No no no. If i could give zero stars I would. I got a set done here bc my usual nail lady went out of town. The set was beautiful but within two weeks I had to go back like six times bc they kept breaking. I went one day bc I was so done with them after a nail broke for the 6,000th time and instead of taking them off like I asked the nail tech, Hannah, decided to ignore me and fix it. So I said whatever maybe they will last a little longer and as soon as I stepped outside another one broke. Ha ha so I went back inside and told her to take them off the then they had the audacity to charge me after she completely ignored me and did something I didnt ask for. The kicker is that they told me they werent going to take them off unless I paid first insinuating that I wasnt going to. They literally had the nerve to sit there and insult me by making it seem like I wasnt going to pay. Ha ha never in my life have I ever been treated with such disrespect. I overheard another client complaining about the same issue as well but this was as I was getting the set put on so I didnt know all this yet. Lol lil girl Hannah told me as I was walking out after paying You want new set you come here ok!. Lol f no.

Paul Pham is the Best! Hes reasonable on price! Hes does all my friends nails. Everyone loves this place! Its the #1 nail spot in NM!

I scheduled an appointment with Paul well in advanced to make sure my daughter could have her nails done for her birthday. The appointment was made for today. Lastnight I text Paul to verify our appointment, he said he was out of town but to still go to the shop, someone else would be able to help me. I called the shop and spoke to one of the girls there. She said it would be better if we waited till Paul came back. At first she said in two weeks, then next week, and finally maybe on Monday hed be back in the shop. What I dont understand is if youre the only one in the shop who does that style of nails why then would you recommend we still go into the shop and have someone do sub par work? Or even yet, why did you schedule an appointment for us to come see you when you were planning on being out of town. A complete waste of time, not to mention the disappointment my daughter now feels. Very unprofessional on your part Paul.

I have been going to this shop for 2-3 years. I’ll never go back! I had my nails done Saturday and it was a disaster. My nails were so ugly and messed up. I went back to get them fixed and had to pay for them to get fixed. And now they all my diamonds came off and nails are messed up.... Again. I’ll never go back.

I absolutely love this place, because they actually take their time on you and make sure you get a full experience. I come from enchanted hills for their service, that’s how much I’m will to drive for a great experience. Or don’t take my word for it and find out for yourself.

Came into and seen Tam for the first time. She did an amazing job. I definitely will be back 😀. They are under new management. The new manager was so acknowledged everyone and said hi and a smile. The atmosphere was great a lot laughing and relaxing.

Ive been going to Pauls for ten years now. I am the absolute pickiest person when it comes to my nails and he is THE BEST in town! Ive never had an issue with his products! Ive been getting my nails done by him forever and my real nail bed underneath is healthy and unharmed. The customer service is amazing, as well. If you care to see the products he uses, they are all out on the walls in clear view. I refuse to go anywhere else for my nails. Theres a reason hes been in business so long and is so popular. Go there - you will not be disappointed!

I cant make it there as often as I would like. However, Paul, Nancy, and the rest of the staff are incredible! Phenomenal work, competitive pricing, and extremely professional! They always treat each customer with respect. Such an amazing place!!

I come here to get my nails polished with gel polish I alway make an appointment but they will take walk ins too. I do my own nails, which they hate but I dont want acrylic on my nails. plus I was a nail tech many moons ago and I like my work. Hannah does a great job with the polish and nail art. The employees talk more to each other than to the clientele so just expect to go in and get your service and go. They are friendly just not overly interactive

I would honestly give this place zero stars if I could. The owner Paul continued to work on a clients nails after she was bleeding from taking off her own nails. He didnt sterilize his equipment afterwards. They took 2 1/2 hours on my nails. My fingers were full of glue and the my nails looked terrible. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

Paul, the shops owner, speaks English better than almost all of his employees, so if you want something specific, find him to ask for it. Or bring in a picture on your phone. They can almost always copy from a picture and do a passable job. Hannah is the gentlest, especially if you tell her you have delicate fingertips.

Would give no stars if possible!!!! Never go here if value your body! I went to get my nails done and a pedicure for my friends wedding the whole process took about 3 hours! And on top of that they gave me an INFECTION in both of my big toes!!!

Never wrote a review but decided to bc of how terrible it was. I would leave zero stars if I could, terrible acrylic that breaks super easy and honestly uneven nails, it took two hours for a set and I had to make constant comments about what needed to be fixed. I have NEVER broken a nail before and these broke while putting on my shoe, and I have had many experiences w acrylic nails

Ok I heard about this place that it was a very good nail salon..I was there 2 hours I paid $75 dollors and didnt get the nails i wanted on a picture I showed..this place was ok ...What is the hype..I didnt see it..the lady doing my nails was nice but took to long and someone else came to do my nail design so I had to pay for two people.... thats to crazy to do my nails...my nail shape is way off..I dont know..they say paul is good we will see I try one more time to see is people are saying what is true...

I absolutely love it! I work right across the street so I decided to try them out after a customer of mine suggested it. Its the best nails Ive ever got! Im very very picky about the shape of my nails and they all nail it every single time. It doesnt matter who I get, the shape is perfect. They are patient and my designs are always what I expect them to be (and I dont make it easy on them for the design). Would suggest to everybody I speak to

Made an appointment at 3pm with Paul and as I got there on time it took him an hour and twenty minutes to help me... the wait time was ridiculous even though I had an appointment. On top of it my nails were absolutely overpriced and definitely not what I had expected. I do not recommend this place at all!

I decided to give this place a shot because Ive seen people post about how amazing it is. I didnt have that experience. I went in for a new coffin set and a pedicure. The Guy did NOT know what he was doing. My whole set took over two hours which is ridiculous. He spent most of the time filing, and did not know how to do a coffin shape. All my nails are different shapes and lengths. After painting the nails he was STILL filing them. Cmon dude. If that wasnt bad enough they thought Id still want to do a pedicure. Im sorry Ive wasted enough of my day at the salon I dont need to spend anymore time there. A week later my nails are already lifting.I will not return here. Dont waste your money.

The nails turned out nice at the end. Although they are overpriced and he cut me when he was filing the nail and ignored it. Did them too thick and it took forever to file them down and mest up my cuticles. You can find better places that wont overcharge you and still do a great job.

I went once and the guy didnt shape them the way I wanted nor did he go all the way up to my nail. Also I was told that the dipping powder was 40 on the phone and I was charged way more. My nails broke after a week of getting them done and I usually go once a month. NEVER AGAIN will I go back.

I normally go here all the time. I also refer all my friends here. The last time I went here I was very disappointed with the set I got. I had an appointment set up for 11 am. Didnt get started till 12:45. As I was started his 1 oclock appointment showed up. So he rushed mine and in the end mine were messed up and ugly. I was so unhappy with them I took them off 3 days later. So today I decided Im gonna give them a second chance. I get there and tell Paul Im willing to wait he said it was okay. Then all of a sudden when I told them I was not interested in getting a pedicure it was a different story. Then it became that they were to busy or booked to see me today. Mind you I always wait 2 hrs even if I have an appointment. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK IN THE FUTURE NOR WILL MY MOTHER OR EVEN REFERRING MY FRIENDS. They dont care about their customers and theyre time.
