My first experience at Cool Claws was amazing. Shauni, the shop owner (along with her husband Jason), returned my call promptly and was able to work me into her schedule as soon as she could. When first meeting with her, I was so impressed by the shops cleanliness and the knowledge she had on the nail products she utilizes. She was able to tell me what would be best on my nails and had a HUGE selection of colors, glitters and foils. Shauni made me feel like I had known her for years. I loved the environment of the shop which came off as a family establishment, which it was.Ive been going back ever since.After getting married, my husband started seeing Jason to cut his hair. My husband always enjoys his trips to the barber shop. Its a laid back environment and laughter is always heard through the nail shop wall.We have been to other barber shops and Ive left telling my husband that I would never bring my son there. Some barber shops tend to be filled with foul language and some what perverted talk. I admire how wholesome the guys are that work there. My husband and I are expecting now in October and cant wait to take our little guy for his first hair cut.I am so happy we found a great family place to take care of our hair and nail needs. I highly recommend visiting Hot heads and cool claws.

Gabe has been cutting my sons hair for years and he is cool enough for my son and has a good price.

I paid $50 for a set of nails that lasted 4 days. The first nail broke the first day, Mona said she guarantees her work for one week. Haha. She fixed the first nail. But when three broke off the next couple of days she wouldnt answer the phone. After multiple calls 11 days past when someone finally picked up the phone. Now they said it was too long and they wouldnt do anything about it. Later I found out that some people are discounted $5 because they are developing talent. What a joke. What a bummer because the owner, Shawna does good nails but she wont stand behind the work her contractors do. So basicallly we donated $50 to help Mona develope her skill.
