I tried this place after a bad experience with image nails (10+year) customer! Was so sad. @ great job once maybe twice all other times I wasnt excited about the service I paid for! NINA IS THE BEST THOUGH SHES THE ONLY ONE WHIS THROUGH AND SMILES. THE OWNER NEVER GREETED ME AS SHE GREETED OTHER CUSTOMERS AS THEY WALKED IN. I GAVE THE BENEFIT OF DOUBT BUT THEY ARE WAY TO EXPENSIVE FOR THE SERVICE JUST DOESNT ADD UP!! TRY nature Nails on Eubank NE next to KELLERS. IM HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY N GIRLS ARE SUPER ENGAGED WITH ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS. ONLY 30 FOR A PEDICURE AND THEY DONT PREESURE U TO GET GEL!!:D

I enjoyed the services. I forgot her name but I love the way she did our nails. Most places leave a gap causing the nails to grow out sooner. The only problem was they were busy so they were rushed for time. Causing one of the workers to accidentally burn my daughter it wasnt too bad. But excellent service

The place was too expensive. I get the same service pedi, gel mani, and facial wax at Diamond nails on Juan Tabo and Lomas for $62. Diamond Nails also offer you water, tea, or coffee as a guest. BELLA NAILS charged me $95 for the exact same service. And the girl Kim did a poor job waxing my chin. MY NAILS ARE TURNED OUT WELL. I wil lnever return to this place. They didnt even offer water, IT WAS HOT OUTSIDE! They think black people have no money. I tipped Kim good though!

I paid $124 for 2 Pedicures. One for me one for my daughter, when I asked how much it was I was quoted $30 for mine $18 for my daughter. They failed to tell me everything I was being charged for until after we were done. We will not he going back.

This is the best pedicure salon in town. They have the best deluxe offering with a choice of fragrance, sea salt scrub, mint exfoliation, hot towel treatment, emollient moisturizer applied via massaging of the calf muscles, which is very well done. All the while your back massage competes with the rest to put you to sleep. The toenail polish is the final step. Spoil yourselves ladies and gents. But call ahead for an appt.

Friendly staff. Cindy did the bling nails for my daughters birthday and they turned out stunning!! She does an array of hand painted nail art. I had a pedicure while I waited. Great work, the massage was nice and long. They have a huge selection of polishes to choose from. We will definitely be going back

I wont go anywhere else. Tea does the best Gel French Manicure in the state! He does a quick, quality job and they last until Im ready for a new set. Theyre always fully staffed and rarely a wait.

I was a loyal customer of Cindys for over 2 years. Ive brought in many other clients too, always advertising their business through mine. Id come every few weeks for new sets, and a lot of the times bring my kids. However my final and last time my daughter who is 5 dropped a bottle of polish and my husband ended up cleaning it up very thoroughly on his hands and knees because Cindy got so annoyed with a baby dropping a bottle on accident. So not only that but instead of just saying, hey Im going to have to charge you for it (even though you come all the time n tip well) she just snuck the price in my final bill of $10 extra (a bottle doesnt cost that much ). But instead of just saying that its done sneakily. Also they wont allow you to use your $5 off coupon card they give you after going so many times due to covid they say. But everyone is in a pandemic right now and shouldnt really be hurting them to allow loyal customers to take $5 off, but they just became very greedy and money hungry. Not to also mention Ive made appts, showed up, and she would be doing someone elses nails and ask me to reschedule even though I made an appt.So over all she was very nice at first but after covid she became greedy, and rude. Toward my kid...definetely lost a great customer and friend.

I NEVER get my nails done, in fact this was the 2nd time ever, so when there was a miscommunication about what I wanted (my fault) I felt really bad.Not only did they fix the issue but they were able to fix it exactly the way I wanted. I will be back to this place, they all did a fabulous job.

I came here because someone recommended this place to me however I was not very happy with the way things turned out. I went for a pedicure and manicure and when I received the pedicure the person seemed to be annoyed when I told them the water was too hot, they filed too short which caused me to bleed a bit .Also they used hot rocks as apart of the massage and didnt wait for them too cool off so they burnt me . It was not relaxing at all, I was just wanting to get it over with already.Apart from this I was told one price on the phone and got charged about 40 dollars extra in person. They did not honor the price they had told me which was very upsetting . I paid close to $100 on a basic gel pedicure and manicure, they said I was charged for deluxe, whatever that is, I never asked for deluxe . Also Its only been about 4 days and its already starting peeling off. I will not be coming back here.

