I am extremely disappointed with the owner of this place. I called to book an appointment to get dipping powder only nails and gel only toes. The owner asked me if I had still had the gel and the dip on my hands over the phone and I said yes. I arrived and I was pretty satisfied with my service until the owner demands I pay her $20 over than what I usually pay every 2 weeks I come here plus a $10 tip for the other gal. No problem. I tell her that I usually pay $20 cheaper and I get the same service every time, but I quickly ran to the bank to grab cash (she asks me every time to go get cash and not use my debit card, not sure why) and pay her. I came back and she embarrassed me with arguing with me in front of all of her customers. I was in disbelief. I called to let her know that she embarrassed me and she continued to argue with me. No sympathy whatsoever ever. All the owner cares about is money not her customers. This really put a bad taste in my mouth. I will never come here again.

Clean as a whistle, the one salon where everyone observes a silent rule - cellphones off! Bliss! Staff is wonderful and you see the same lovely people all the time. Ive known the owners for years - wonderful people. Ive never had a bad manicure, pedicure in close to a decade.

Naveana has never disappointed me. Ive been coming here for over a year and always have a great experience. The salon is elegant, simple, and relaxing. They have great music and the staff is extremely professional and kind. They really take care to make sure you have a great experience. I always love my mani/pedis from Naveana; they last a long time and look fantastic.I once went in with a small, but very painful infection in my toenail and the nail technician worked around it with medical precision. I was so impressed and pleased with my experience.I cannot give a higher recommendation for this nail salon!

They did the BEST job on my acrylic nails. These nails did not lift after weeks and weeks. Ive had my acrylic nails done for over ten years and in many different states and by many different technicians. This is one of the best.

Worst pedicure ever! The technician cut my nails exactly the wrong way and this will probably mean ingrown nails and a visit for surgery at my pediatrist. She did not cut them straight, but on an angle and then pulled the nail all the down. I yelled and told her not to do that, but alas it was too late. I explained very carefully that I had ingrown nails and that I was diabetic. She didnt even listen, she just cut cut cut and I was done in 15 minutes. I am dreading the next few weeks. Avoid Hellen, either she didnt understand English or chose to ignore me. In any event, this will be a disaster for me.

Not sure why the haters say bad things, the place is spotless, the woman running it is an absolute delight. Nice decor with nice music.

Always do a great job on my nails, and they just massage in lotion instead of nagging me about my dry skin ;-) best kept secret: they have matte topcoat if you ask :-)
