Used to be a good place to wash and dry but has gone way down hill. Most of the equipment is broken (as you can see by all the duct tape and sticky notes); coin machine takes dollars but gives no coins in return. Washers and dryers eat coins and no one around to reimburse you for money lost from machines. Looks like Ill be finding a new place.

It is nice that this place is open for 24/7, but trying to find a working washer and a working dryer is like solving a puzzle.More non working machines than the working ones.

My dryer clucked out on me doing my Sunday washing and had to go somewhere to dry my clothes. Well I remember this place back years ago and went for it. It must be under new management because most of the machines are down. The coin machine was out of order. I am so grateful for my washing machine and dryer cant wait to get my dryer fix so I dont have to experience this place again. It was clean however just not enough machines up and running.

I would have gave it a 4 if there had been someone there and that everything was working properly. The washers werent getting all the water out of the clothes. No one is there and the restroom is key only. Oh and by the way basically all the dryers are outta order. Pre-Covid it was okay. Post-Covid they suck.

If you can find a machine that isnt broken, they work well enough. 24hr operation is convenient.

Approximately 70% of the equipment isnt operating, no one is there, and the bathroom door is locked. Its also probably the only place in a fifteen mile radius thats open 24/7, so Im pretty sure theyre aware of how awful theyd really have to get before people decided to just wait for a place that isnt horrid to open up.

A one star review is generous! This is the most rundown and depressing laundromat I have have been in. The patrons smelled sooooo bad I had to hold my breath. I’m literally in shock! This place should be condemned.

Not open 24hrs as advertised.

This place has really gone down hill in the years. Most of the machines are broken, or you don’t find out they are until AFTER you’ve put your quarters in. My laundry was actually stuck in the washing machine because it would not proceed past the rinse cycle and just kept filling up with water and there was no staff to even help me ! Go else where .

3/4 of washing machines and dryers are broke. Theres no carts to assist with bringing laundry in. I had a busy day and needed to wash urgently only tried here cause thought it would be a good choice cause area. Never ever will I drive 30 minutes just to go to 24 hr laundry mat. Im extremely disappointed. I rather waited and went somewhere else tomorrow ... 1 star was only option to leave a review.

Dirty nobody running the place so many broken snd tapped up dryers and washers. Discudting. If id of hsd my own car i would have left but i also have to pay for rides

Not busy when I visited, which was really nice. The place itself had plenty of machines at various sizes, and reasonably priced. Its not a very clean facility in terms of being well polished and there was pet hair on the standard, smaller washers that I needed to wipe down before use. Good to use in a pinch

Raggedy!!! I won’t be back! The machines constantly eat your money and there’s no one even staffed there to complain to! Majority of the machines are OUT OF ORDER. This place needs to be shut down!

24hrs! Went in at 4am on Monday 4/24/2020 and the attendant was there and very helpful!

Ive been here twice and I will NEVER be back again. Its open but nobody is here managing the place. I put money in the coin machine it told me to please wait then said no service but didnt give me my money back!!! Called the number on google, left messeges no call back. I just want my damn money back!!

This place is clean, well maintained, has plenty of washers and dryers, and all in good condition. The staff there is helpful and pleasant.Update: 11-21-19We came back. The place has gone downhill since the last time we visited. Lots of machines were out of service, some of the dryer doors didn’t want to close. Hours are good. The place is not as clean as it used to be. Prices on the machines seemed a bit higher than the other laundromats we visit. The owners now have these pitifully small laundry basket carts that have a top hanging pole that hit us in the head, thankful that it didn’t poke our eye out.

Alot of broke down machines that have been for months. Expired vending machine snacks and literally 2 bags of chips in whole machine.its never busy which is good but so run down! Get some new drinks and snacks for summer please!!!

Fantastic facilities. Super nice staff ( pretty sure shes the owner ) that was not only friendly, but seemed to genuinely care about my experience. I havent been to a coin-op in years, so I was definitely rusty. She was happy to show me the ropes and get me on my way. If you need to get your laundry done in a hurry, come here.

As a resident of Westland I been using ur services for 5yrs. And now that I moved back to my hometown Inkster I still come to your place to wash for you n your team keeps the place very CLEAN. Thats why I continue to come keep up the excellent WORK.

This place is ghetto and dirty as hell do not go to this place I asked the attendant for 20 change she gave me 12 in change with a bad attitude I go to harris laundry way cleaner and all the machine work there here half the place dont work please dont go here.

Reliable in regards to the amount of machines, but the place smells so badly of mold. Especially by the larger, silver washing machines. It smells very stale and cold.
