I chose the Good Feet Store because I had my ankle surgically fused and the post surgery orthotics were causing me more harm than good. I left with their system looking forward to fixing my feet and the alignment of my kinetic chain so I can regain a better quality of life. Thank you so much Good Feet Store!!!

My appointment started over 20 minutes late and they didn’t post any prices online. I can get custom orthotics from the doctor for half of their lowest priced package which was about $1200. Complete waste of time even if the product is good.Likely a good system for people who need it but I will bring my business somewhere that respects my time and is more transparent with their customers.

I’ve only had my orthotics for 8 days but I feel like I already notice a difference. I’ve worked out with cardio and weights several of those days, a couple of times with some pretty good intensity and even danced at a wedding, but I haven’t felt the typical feet and joint pain I’ve come to expect.Terese was very knowledgeable, attentive and patient, addressing my concerns and answering all my questions. While it’s still early to give a certain conclusion for my experience, I’m very optimistic that these are good to make a big difference!

Went to Fairfax and was a very good experience. My expert fitter———and I do not use the word EXPERT lightly—— was patient and kind as he listened to my long list of foot and leg ordeals and pains. (Surgeries, scar tissues, torn Achilles. Tendons, toe operations, and spinal fusion. In all it has taken five visits to fine tune my shoes and arch supports. The entire store has come to know me and welcomes me to show the same care and attention to me and my my concerns . This is a great product and worth a try. A TEN STAR rating from me and our outstanding very patient and knowledgeable technician was totally responsible for this exceptional review. My recommendation for anyone is if nothing else get measured for the correct length and width of your feet. You are at an extreme disadvantage if you don’t wear the proper size and width shoes for your feet. Over time it will affect your posture and overall well being. I had a bit of a wait when I first arrived and it took awhile before anyone acknowledged that I was there.I noticed that immediately as I have worked where customer service was extremely important.A previous customer was being taken care of and had nothing but great praises for Good Feet. Paolo, my sales person, was very attentive, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I purchased the orthotics system, a new pair of Brooks and I’m extremely happy with the outcome.

I made an appointment online which was super easy. I met Therese and she walked me though the whole process from start to finish. She communicated well and I was happy with the final result. I am adjusting to my new inserts and look forward to having proper alignment in my feet and body.

Going for the first time to a store where they need to fit you to a specific product one never really knows what to expect; will you be treated like a number, or have a long wait time, or made to feel uncomfortable due to the problems with your feet? Well, not to worry about The Good Feet Store as none of these things happened! Ill cut to the point. If you are having problems with your feet this is the company to choose. My wife and I were treated like gold by all employees at the Leesburg, VA store and especially by Liz Cruz who worked with my wife for her fitting. I know something about running a business successfully and believe me it starts with the front line employees and how they care for the customers. Months of physical therapy, podiatrist inserts, and kinesiology tape, and plantar fasciitis was still worsening. Im on day 3 and already feel so much better. Its going to take some time to heal but this is finally an upward trend. Terese worked very patiently and knowledgeablely with me and listened very kindly.

From the time I entered the store until I walked out of door, I had a great experience. Paelo was informational, professional, and answered all my questions.The insoles are awesome. They are expensive, but if they continue to work, it is worth the investment. As soon as they were inserted, I felt relief. I am updating my review from a one star to 5 stars, since the Good Feet Store Reached out to me to make good on my concern. They were actually amazing in making sure I was re-fitted and received brand new inserts for the two that were originally swapped off. They mentioned that they never keep used inserts in the store, and that any used ones are sent back to the manufacture. I cant explain what happened to me, but for the fact that they cared enough to call me back and set up an appoitment to fix my concern; that gives them a 5 star on my books. I have not see this type of customer service any where any more. I am grateful for the call the exchange, and as I said before the product works wonders. I am no longer in pain like i used to be. I am leaving my previous post below in the event someone is curious of what my previous concern was. But it is all null and void now. Thank you Jazlyn and Aahmed for the customer service.I was very impressed when I first got in the store and was greeted immediately. I was helped by Reese a military hero, who was great salesman. He listened and then did all the measurements and explained the process for the 3 different inserts. I left after purchasing the $1200 set of insert and a pair of new black Brooks sneakers (all they had in my size), I was totally okay with with spending that kind of money, so long as I was going to be out of pain. The inserts worked and I was getting adjusted to them, following the schedule. Then one day after about 2 weeks my foot swelled up. I noticed it happened with the first two inserts one day. I called so I could get an adjustment, I made an appointment Then life happened my daughter went to the hospital to have surgery and I couldn’t get in to see Reese. one day after visiting her I was able to make it to see Reese, and he said he had never heard of anyone that had experience swollen feet issues. But he went ahead and went through the process of analyzing my feet again. And he went in the back room and came out with some inserts to replace the strengthener and the maintainer . He put that strengthener in the shoe and had me try them out and of course like the first time he said they will feel like they’re not fitting but you’ll adjust. Having trusted his soldier story and how charismatic he was I trusted him. He made the exchange at the register and I left. Only to see later that he had exchanged my brand new insets for some used insets that were a mess, looked used and ancient compared to the ones (my new ones) he swapped out. Needles to say I called back and they told me he was hot going to be at that store very much. But I may be able to catch him. I tried a couple of times but he was not there. My daughters health situation worsened; she had a stroke and our life tuned upside down. I now had to care for my grandkids and juggle work and hospital visits. Eventually she came home and needed round the clock care with visiting nurses and therapists. I was not thinking of shoe inserts. So I never go to speak with Reese to let him know I was not happy with what he had done . I lost confidence in Reese, but not only in Reese but the Good Feet store; and the way they must conduct business. How can you in the middle of a pandemic swap out brand new clean inserts for used dirty ones; which needless to say I never used again. So I payed almost $1500 for one insert. What Reese did tells me it’s the way they must do others. So disgusting that, that is the way they train people. Be careful if you have to go in for an adjustment; my insets were barely two weeks old.