NEW MANAGEMENT HAS TURNED THIS PLACE AROUND!!!I have visited this nail salon multiple times when I visit Albuquerque. They underwent new management a few months ago and the service has improved DRAMATICALLY. I got a pedicure, manicure, and waxing, they did a really good job with all three.The pedicure left my feet soft, and I love that they do a leg massage and hot towel with the pedicure. My toes werent hurting afterword like the last few times I went to this salon (under the old team). I got a french manicure, and the tips look very clean and natural. I really liked that the manicure had multiple coats of color and top coat. I also had my armpits waxed, and she did a wonderful job getting them smooth and plucking any of the hairs that the wax missed.Overall, I love the new management. The service I got under the last team was terrible and some people were more interested in the TV than the customers. The new team of nail technicians listen to what you want and strive to give you the best experience possible!!!

I have been looking for years trying to find a great nail tech. Every where I went my nails lifted, or the nail tech was good been very rude, or to damn expensive. I went in to get my mothers nails done and Cindy said she could do my nails also. I have never loved my nail as much as I did when I left the shop. I have been going to her since. I hve been a customer at Bells nail for close to 2 years. the service was great the first year. now every time i go in for my scheduled appointment they seem to over book my time and ask that i come back later.when my nails are left longer than i want i try to come back to have them cut back and they never seem to want to help me. ( i ALWAYS TIP MORE THAN MOST) So I will not be returning.

The first time I came here I got a gel manicure and (reg) pedicure. The pedi was great; however, the gel manicure began to peel off after a week! I did not attempt to get the manicure fixed due to a busy work schedule, I just painted over them myself. The tech that did both services kept commenting on how dry my heels were and how bad my cuticles were. It was kind of embarrassing. I told her that Im a(n)(obviously) pregnant mother of a toddler and I work full time. I dont often get time or money to do self care or treat myself.... Yet she kept on. I let her finish her job, paid with a tip and moved on with my day.The next time I got services here (yes, I came back.... It is super close and convenient) I just needed a pedicure this time as I cannot reach my toes to paint them because of my belly! They were pretty busy so I let them know what service I needed and sat down to wait for someone to call me back. Well two of the techs finished with their customers but did not call me back. They just ignored me up front. When another customer walked through the door they sat her immediately! I made eye contact with the other tech (by this time a couple more finished up) and she looks at me surprised and apologized for forgetting about me and sits me at a tub. Im a little bugged at his point because it has been an hour.The gentlemen service worker starts filling the tub with cold water. I mentioned this and was ignored. But he did get up and grab a towel to cover my legs (without asking) because apparently my mid-thigh shorts are too revealing for him. Now Im bugged AND embarrassed!He does a speedy job through the pedicure. At some point an older woman comes up and asks if I want the deluxe pedicure. I decline this service and it seemed to upset her because she began to talk to the man in their language and it did not seem like she was saying anything nice.Id like to add that I usually opt for the deluxe however after being forgotten, then shamed for my apparel, I just wanted to get out of there!I waited for my toes to dry, paid for the services with a $4 tip, and continued my day.I think its safe to say I will not be returning.Like

My sister took me for the first time about a month ago. My nails came out nice and I also got my daughters nails done as well. By week 3 I was ready for a rebase but my nails starting coming off completely, not sure if it was the product or the way my nails were done. The tech that did my nails took 2 hours!!!! My sister, 2 nieces, and daughter were all done before me and I was the first to sit down. I tried going back a second time again with my sister. Same tech did my nails.... Still sat there for 2 hours. My sister and I sat down at the same time and she was done before me and sat with me for a good 30-40 more min. This time my nails came out horrible. Color was good but they were bubbly and not even, bulky at the ends. Not filed right. I asked for a 4 leaf clover and got flowers instead. I went back and complained. They fixed my nails but didnt seem to happy about the mistakes that were made and werent all that friendly about fixing them. Im not to satisfied with the service I received and I wont be going back.

First time visiting today. Got dip powder done. Very smooth nails, good shaping and they are extremely personable. The shop is clean and they are reasonably priced. I plan to make them my regular nail shop.Update: I have been going to Cindy for three months or so now and I am still just as pleased as I was the first time. I stand by her pricing being fair, I also think she is friendly and funny. I wanted to update because sometimes people’s performance decreases when you become a regular but Cindy’s has continued to be awesome.

