I have been going to La Bella for years, they have the best customer service and nail artists! I recently was referred to Nicole and she blew my expectations out of the water, so amazing! Thank you La Bella for being such a great business.

I had such high hopes for this place, and it is really a lovely salon. Unfortunately, they seem understaffed. This was my second visit and I had an appointment, I was left at a station that had not been cleaned to soak my fingers in acetone for 30 mins without anyone checking on me. Finally, after 45 minutes a technician came and she was so friendly and pleasant (it was the highlight of the experience). However, even after two hours my nails ended up being less than satisfactory. My index finger nail had to be touched up twice before I could leave and today it’s still not right (photo). I hope they can hire appropriately and resolve the timing issues for appointment customers. It’ll be a while before I go back to try again.

Came here for sns dip for myself and bride, before her big day. We both were happy with the service & my nails still look great 4 weeks later. I wish I knew the lady who did my nails, I want to request her every time.I used to go to the stadium district location, but this location is much bigger/ nicer.

This nail spa is incredible! The place is very clean, not crowded and set up well. They have a ton of employees working so we didn’t have to wait for our service at all. They have a fantastic nail color selection for regular nail polish and shellac. I’ve been getting shellac manis for the last 10 years and I got the best one I’ve ever had here.

Let me be the first to say, Ive never had a pedicure in my life until today, and only one manicure before, I want to tell you this was the most amazing experience Ive had in my life. I was warmly greeted upon entering, was sat almost immediately placed in an inviting surrounding with wonderful service. Now ill tell you about this pedicure, Im really weird about ppl touching my feet, however is wonderful lady was so gentle and easy with my feet. I spent almost an hour and a half in the massage chair I fell asleep twice and woke to before feeling hands and feel. I highly recommend this establishment.

The lady that did my toes laughed at their shortness. Nail picking is something Ive been fighting for a while. I think its just so rude.I work up the courage to go get my nails done by telling myself hey! They have like 100 clients every day, theres no way Im that bad! And then I go in and get Nails short haha, go die (: I know they dont accuracy say that but thats how it feels.

Second time coming here. They do an AMAZING job with the powder. The only reason I’m giving them 4 is because the first time I went, I said I wanted acrylic gel full set and they thought I wanted just gel paint on my short nails. They then told me after that they didn’t do acrylic nails. (No one said this when I told them what I wanted..) so I got the powder instead (50$).Second time I went, I requested a powder fill-in. They immediately took off the nails and started with a full set. When I asked, she stated that they don’t do fills...no one told me this when I told them what I wanted 😂 constant communication barrier. I recommend that your employees confirm before beginning.

La Bella offers the best nail salon experience in the area. They have exceptional nail services and their nail manicurists are experts in nail shaping, dipping powder, gel, and pedicures. Hands down best experience every time we come. Bonus: Book their Patio Pedi for special occasions or just to pamper yourself. ❤️

An I came here because you guys had great customer service on google reviews. I know why now! It was totally worth it. I dropped a lot of money but if u love good quality it’s worth it! Went to La Bella salon today and got my first acrylic dip. It was a great experience. The lady took her time on my nails. Pretty pricey for my taste especially for what I got for $45 not really worth the price overall. Ladies are very nice, super clean environment and many nail colors to choose from.

I have been getting pedicures for a loooooonnnnng time! I have been to what feels like EVERY nail salon between Tacoma and Seattle. I happened upon La Bella yesterday and ....WOW! I was so delighted! The decor, customer service, light music and vibe were the best ever! I saw Bee for a pedicure and Thuy for a manicure. They both took great care, not going through the motions like other places. I will definitely be back, as soon as next week!!

I had a wonderful experience at La Bella Nail Spa. They were incredibly polite and professional. My appointment started on time and I was made comfortable while selecting my colors. I opted into a full SNS set and pedicure, and two nail techs were able to help me at the same time (one doing the pedicure and the other doing my nails) which sped up the process but was still very relaxing. They even offer free wine and mimosas if you spend over $45 (I opted out of this one since my appointment was at 9:30am). I will definitely be returning in the future and will make this my regular nail salon while living in the Proctor District!

Loved the winter pedicure but pretty disappointed with the rest. I asked for an acrylic nail soak off. Usually, the acrylic is ground down to a thinner layer and then soaked in acetone until it dissolves. The lady that did mine cracked every single one and then dug a tip under to PRY it off. Still had bits left on my nail but I just wanted to gtfo at that point because my nails were aching. I understand that it’s cheaper to do it this way, but please stop. Pretty upset I had to pay $10 to get my nails demolished.

