Jenny is outstanding! I have been going to her for more than 16 years, and ALWAYS get so many compliments on my nails! She can do anything your heart desires on fingers and toes! Besides that she’s adorable, and too much fun-I always look forward to my appointments with Jenny!!!

Emily and Heidi are so nice. I use Emily every time and she is awesome! She has such cute designs and always makes sure my nails are perfect! Heidi does my step daughters nails and always takes care of her and does the designs she wants. Both are great and would recommend either one!

Its been a while since Ive pampered myself, so I decided to get a manicure and pedicure. Id forgotten just how good it feels to take care of myself. I really liked this place. Its very clean, and they did a great job. I will definitely be going back. I would highly recommend it to any one looking for a relaxing experience.

We got there at 230pm and got serviced at 315pm. Worth the wait! Relaxing and high grade ingredients. 😌 It took longer as they made sure my husband and I say together. The specific to detail and courteous to be around.

Had appointment at 4:00 pm they’re running a little behind but I’m super impressed with detail n how awesome my feet felt afterwards!! Emily did amazing job!!! One of best pedicures I’ve ever had!! She polishes with detail!!! Thank you again for another amazing service!

The Nail Tech staff are very polite, professional, and do their very best to give you an fabulous experience. The workplace is very clean and their services are fantastic. I have been going their for more than 3 years. Some of the staff have changed especially during this pandemic. However, the staff continues to work hard to give great customer service and support. I have never had a bad experience even when I don’t have an appointment. I would recommend making appointments because there are occasions when they are very busy and with limited staffing wait times can be long. However, I strongly believe you won’t be disappointed. There is plenty of parking and there are areas to browse and eat should you choose to wait.I am a male so I usually get the manicure and super deluxe pedicure. This cost me about $65. You can get the basic for $40 to $45 which is very reasonable. I am usually there for at least an hour and a half from start to finish. I didn’t feel rushed even though there maybe customers waiting.So go and pamper yourself and enjoy a great experience.

This is the 3rd time that Ive come here and had an appointment and they just had me sit in a bowl of water for 30 minutes plus. This is extremely bad customer service and completely unacceptable!!! Learn how to manage your time and take care of your customers. If you read the other reviews this is a common issue! We make appointments for a reason!! I will never return to this salon!

So glad they’re finally open again! Emily gave me a long overdue pedicure and it was great. I wasn’t planning on a manicure but the owner convinced me that I’d be pleased with a dip manicure. Her nails looked great and so I decided to go ahead with it and I love the way my nails look. Emily did a great job. Again, so glad they’re open. My husband and I have always enjoyed their service and friendliness.

Absolutely loved my experience here. My lady was very gentle and did not drill my natural nails at all, I felt no pain at all. My service was done quickly and beautifully. They have a good selection of colors here. 10/10 recommend

This is the third time I come to this place to get my nails done.. the first two times everything was great, nails were pretty and people very friendly, this last time unfortunately I had my nails done with SUE and was a disaster. She was very unfriendly, formed my nails too short, picked up a wrong color, my nails had bubbles and a lot of imperfections... I am very frustrated and I wont come back or recommend this place to anybody!

The pricing online does not match the pricing in the shop and the service upcharge on the sign posted at the register say $1 but you all actually charge more. Not a big deal but pricing and fees are inconsistent. I got the deluxe Mani/pedi and my nails were ruined within an hour I waited in the shop to dry and waited for the tech to tell me it was okay to leave (total time in the shop was an hour and 38 mins) I drove straight home that took me 35 mins my polish should have been dry. Polish is wrinkled, cracked and smeared. Theres polish on my skin my hands were dry and didnt feel like I received a deluxe Mani. I wish I could share photos of the finished product. Not happy and wont return. The 2 stars are for the tech because she was nice and professional but the quality of work was subpar.

The first time i came in the guy did not do a good job but then they contacted me and told me i could come in and they would redo them and so i did today and Emily was the one who did them and she did such a fantastic job and took such good care of my nails and made sure they were perfect and matched the picture i will be coming back to her thank you for making sure i’m happy with my nails

Took my 10 year old to get her nails done for the very first and she was extremely satisfied. Everyone in the shop is friendly. Will definitely be going back.

