I did basic purple coffin.. And they came out just ok. For as slow as the girl worked i expected them to be great and definitely didnt expect to pay 50 or for them to start lifting the 1st week

First it is not worth what they charge. I had a pedicure and the girl cut my toe. It hurt.

Me and my husband have been coming here for years! Such great service, everyone is so kind. I always get my toes done, and my husband gets his eyebrows and my eyebrows as well. They always do an amazing job, and you never have to wait long. Great people, I recommend this place too everyone!! ❤️

Ive been looking for a go to place for years and am happy to say I found it. Tram and staff are tentative and personable. Their gel manicures last for weeks. The shop could use some pizazz, maybe add some background music, but they do a wonderful job and prices are relative to other shops.

You have to meet the owner Tram, she is super nice, friendly, does great nails and really cares about her clients. The facility is clean, bright and open. You will always be greated by Tram when you walk in her NAIL/HAIR SALON.

If I could give ten stars, I would do so. US Nails located on Academy and Wyoming is the most fabulous place I have ever had a pedicure yet! I have been looking all over for a place where I can feel comfortable with expertise from staff, and I found it. Also, the customer service is fantastic, and the salon is beautiful. I highly recommend.

Went to the shop on Fourth. It was empty.The first tech to help me was a young woman, very attentive to detail. She asked how i wanted them shaped and i told her, rounded not pointy. Then an older woman breezed in and took over. Must have been the owner. Keep trying to talk me into the gel nails, more expensive. She did a terrible job on the shape kept making them pointed. I decided to skip the polish so i could home and fix them. Regular nails are on the price board at $22.95. She rang up $28 i asked her why and she said the special shape was $3 more and then she asked if i wanted to add a tip. She never smiled nor spoke with me. Rather unpleasant experience, i wont go back and I warn you she will try to pad the bill

This is an excellent very good nail salon very friendly affordable great staff really willing to help and listen Id have to say one of the nicer nail salons in town so if you want to get your nails done go to us nail and hair yeah that about says it so once again there a good place five star highly recommended

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all! They’re horrible! The owner did my nails today! I got a rebase! She left lumps and bumps, didn’t clean underneath, I wanted chrome on one nail and it doesn’t look like chrome at all, it dull! They’re such in a hurry that all they care about is they’re next dollar!!! I am very disappointed with them! I’ll never go back! So so rude as well!😡😡If you notice the owner never comments back on the bad reviews! That tells me they don’t care that they rip off Coustomers and that they have horrible Coustmer Service!

Easily the worst manicure of my entire life. I went in to get a dip manicure. The wait time was ridiculous. They had one tech to do nails, the other two were only doing pedicures. The tech that did my nails took off my gel polish completely with the buffing file tool, rather than using acetone to help soak them off to reduce damage. After filing my nails brittle, she immediately went into the process of the dip. There were still remnants of my green gel polish on my nails. She painted and dipped atop my cuticles and under my nails too. No shaping of my nails, and the dip is thick and uneven. It was honestly the worst experience ever. I’m at a loss for words.Well, I’m on my way to another salon to fix this hot mess...so much for getting my nails done for my birthday. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else. Literally anywhere else.

Who in their right mind would pay $70 for a basic Mani/pedi no wax, no scrub, no acrylic, no design, just gel paint. In fact for my 7 year old we asked for regular polish and they insisted on doing gel. We said no again then they asked her again when they were doing it. Of course a 7 year old said yes. No prices listed is a smart way to rip people off. FYI this is not a resort/spa. My wife and daughter will never be back. BTW my wife comes across a ton of people and has never warned people off of an establishment but this time she will be.

I went in recently to get my nails done. The nail technician ripped my previous nails off without using chemicals to gently remove them. She also did not know what stiletto style was, and I had to explain it. Then technician made my pinky nail crooked. I literally had to beg her to fix it, she kept insisting it was fine- I gave up and had to fix it when I got home because she kept insisting it was fine.A week goes by and one of my nails breaks. I go in to get a fixed. They charged me for it. And when painting my nails puts on the wrong color. I told the nail technician (different woman) it was the wrong color. Insisted it was the right color. She adds another coat and I tell her again it is not the right color and she insists again it’s the right color.I am beyond frustrated. I will never return and will warn people about coming here. What kind of business treats their customers like this?Unbelievable. I would give negative stars if I could.

Nice folks but I got a strep infection in my left foot from a pedicure here! Choose another spa. Dont go here.

Had a terrible half-effort pedicure experience today. The owner was even adamant about me paying a spa rate for which I stated clearly in the beginning that I only wanted a regular pedicure. I was not aware I was getting a spa rate treatment, which felt not nearly close to the service I received. In summary, the owner was rude and adamant that her worker did a good job, when she only came into the shop halfway through my service. Poor customer service when you dont listen to the concerns of your customers and still insist they pay the full price. I left without the completion of my service, yet I still paid the full pedicure price. I will not be going back.

Totes cute! Perfect location. Grab a glass of wine at 5Star burgers, get a mani/pedi here, and then go to Massage Envy to top off a way relaxing day. Service was quick and friendly. Massage chairs were amazing. I only went in for a pedi. But the gal that walked out had gotten her hair done. She looked cute when she walked by, tho. Pedi was cheap too. Only $22. I can live those prices.

Worst customer service. I called the day before to make an appointment. When I arrived the workers, Im assuming owner & technician, were arguing over my appt. The owner was rude and kept questioning me over which phone number I called. She thought I had called the techs cell number?? I had to show her the number I called from the business card. I couldnt believe I was stuck in the middle of their argument about customers. Anyway, no apology or anything from owner. I kept getting questioned like a criminal from her. After a few minutes I walked out. Unbelievably bad customer service. I hadnt done anything but call and make an appointment. I thought I was being punked, it was so bad. Run far away from this poorly ran business!!

I called last minute for a group mani pedi and they accommodated us all so wonderfully! They took great care of us all and were very professional!