CINDY and this male in particular are rude and racially discriminate at times. Its Cindys uncle, if Im not mistaken. Both of their attitudes are utterly disgusting. The male is tall, slim built with black tousled (most times, stiff) hair. He does not listen carefully to what youre saying, and goes off the rails with his foolishness. He thinks he knows it all. If he listened carefully, he would realize one agrees with him. It is comical to say the least. They talk ill of you in their language, and think you dont understand. Funny enough, I do. Thanks to studying abroad.Also, they will try to outsmart you with their prices, if you arent careful. I overheard the male say: If you dont get gel, and choose regular polish instead, you will be charged $1 if it chips, etc. Considering, if you come back in the next day, which is ridiculous. If regular nail polish chips on the same day, more than likely it is not the customers fault. If the customer chooses to come in the next day to have it fixed, it should never be an issue nor an extra charge. This is the only nail shop I know that will have the audacity to charge you for that. Also, if there is an issue with a nail, do not polish over it or whatever the issue may be ...REMOVE the polish, ETC and do it again.LET CUSTOMERS CHOOSE WHAT THEY PREFER. EVERYONE DOES NOT PREFER GEL, ETC. AS LONG AS YOURE GETTING PAID FOR THE WORK DONE, IT SHOULD NOT BE OF ANY CONCERN TO YOU WITH WHAT A CUSTOMER CHOOSES.I tip every single time, and theyre still rude. The only time I refused to tip was the male. He did a terrible job and had nerve to remain foolish and rude.CINDY is just as rude and has a foolish attitude, but likes to play nice.If you choose to visit this location, please go to MING or NINA. MING and NINA are the best, nonetheless the sweetest. NINA is a very sweet lady, but they tend to corrupt her mind as well time from time. Its unfortunate, but no worries.Again, MING and NINA are the best. There is never an issue with them.

I live in California and was in town for my sisters graduation. My sister suggested we try this place because it was under new ownership and they did a great job on her nails for prom. It did not disappoint, it was very clean and the stations were brand new. We did the manicure/pedicure with parafin wax. It was rejuvenating and relaxing, a great way to decompress before a big day. Cindy was very friendly and professional, I highly recommend this salon.

I have gone there twice and both times my nails came out perfect. Finding a place in New Mexico that can do coffin nails correctly is hard and both times I have gone they were perfect with no lifting. Their customer service is great and very friendly.👍🏻👍🏻Would definitely recommend this place.

I did like this place, until I was insulted by one of the owners. I brought my sister in with me who came down from Denver, she looks rich, so I guess he thought that if he insulted me to make her feel good that it would pay off for him. Little did he know that when we left, one of her nails chipped. So much for that nail shop. They lost my and her business!

Very Disappointed. Water ran over in foot bath all over the floor. Took them awhile to clean up. Wanted customers to walk through it after pedicure. Massage of feet and hands was a joke. Container saying cuticle remover was used as lotion! Needed a translator to explain what I wanted. Elderly lady did not speak English. Equipment not cleaned between customers. I will not return and suggest you don’t!

This was the absolute best manicure that I have had since moving to Albuquerque from Minneapolis / St.Paul! I have tried three places to date. Lysa did a beautiful job on my pedicure. I have rather tiny toenails and I know my toenails can be a challenge to do. I will definitely be back!!

The shop is under new ownership. I have been a customer of these owners for 9 years and will go to no one else. They always make you feel valued and cared for. If you have ingrown toe nails ask for Dr T. he will never hurt you.

The whole staff is amazing and they do a fantastic job on my nails. They can also do a lot of designs that most other nail salons cant. This staff used to be at impression nail salon and I would only go there, since Cindy, T and others have moved to this location I will not go anywhere else, just love this place.

Now that Cindy and T are owners this place will be the only place I come. They know how to treat their customers. They both do awesome jobs!!

I dont frequent nail salons but from the many I have done business with this one does take the cake. Staff is super friendly and inviting. Not pushy or salespeople. And they will talk with you if youre one of those talkative people but this time I was with my significant other and they kept to themselves and asked if I was ok because I was being tickled. They even gave us complimentary water.The salon is kept very clean they sanitized after every customer so the chairs are ready upon entry. Nail polish selection is open and easy to see along with the styles of gels and other products that I cant remember how to spell. Music selections is calm and very easy to relax to. Ive been to alot of salons that make me feel like Im ordering take out. I will definitely return to Bella Nail to continue my buisness.

I got my nails done there less than a week ago, it took them 45 minutes just to fit the right tip, I wanted a design and they could not do it, so instead of taking the white nail polish off and put the black nail polish, they just painted the black over the white. The nail polish was so thick I couldnt even do anything with them. My nails are already lifting and I had to file, and file for them to look half way normal. And as I was in there someone came in about them same thing I am experiencing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I just moved from Texas and was hoping this would be the place I could make my nail home... Ill keep searching, that was a huge waste of money.

My first time at this nail salon with my granddaughter, I was looking for a place besides Walmart because they are always busy. This is the worst experience with Nail care weve ever had!!! Pedicure was done professional we were pleased. The Nail care was horrifying and all they could do was talk behind my back that I was the problem. The lady that did my nail care left the gel polish very sloppy & since is chipping & falling off! not anything near what I had asked for, because I was not happy they had the lady that does pedicure try to fix the mess that was made! The worst experience I have ever had and my granddaughter is not happy with her nails as the gel polish has been chipping and falling off! Unfortunately they made this out like I was the problem, we will never return!! Not once did they apologize as I was clearly upset because we were leaving on vacation and my nail care was bad and nothing I could do about it!! Above all they expected a tip! Ive never NOT left a tip!Im concerned product must be old they are using as weve never had problem with gel being so awful.Sad that my granddaughter had to experience this.