Ive been coming here faithfully for a year and have never been disappointed with my nails. Sue is amazing with nail designs, but I enjoy the other stylists too. The wait is never to bad and theyll try and get you in on holidays if they can.

Whats the point in having an appointment when you have to wait 30 minutes due to all the walk-ins they take before you? They do good nails but the aggravation isnt worth it.

Sue has been my nail-tech for years! I absolutely adore her, she takes pride in her work and you always leave satisfied. She recently updated her shop and all who work there is so kind. I never like the same set of nails, I’ll tell her what I want and she never lets me down. I always walk out happy! Definitely worth stopping and staying with, I have never trusted anyone else with my nails since I’ve been with Sue.

This is absolutely the worst solan I’ve been too in Albuquerque. I got a new set around January 9th and the acrylic was so bumpy and on top of that the lady didn’t measure the nails to see if they were even which concluded in them being all different lengths. a few weeks later I went back for a rebase and Sue is the lady I went to and she made my middle nail shorter then the rest and wider then the rest and said she couldn’t fix it. The nail set was not at all what I wanted and I’m completely dissatisfied and she made me pay full price still knowing how unsatisfied I was I DO NOT recommend coming here unless you want a nail set worth $25. I recommend Demi’s

I always have a really good experience when I go into Nail Tech. David, Fiona, Hannah and all the crew really make you feel comfortable and welcome. Their shop is very clean, updated and free of clutter. They are professional and take their time to assure you are satisfied. There are many places to go to get your nails done but if you are looking for a place that you can always have a great experience I would definitely recommend Nail Tech.

Perfect set of nails

Coming from someone who is all about manis and pedis... WORST nail salon I’ve ever been to! Both my cousin and I went in to get our nails taken off WITHOUT a service, their prices are CLEARLY listed on the wall $10 for what we wanted, then +$1 increase on all services making that total $11. Went to pay, and charged us each $17.50, when asked why “it was hard taking off your nails”. I’m sorry but you have prices for a reason you DONT get paid by the hour. If you need to make your money boost all your prices not just based on who your customer is. Mind you she was not only working on my nails but also working on another persons nails, using the same tools on both of us, and mind you it is still COVID-19 season. How disgusting! Will never give any business to this salon and definitely don’t recommend this salon to anyone!

My wife and daughter have made appointments and been passed over for walk ins the last 2 times here. When they left after 30 minutes patiently waiting the last time, an employee ran after them asking why they were leaving. When told why, the employee gave them a dirty look before storming back inside. They will not be back.

Nice place, clean and and the day I was there did not have that chemical smell that some nail salons request. Basic pedicure is pretty thorough. A little pricey compared to other places Ive been but still reasonable. Ill go back.

I have been going to Sue several years now. No matter what shape Im in, I leave gorgeous and happy. Waxing...well, we giggle through that.

Carly was the most thorough and friendly nail tech I have had in Rio Rancho. She is my new fav and I will be back for her next month. I got a Super Deluxe Pedicure with gel polish, and a powder manicure with tips. I paid a total of $103, and was in the salon for 2 hours. I like to tip $10/service when the tech does a good job... Several techs I have been to in this area are sloppy and lazy. I really enjoy when the nail tech shows that she cares and does quality work, so I was very happy to tip her $20 cash.

Friendly staff n clean facility.

Went here before and the service was rushed, all nails different length and not completely polished. Male did my nails the first time. Went in again to give “another try” I need a rebase the second I left. Acrylic not even close to nail bed. Very thick and weirdly shaped. Not impressed. Will not go back. Asked if nail tech could paint higher since I could still see natural nails, non stop talking about me in their language. Very uncomfortable since I’m a paying customer. Save your $ go somewhere else.

Update: Came back after they reopened (COVID) to pamper me and my girls with mani/pedis. The techs were taking advantage and up selling to my daughters without my permission. Did a lazy job with their pedicures and even though I told the techs NO gel they still did it. They also now charge $1 extra on top of their already expensive prices. Also, we find it completely rude when they were speaking in their language and laughing but don’t try to converse with their client. Wont come here again. Such a shame because David is phenomenal.First review: First time here and had a wonderful experience. Everyone was very welcoming and professional. Definitely recommend.
