There arent enough nice things to say about the entire staff at Teegarden. Dr. Jason Kennel were both extremely patient with my senior terriers. I always felt like Dr. Kennel always took the time to explain courses of action, outcome, and price to me before making a decision about my pets health. All of the staff (Ashlynn, Dawn, and others Im forgetting) took great care of our dogs as well. I would not look anywhere else for veterinary care in the Peoria area.

First visit with new puppy and new vet. Puppy was a little unsure of this visit and Dr Kennell took extra time in making her feel comfortable. I was very pleased with Dr Kennell and staff.

The team at Teegarden are all so caring and take the time you need to feel peace of mind. We have been bringing many generations of our pets here and have always had the most positive experiences.

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. My Doberman puppy just needed to have emergency surgery because he was eating socks. They got him right in and consulted with us every step of the way. The entire staff seems to genuinely care about the animals they take care of. I would (and do) recommend this clinic to anyone with a pet!

I started going here after a friend recommended it for a safe, friendly, and cost effective place to neuter my pup. Even though its out of my way, I havent been anywhere else since! The staff is always SO helpful and super friendly. The facility is also very clean. Best of all, they love on my animals like their own. All of the doctors Ive dealt with have been very down to earth and answers all my crazy pet mom questions. 🙃

Was charged 600.00 to stitch up a bulging eye. Stitches came out 1 week early after only 1 weekWhen I returned for the follow up, I was chrged another 91.00, but was not advised of the charges prior to doing the work. One option I was given was to kill my dog. Really? I dont think so.

We adopted our cat and noticed he wasn’t feeling well once we brought him home. Teegarden got us an appointment immediately and the staff were extremely caring and compassionate. Once Oscar was treated, they even called us just to check-in and see how he was doing later that week. Best veterinary services I’ve ever used! Would recommend Teegarden for everyone! ❤️

I had not been here for 32 years. I am glad I went back now that I am back in town. I felt they really cared about my cat. They did everything they could to help him stay calm and made the visit as stress free as possible.They were very thorough and considerate and kind to my cat and myself.I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend them.

The covid avoidence experience was interesting. It was actually very nice having the girls picked up from and delivered to the car. Paying over the phone made the process even speedier. Great service!

We have taken all of our dogs to Teegarden Vet Clinic since the year 2000. We always get excellent care! We have had a very sick little Pomeranian, Mia, who was cared for and kept her quality of life in tact by their loving team. We needed a few surgeries over the years, and each time the good results! My husband and I recently adopted our first rescue dog and we couldn’t be any happier with the care Teegarden gave him! They were helpful with explaining a plan of care in regards to immunizations, healthy diet and our concerns with his separation anxiety. The staff came and met Baxter and didn’t hesitate to show him love and compassion which definitely made his visit a success. He had many drastic changes in his life over the past few weeks and I’m so proud of how well he behaved. There’s no doubt the Staff played a huge role in his comfort. Everyone I have encountered here is so friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. They take such good care of my dog. He is always very hyper and excited, and they handle him so well! They are very accommodating with appointment times and I never have a problem getting an appointment that works for my schedule. Would not take my dog anywhere else.

After having gone a couple years without dogs after the last of our 3 large dogs past away we finally adopted a dog. Most of the same staff was there to greet us and remembered us by name and our old pets names. The place was clean and organized. Everybody took good care of our new dog through the first initial visit. Very friendly and helpful with all our many questions.

The staff treats your pets like you do! They are the most helpful, friendly and detailed staff, my dogs love going to vet! They are always greeted with treats and love, and lots of ear scratches ☺️

By far the best vet we have ever visited (and I have had a lot of animals over the years!). The staff is extremely friendly, understanding and knowledgeable, and remembered our pets names with no prompting without even pulling charts. A wonderful experience that puts the safety and health of the animals first.

A fantastic clinic! Our dog has been having weird and hard-to-diagnose intestinal issues for the past 3 weeks and Dr Kennel and the staff there have been so patient with my questions and extremely kind to our dog. Very thorough in their approach to the issues and explains everything so well. Unfortunately, we are moving out of state - I wish we could take the whole clinic with us! Highly highly recommended!

Staff is very sweet and caring. Didnt feel like they were trying to push anything on me or guilt me into alot of procedures for our beloved cat. He needs an expensive procedure but they are trying other avenues to help him for a few weeks to see if he gets better before it. Dr Allie Bennett is so professional and down to earth. Her vet tech was very helpful also and kind.

We always receive wonderful service at Teegarden. Everyone there is kind and patient with us and our dog. The prices are very reasonable, which, sometimes comes at the expense of receiving quality care. That is not the case here. We have brought our Pug (Vader) here since he was a puppy and trust them enough to board him there when we go out of town. Give them a try. You wont regret it.

Teagarden offers high quality compassionate service . They truly care about your pets. We are in the process of being transferred when we found a lump on our Golden retriever. They were able to get us in quickly and worked to fit our dog into the surgery schedule so we would have it taken care of before the move. They explained everything to us in detail and answered all of our questions. We highly recommend them.

Almost every pet my family has ever had has been a patient here. (Weve only had 1 pet who wasnt and thats only because we were living in a different part of the state when we got her and unfortunately had have her put down before we moved back to Washington.) I recently brought my cat here to get a vaccine. Normally she gets really nervous when she has go through something unpleasant but I think it was the overall atmosphere that put her at ease. Dr. Kennell seems pretty knowledgeable as does the vet tech.

My family has been bringing our pets to Teegarden for all of their veterinary needs since I was a little girl. When I got pets of my own it was a natural choice to bring them to Teegarden. I took my dog to three different vets during the years I was away at college, and still didnt like any of them but her health was more important. However, when I was back in town visiting I made sure to book an appointment at Teegarden for her. The staff was great a few years ago when I lost both my cat and dog that I had owned since I was young. They have also been great welcoming our new herd of pets and always make even the timid Chihuahua feel more comfortable. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

I am very happy with the doctors and staff at Teegarden Veterinary Clinic. We are always treated friendly and our concerns are taken seriously.

Teegardens has been our family vet from back when Dr. Teegarden was the primary vet but Dr. Thomas has been our primary vet since he joined the practice. In late 2015, we took in our dog Hootie because she was not acting right, loosing weight and lethargic. Dr Thomas immediately diagnosed her with a severe case of Blastomycosis. This can be very fatal for dogs if not treated immediately and aggressively. Dr. Thomas told us Hooties best chances of survival were to take her to the University of Illinois Veterinary Teaching Hospital. Long story short, after a week at the U of I Hospital and another week back in Dr Thomas and his staffs care (Janet was great too!) Hootie survived and is now one very lucky and happy 10 year old pup. I cant thank them enough for recognizing what was wrong so fast and willing to send us to U of I to ensure Hoot got the best vet services possible to overcome this horrible condition. Dr. Thomas is partially retired now...but Jason & Kaci Kennel have shown to be pretty good too and we are happy to call them our vets.

As always they are very friendly and knowledgeable. Weve been using them for years.