I highly recommend LaBella Proctor for Mani/Pedi! 💅I had a great first experience at La Bella Proctor today! I called in the morning (Sunday) and got an appointment at 2:00. I had looked up Fall nail colors online, but the SNS numbers were not compatible to this salon palette. Luckily I had taken a pic and 3 workers worked on matching the dip colors. They did a fabulous job as seen in the photos. The mail techs were just as excited about the results as I was! That makes for a personal experience. Also, 4 other customers shared color ideas and some tried dip instead of gel. One tech wanted to show me her customers ombre pallette and take a pic in case I wanted to try next time!

I love this place! I come on a regular basis (twice a month), and sometimes even bring my guy along for a pedi. The *only* reason why its a 4 star instead of 5 for me is the consistency. There are times when my mani will last 3 weeks, easy, and other times when its peeling/lifting within 1.5 weeks. Its annoying. The other thing would be that there have been several times when I ask for 1 type of service, and didnt receive it. One time a kind tech even had to step in and let another tech know she wasnt done yet- that I had asked for a more premium pedicure. The other times I was too shy to call attention to.

This place is pretty. The lady at the front desk was really nice. But I got a facial wax and the lady that did it was kinda rude, she didnt talk at all she acted as if she didnt understand me, and if she felt uncomfortable with waxing my face right now (cause of covid, WHICH I WOULD HAVE TOTALLY UNDERSTOOD) She could have said that and I would have went somewhere else. She did my face and left so much hair because she didnt see it from standing so far away.

I love this place! I am new to the area and tried this place for the first time a little over a month ago. Everyone was friendly and the proctor location had a high class type of feel to it. I went after work and they had a wine selection! A glass of wine while getting my nails done was the icing on the cake. I got a gel manicure that lasted a long time without chipping, I’d say almost 3 weeks. I unfortunately haven’t been back yet because of the virus situation closing down business but this will be one of the first places I go for a much needed manicure and pedicure after all of this is over. Excited to have found my go-to nail place in Tacoma!

This is the Four Seasons of nail salons!!! This nail salon is a SPA - it is so peaceful and beautiful, so much natural light! I love going to La Bella because the service is amazing and it is so clean. They put so much time into making sure each station is pristine before you start. The liners in the pedicure tubs - such a smart and sanitary touch. Every time I get a manicure there, my gel lasts at least two weeks and it’s always done just right. Love the staff, LOVE the Proctor location (Stadium is wonderful too!) and LOVE the prices. I will forever be a customer!

I have been three times now. The place is very nice is clean and staff is welcoming. The first time I went I got a pedicure and I was happy with it. Probably one of the best pedicures ever! The second time I got the signature nail system which I was told would last 3-4 weeks. Well it looked absolutely great for a week then the nails started popping off after a week and a half. So at two weeks I went in and explained and ended up paying $10 to have it removed. So I don’t think SNS is with $45 for a week. But I will be back for a pedicure for sure!

Really nice and clean, the person doing my nails was rough with my cuticles, they offer a complimentary half glass of champagne or wine if you purchase over 45$ and they do not let you purchase or get more due to them not having a liquor license. That was odd to me. Their selection of regular nail polishes is quite limited as well. But they were nice.

I really thought I had found the perfect nail salon, seriously. Even though very little english is spoken fluently or understood, somehow I had a dip last 5 weeks and the gel pedi as well! After 2 miraculous visits with Jessica and Lynn? I went for last week for the 3rd time. What a difference. Everyone was tired, no one was smiling, no water or wine was offered to me but every once and awhile someone else got offered, Nicole who did my nails is definitely better than average but Lynn spoiled me. I asked for short nails, but Nicole decided longer was better. I wanted green with red, but to get her off gold, we settled on silver and $20 more than the spendy $50 dip manicure anyway. Jessice this time was obviously exhausted and made me wonder if this was one of those factories you hear about, and when I begged her 4x to clean out miy ingrown nail, I finally asked out loud if anyone could tell her, feeling horrible the whole time, even though the pedicure was, again $50. Long story short I got an overpriced oversold dip experience with 2 of the nails already chipping ( I did ask for shorter!) and a solid question to myself of whether I will return or not. They are still the best around, but next time they need to remember that Im paying them and if I gave this type of service at my work, Id be looking for another job.

Very Dissapointed will not be returning. Im going to start this review off by being fair and saying that I occasionally go to La Bella in Stadium district and have always had great service. To the point that we even started my Bachelorette Party off at that Salon with Mani,Pedi, Food Spread and Champagne.Today I decided to check out the Proctor location. I paid $53 for a pedicure that consisted of me having to ask 3x to please make my water hotter. I received no massage no exfoliating NOTHING. These were parts of the Pedicure that I was paying Extrafor. The young gentleman doing my pedicure today was scrapping the gel polish off of my toes so hard my toes actually hurt. I could not get out of there fast enough. I will not be returning to this salon again.
