Everyone was so nice! the place was clean and they did a great job with our gel and dip nails.and they were very respectful accommodating of my service animal which is always appreciated. if we are ever back in ABQ, we will definitely visit jenny and her coworkers for some more pretty nails again. :)

I went in today as a walk-in and even though everyone was busy I was acknowledged right away and only had to wait a couple of minutes before being called to the back. I’m a 42 yo male who has never had his nails done before and they made me feel very comfortable. I have this one mail that grows cauliflowery because it was slammed in a door a couple of years ago and they used some kind of powder to form and give it the appearance of a regular nail. Superstars. They didn’t bat an eyelash when I asked to color my nails and I’ve already been complimented 5 times after having left the place. I give them all the stars.

Completely ruined my nails! Didn’t do what I had asked. Was rough on my hands. Made my cuticles on some on my fingers bleed. Cut my nails shorter on one hand than the other. Definitely WON’T be going back! Worse experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon.

Came here for pedicure and gel manicure. I had asked for them to be gentle since I have sensitive skin- but they were not. At the end of my manicure the person doing my nails ripped off a large chunk of my skin. It bled a lot, but they were good at putting on acetone and superglue/bandaid on the wound. They were apologetic, and did not end up charging me for my manicure. Overall the services were good, but just very rough.

If I could leave zero stars I would. We parked in front of their shop to go next door due to husband on crutches (public parking lot). Owner immediately accosted us saying parking only for them (they had stuck a sign in a bucket) and we had to move...even as my husband was hobbling in front of her. What an evil person! Indicates type of business...I would Never go there.

So, my best friend and I went to have a couple services completed. I wanted my eyebrows WAXED. They literally plucked the outside, no wax and sent me on my way. My friend got upcharged for using cash over card...absolutely not.

Lisa was very good and very sweet. Every time I’ve gone for a pedicure, the gals have been wonderful. But the prices have gone up quite a bit. Probably Covid related, but hopefully not for very long.

Looking for a new set every place I went to said they were too busy. Found this gem down on my luck. Was seated as soon as they could..was professional and respectful. The place didnt seem upkept but they did a fabulous job and treated me fairly. I will be goingback. Thank you exotic nails!💜

The Guy that did my pedicure seemed to be in a rush I didn’t like his job I told him I had ingrown toenails he Completely ignored me didn’t even bother checking other than that I will never go back here not satisfied at all OK

Had an appointment at 11:30 was not seated until 12. No apologies for the wait. One of the employees the entire time did not have her mask on properly. Not much of a color a choice for gel. The place overall just looks dingy. I will give them points the actual service was nice but cannot see myself making this my regular salon.

I would never go here again. They cut my toe and I was bleeding. My toes were dry but 2 hours later, my nail polished slid off my toe and ran down my toe. I would never go here again.

Always happy going there they always do there very best. And thay ask for you to get an appointment but always try to work in there scedule for walk in customers. Price went up a little because of covid. But the service they give you is worth it. Covid has messed with to many places of business.

Very clean and comfortable. My tech was very nice. I guess I chose a sheer glitter for my pedicure, so she found a matching base color to make the glitter pop. Very pleased, and I’ll definitely be back!

I came here on a last minute decision but Im happy I did. Jenny did an amazing job on my nails. They look amazing! I also told her to do a Halloween design and she did an awesome job. 100% recommend.

I recently moved to NM and am in search of a nail technician. I did a google search and Exotic Nails by Jenny had very good reviews, so I thought I would give them a try. I had a mani (with dipping powder), and a pedi (with gel polish). The pedi was a decent service, but she uses too much pressure when scrubbing the bottom of the feet, almost to the point of it becoming very painful. She was taking her time, until one of her regular customers came in, then she started rushing through my manicure, to the point that there were several areas of my nails that were not completely covered, and the tips of all the nails were uneven and rough. I will not be going back.

Jenny is truly the only person I trust with my nails. I usually just call to confirm shes not busy and see when she has time for me. I tell her what color I want and usually let her pick the shade. She always jazzes up my nails when theyre to plain and will recommend glitter, holo, or chrome after staring at them to make sure theyre perfect. She makes my nails look beautiful and natural plus she is the sweetest person. I have been going to Jenny since she opened Exotic, plus I travel all the way across town for her. I HIGHLY reccomend her to everyone.

I am beyond impressed. I have been coming here at least 10 times! They are so nice and sweet and are very talented. Every time I go they do such an amazing job with my set and when removed after a month plus wear they don’t damage my nails, so their products that they use work really good!I recommend to ANYBODY that loves getting their nails done!I have my wedding next month, and I already have my appointment set! ❤️

Hands down the BEST French Manicure set I have ever had. Jenny and her staff are always welcoming and respectful. They exceed my expectations and I always leave happy with the designs they do on my nails. The salon is pristine with no nail dust, residue on the pedicure chairs, or question of clean supplies. Very satisfied with the service!!

I used to love this place and I was a regular customer bur never again. They are so rude, had us waiting over an hour and didnt say anything about the wait. The lady cut my 8 year old daughters skin when all she wanted was a polish change. We walked out. Too many nail salons to be treated poorly.

I have been going to a different nail salon for a year but was recently disatisfied. I am SO glad I switched to seeing Jenny. She did my acrylic nails today and they look wonderful. They look natural yet stylish and are so pretty. No blemishes at all with the finished product. All completed in less than 45 minutes. I have found my new nail salon!

To make a long story short...When I walked into Exotic nails I was greeted promptly and seated right away with a bowl of warm water for my feet to soak. Since I’ve been searching for a new nail place I thought I hit the jackpot. An older woman came and started working on my toes filing aggressively, cutting the skin a couple of times. What made it worse was when she poured alcohol on them to clean and dry my nails for the gel polish, OUCH! My massage was nothing I would call a massage, I actually was waiting for her to start the entire time haha. She ended up cutting my finger nails very short and I had to ask her to fix the polish a couple of times. I guess she couldn’t see where my cuticles started because only half my nail was getting painted. OH and let me not forget about the rude lady sitting next to me on her phone the entire time talking about her ballet studio and how the rent was so high all the while her daughter was next to her being ignored. I was so happy to leave. I paid $80 and I’m not the slightest bit satisfied. I’m home now and my gel is peeling on one nail. Sigh.... never again!

Best place to get your eyebrows waxed and a new set of nails. They take their time to make sure its what you want. Love this place

I’ve never written a review for anything before, but felt like I needed to this time. I got a pedicure before I got my acrylics done. By the time the lady was finished with my acrylics, my feet still weren’t dry, yet she said they were and continued to put my shoes on. After we left, I noticed that the polish was smearing everywhere so I went back. The lady tried to fix them but were still messed up. My acrylics were also not what I asked for. Such a waste of money and time.

I really love this salon. The staff are kind, polite, and professional. They do quality work. By far the best thing about this salon is that it is easy to access. For people with walkers, crutches, oxygen etc this salon is wonderful. Its very ADA compliant.

These nails last through anything! i had my nails done about 3 weeks ago, two days ago i jammed my nail into my boyfriends arm. the nail popped my real nail and broke it . the acrylic nail didnt break . would recommend going here if you want them to last .