After suffering for over a year with plantar fasciitis, I was at my wit’s end. I made an appointment at the Good Feet store as a last-ditch effort to find some relief. Scheduling the appointment online was easy and I was able to meet with Julia the following day. The appointment was much more involved than I imagined, approximately 45 minutes. Impressions of my feet were taken and we discussed my issues and how to resolve them. I “test drove” the inserts and while they were very different than anything I’d tried before, I was willing to try anything at this point. I’m about three weeks into the plan/system and though I’m not completely pain free, I believe I’m making progress and am hopeful that with continued use each day will be better than the day before.

I experience extreme plantar fasciitis in both feet. My feet were evaluated and my personal consultant who picked out three arch supports for my very high arches. As I walked in each support I felt NO pain. NO Pain! I purchased new sneakers along with the arch system and began immediately feeling relief! I walked 1.5 miles when I got home and felt no pain in the evening as I usually did!

Palio was nice, competent and convincing enough for me to invest in these orthotics. I just returned from the longest walk I’ve had in months and the inserts worked as described. My feet used to really hurt (at all arches) when just into 20 min of walking. Today I’ve walked almost 45 min and my feet don’t hurt! Yay!! So we’ll see how well they work long term but so far I’m greatly encouraged . (I just wish they were a little less expensive...big leap of faith and huge $ investment in a product I only heard about on the radio...I am told my insurance should cover a portion of the cost so fingers crossed).

I have already been a user / customer of the company’s product system, but I was having pain again and needed help now that we have moved to this area. Peter was an excellent educator. I highly recommend The Good Feet Store’s solution!My husband could barely walk with agonizing plantar fasciitis. After using The Good Feet Store‘s product for a few weeks he was 80% improved. After Several months he is pain free and has started running again.Recently, I’ve had Intratibial Band Syndrome - searing pain from the outside of the hip to the knee. Treatment is rest, ibuprofen, ice, etc for 8 weeks. But meanwhile, I can barely walk, CANNOT walk up steps, can’t work out, and can’t sleep because of the pain!As soon as I tried on the Good Feet Store inserts, the flash of sharp pain I felt with each step was reduced, and I lost that feeling that my leg was about to buckle. 2 days later, the sharp pain is infrequent and I have no pain at night The dull pain will subside with time, treatment and healing.I’m skeptical, and don’t believe advertising claims, but here I am, sharing with others the dramatic improvement and relief that my husband and I both enjoy Thanks to The Good Feet Store.

I’m extremely happy at this time! I’ve been suffering with painful calluses on both feet, some knee and hip pain for several years. Since I’ve purchased the three step Arch support system, I can finally walk straight, I don’t wobble while walking anymore, my legs don’t hurt and my callouses don’t hurt when I walk. I’m able to walk for long periods of time without pain and without being tired afterwards. I believe soon I’ll be able to run again. Thus far it has been unbelievable! I have been an athlete all of my adult life. Consequently, my body and feet have suffered and I was very hopeful that your foot supports could give me relief. When I came in for a fitting I explained to the salesman that I was coming off a broken right leg and that my orthopedic doctor had recommended a foot support for my arch.While being fitted I mentioned to the salesman that the supports seemed to fit one foot but not the other. He told me that my feet were different sizes. I was refused the request of receiving a support that properly fit each foot. This was concerning to me but the salesman relayed that this would not be an issue. I told him to fit my right foot accurately as it is my sorer foot.I did refuse the total package of strength, maintenance and relaxing supports so I guess you can fault me for this. It is a good sales pitch but seemed unnecessary. I also refused the charcoal inserts and the Brooks shoes (which did not fit). I exactly followed the time frame schedule for building up to full use of the supports.So now three weeks later I am ready to give an honest opinion of the supports. My left foot is fine and comfortable. However, my right foot is still very sore. The left support fits my left foot fine. The right support has never seemed to fit. If I had known in the beginning that I would be paying $400 for an off the shelf pair of supports that were not properly fitted to each foot I would have just invested in another good pair of hiking shoes. So it is my stupidity for not walking out when I had doubts. Out of desperation I bought the supports, hopeful that they would work. This week, 3 months off the break, three weeks of building up time in the supports, I have begun strength and cardio conditioning. Back to 3 Advil to keep going past the arch pain (the leg is fine).So needless to say I am not impressed. I will go to a podiatrist to try again.

The first day I walked in my Good Feet System I took my wife to get her nails done. While she was busy, I walked 6 miles around the mall on the hard concrete floors with my Maintainers on. When I stepped down on my left foot, it felt like it rocked forward. As I continued walking, that stopped. My right hip began to hurt. As I continued walking, that stopped. I had the distinct feeling that my feet, legs, and back were learning how to walk with my Good Feet System in my shoes. When I was done, I went home exhausted. My body felt like I just had a workout. I took a nap but felt great. A couple of days precious to getting the Good Feet System I walked 13 miles in Washington DC. That night my feet were killing me. That was my motivation to go to the Good Feet Store and I am so glad I did. It has been 5 days of using the Good Feet System and my feet feel great. My hurting feet are not keeping me awake any more. I look forward to continuing the Good Feet System.
