I paid $76 for my set and they came out super sloppy and thick. There is also acrylic behind my nail but my nail lady was nice.

These are just a FEW of the amazing designs I have received over at Luxury Nails from my man Oscar! I had visited Luxury a few times before and got amazing service by a few of the other techs, but when I kept herring about how good Oscar did at designs I had to try and get in with him. The first ones he ever did for me was the sugar skull design. I was hesitant to ask him because in the past at other salons they would tell me my nails were too short to have any intricate designs, but he said he could do it and I trusted him! He of course exceeded my expectations and I was hooked ever since.As I mentioned, all the techs are amazing so they DO get pretty busy! I recommend calling ahead and booking an appointment if you have plans, but if you’re not in too big of a hurry, they do take walk ins, and it’s worth the wait!I always get the dip manicure (by Oscar) and a gel pedicure from my girl Anne! They are always clean and nice and they even give you your pedicure file, scrub, and buffer to take home! I love this place and I will never go anywhere else! You have to give it a try!P.S. I just noticed on one of the pics I posted, you’ll notice the polish is peeling a little. I work with a lot of cleaning solutions so sometimes this can happen, but this particular case happened a few days after my appointment (which is VERY rare) so I gave Oscar a call, and he fixed it immediately (as soon as I got off work) at no cost! Him and his staff are the best!

I went for an appointment last weekend. It was my 1st visit at this place, my appointment was at 3. Myself and a few other clients who were also booked at 3 werent seen till a hour or so later. While we were waiting the tech kept taking other appointments, when they were clearly overwhelmed and overbooked! I went in with smooth feet and left with worst feet than ever. My nails are so uneven, I showed the tech a inspo picture and her work wasnt at all close... I have a nail lady I go to but she was out of town and I couldnt wait... I had a broken nail. The whole experience was bad.... DONT GO HERE!

Oscar scheduled me with a nail technician who was not scheduled for the day he gave me. He did not apologize. Very disrespectful, raising his voice to me when I asked questions regarding my bill. This place nickel and dimes a person- not worth the hype and unprofessionalism.

This place is the best! I always love when I get my nails done here and the pedicures are top notch! Oscar is not only the best nail tech in the state but his whole team is amazing! Everyone is good! Of course I love Oscars work and he’s my favorite but if he isn’t available I trust the whole team.I love how clean this place is and how they don’t make me feel rushed. They care about their clients and it shows. Very unhappy with my service this time around. I usually come here because I know I’ll get good quality work. The lady who did my nails was in such a rush that she hardly filed them down to look like natural nails.

I hate to say it but this place is a huge rip off. I will start off by saying I had an appointment time at 1pm. Well I didn’t even get seated until 1:50 and I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. Second, the nail tech was halfway through shaping the acrylic and gave me a huge cuticle burn while filing(he didn’t even say anything but “oh sorry”. After getting done with my BASIC OMBRÉ set the tech charged me $114.97. After the amount of time I had to wait, having an appointment, and getting burned on my index finger this price is absolutely absurd. The people have no sympathy or respect for their clients. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE!!

Luxury Nails is by far the best place in Albuquerque. I have known the owner Oscar for many many years and he leads some very talented people. I drive across town every 2-3 weeks because of the quality and care provided. I watch all the workers clean non stop while I am there. They are all so professional and care about you!! ❤️❤️❤️

Why do nail places take appointments at all if they are not going to honor them? I was ready spend $100 on nails, always tip over 20%. Beyond frustrating. If there is a nail place in the universe that honors appointments, I would gladly pay a premium.

Pedicure was VERY rushed. I sat down, put my feet in the water, and the next second they started working on my feet. I went to relax after a hard day at work, it was not relaxing whatsoever. The massage was preformed after the polish was applied and was very short. Also, the hot towel (my favorite part) was placed for MAYBE 10 seconds then he took it off. They also do not use sugar scrub. I was in and out in 20 minutes (thats including drying time). Will not come back, my two friends who came with me felt the same way. Note: The place was not busy when I was there so that cant be the reason why...

I have been going there religiously for over a year now and I am never disappointed! Oscar’s talent is unreal! I will never go to another place again.

Never fails...I always walk away happy and in love with my nails! Even with a full house, I only waited 30 minutes to see my favorite tech, Lina. She took her time with my pedicure and made sure every nail was perfect to include giving me one of the best massages. My nails are gorgeous as well! I always have an excellent experience when I visit this shop! Everyone is friendly and helpful. The shop does not smell like chemicals and is brightly lit. They have enough pedi chairs (theyre new and super comfy!) for a large party and a large selection of gel and dip colors. I love to work with Jenny (shes amazing!), however every technician Ive worked with has been very skilled. Very reasonably priced for the services you are receiving!

We were waiting for our truck to get fixed up next door and they quickly fit us in for pedicures. They did a fantastic job and we felt safe with everyone wearing masks. Very friendly, clean, and affordable!

Love love love this place. Oscar and Jenny are amazing. They do all types of nails: reg. gel, dipped, acrylic. Jenny doesnt do acrylic, but she is amazing with dip. And the designs are to die for. Jenny did my dips about three weeks ago and they are still holding up, which for a nail biter is a must.The picture are my nails after three weeks. Still in great shape.

