!

So my membership is paid on the 19th of each month and some how on the month I want to cancel it is taken out on the 4th a full 15 days early. Since I had not cancelled yet they are acting like it is my problem. I thought I had until the next payment would come out.

Watch out for any contract you sign with these guys!! They dont take the time to explain it to you and they take themselves all too seriously for a small neighborhood gym. They will nickel and dime you, and they lack the business sense not to alienate customers.I enjoyed the benefit of having this Gym during my summer internship, but like most Gyms they make it inconvenient to get out of paying them. I moved to another city and wasnt able to come by and cancel in person and they wont let you cancel over the phone. The credit card was cancelled and I assumed that may just end my membership there (since my contract was month-to-month), but apparently I signed something that allows collection agencies to come after me and they wont cancel my membership till I pay my monthly fee and a late fee for missing the payment with my cancelled card.It is easier to get divorced in some counties of this country. Im sorry to see a small business do so poorly in customer service by nickel and diming a college student over a matter of 40 bucks...disappointing

Front desk guy was super nice and accommodating to a visitor to the area. I bought 2 gym tee shirts to bring back to New York City!