This place is a health hazard. I hope dept.Health pay them a visit soon. They do not clean their tools properly. They just spray the tools from customer to customer. After the pedicure they made me to walk bare foot from the chair to station, then to wash my hands and back to the station all BARE FOOT. The technician is always distracted by either her phone or something. She got my nail color wrong despite several warnings. I would never go back again.

I rarely write reviews and I am telling you this place is AMAZING! Oscar is the owner of this salon and well renowned among nail artists and salons. I have been regularly getting my nails done for years, and Luxury Nails by far is the best experience I have ever had. There was a mistake on my nails a few days ago to which the polish prematurely started peeling. Naturally, this was very frustrating but I called Oscar and he immediately made time for me at the end of his long day to fix all my nails for free! He was so polite, made sure they were perfect, and thanked me for coming to get them corrected. You wont get better value or customer service anywhere else, GO TO LUXURY NAILS! You wont regret it! :)

Very disappointed. Made an appointment and asked to sit with a friend and when we arrived they sat us on oppositeends of the salon. Paid the same price as other people but didnt get the full manicure and was told it depends on who you get. Have polish on my fingertips and she said to wash my hands and it will come off. Didnt fix it. So disappointed for $41!

The service was good, but the price was a bit much. I paid $50 for my 5 year old daughter, in which the paint came off 4 days later! The nail service itself was good, but we wont be back.

Ive been going here for years and they always do a wonderful job! My favorite it the dip manicure. This nail salon is very clean, the workers are very talented, and its just a very welcoming environment. Im always recommending this place to my family and friends.

I was able to be attended fairly quickly. Staff are very friendly. However there was a miscommunication about the color of dipping powder I wanted. I noticed halfway through that the color was white, when I had asked specifically for baby blue and even showed her several pictures. My technician just looked at me saying “no, you picked white and it’s too late” and continued working. I felt awful and silly after I had pointed that out. So I was stuck with white nails, which is not my style. Overall, the product and service was pleasant.

I am very picky when it comes to my nails, and he always does a quality job. Their salon is always clean and they always have the latest and greatest nail products well. If youre gonna go here on a weekend, book an appointment first. I went on a Saturday less than an hour after they opened and I was lucky to get a chair! Great work, lovely people, wonderful massage chairs. I highly recommend.

I love this place, and I always come back for Oscar. However, I feel that as time has gone by, the quality of my nails has gone down. It is hit or miss for me, personally. Sometimes my nails turn out well, and sometimes I leave a little upset. It is inconsistent, so it is hard for me to decide what to do. Oscar does an amazing job on other customers nails, but mine never seem to turn out like the quality on his Instagram posts. My latest nails are a little patchy, meaning the color is lighter and darker in certain areas. I also feel that the nails turned out thinner this time (maybe because there was no base coat or third coat of dip powder), and Im worried they are going to break. I already had one nail break the day I got them, but I didnt have time to go back and get it fixed.

Great place when there isn’t a rush. They offer a wide variety of beautiful colors and convenient services. However, if you come when it is busy you may face a good wait and a rushed manicure but the staff do seem very polite and professional. I come here because they offer the best cat-eye nails when I get a week off from a business professional manicure!

Very good service. But the establishment could be cleaner and better organized. There is always boxes and boxes of new product everywhere. Very disorganized. Oscar is sometimes rude when people call in and he is with a client. He always says he is to busy and cant talk. If my nail girl wasnt so good I would not come back.

Best place for quality and friendly service. Extremely skilled workers, friendly environment. I can’t say enough about the quality of Oscar and his staff.

First impressions: clean establishment with young staff who spoke excellent English. They have SNS and cat eyes gel polish, which makes them unique. Prices are comparable to other nail salons in the area. The only thing I disliked was that they ask you to walk across the room to wash your hands after nails are buffed. It is not ideal to walk across the floor when you also just had a pedicure and youre barefoot. Other salons simply have a bowl to rinse your fingers at the station. Otherwise, a good experience overall.

Most workers are not good. Unless you get Oscar or Lena this place is quite unfriendly. The male techs are TERRIBLE. All the techs including Oscar talk over the clients and chatter the whole time - no such thing as getting a relaxing pedicure here. Even Oscar seems too busy to care about client experience lately - probably thinking too much on how to spend his money. So frustrating as I have been a customer since this place opened. But now this is probably the most expensive (and snotty) salon in NE Heights.

My first 2 visits were decent, but on my 3rd visit the nail tech told me I had an ingrown toenail on each side of my big toe.(never in all my years of pedicures have I ever had this happen) The tech cut too deep and i ended up with an infection in my toe. 4 weeks later, I still have an infection on both sides of my toe! Finally went to Urgent Care to get antibiotics. Im so upset! Steer clear of this place!

I have been to this shop a few times, this isnt my regular nail salon but decided to go since its really close to my house. I got a manicure from a lady who cut too deep. Im in the dental field and know how instruments should be sterilized, well the tech just wiped her instrument off and recapped it. I now have an infection in my finger and will be needing to take antibiotics. I would be cautious about going to this salon!

Great when I first started going. It had slowly gone down hill with every visit. Oscar rushes every tech. They also have no parking. So you cant even get there half the time without walking half a mile.

Very friendly staff. I almost always get dip manicures. I highly recommend Jenny or Thy—other staff members can complete the manicure quickly but they tend to chip within a week. Jennys dip manicures can last at least a month!
