I usually go to Angel Nails but I went to this place because I didn’t feel like waiting. And it was a HORRIBLE mistake. I asked for nails with a simple design and he told me they do not do designs. So I asked for French tip with pink. And he showed me some ombré nails and I said yes I’ll do those. He charged me $50 for these clunky nails. He literally dipped my whole finger into the powder and kept putting clear polish on top and messing up. So he had to keep restarting. Horrible NEVER AGAIN!!

I had a pedicure done and I was surprised to pay 72.00 dollars. I had the older lady and she wanted me to pay 77.00 for the high dollar pedicure. She was very pushy. I told her no. I just wanted the basic pedicure. She told me I should get 2 tip nail. I had 2 tips put on for 15.00 each. That is a rip off. I will not come back to this place again. She did not massage my legs. The service is not worth 72.00 dollars.

I understand that most nail techs doesnt speak English but I atleast expect you to understand enough to comprehend what Im asking for regarding a pedicure and a manicure. Not to mention that they take advantage of their customers by over OVER CHARGING them. They charged a elderly couple $124 for PEDICURE ONLY. NO WAY IN HAIL DOES IT COST THAT MUCH. They tried to charge me $62 for my mother manicure. When I said something about it they said my apologies. Its $40.

Try somewhere else. Technician does not listen. I asked her 3 or 4 times to cut my nails. She did not. I told her what she was doing was painful. My toes are bleeding in several spots. I came home, removed the polish, cut and shaped my nails. Wasted $52.00.

I had the mani/pedicure combo service. My experience was very positive and relaxing. Everyone was very friendly and my daughter even loved my Natural French Manicure Nail Polishing.

My gel polish came up after 2 days and went back to have it repaired. They constantly skipped over me only to say they were short of help and couldn’t get to me right away which I don’t understand. Waited a hour and still so no service so me and a few more customers chose to leave. The acrylic work is garbage and too thick which makes them break quick and easily . $75 for a pedicure when it wasn’t worth it!

The ambiance and decor is absolutely lovely... And thats about all GOOD I have to say about this place! The prices are ENTIRELY too high for this mediocre service. My husband got a Mani. I got a mani/pedi. $117⁉️ ABSOLUTELY NO WATER involved in my manicure and it took her about as long as it took my toes to dry to finish the job!🤦🏿‍♀️ The lady did a HORRID job of polishing my nails! WILL NOT BE A REPEAT CUSTOMER!

I am not really satisfied with my nails. They are okay. I waited over an hour for a set of just acrylics. I ended up leaving with misshapen nails and bleeding cuticles from being cut with the machine. And overcharged for the length I got. I will not be returning. Do NOT spend your money here.

As a courtesy I call about 1/2-1 hour before I go in and ask if they have time. I’d recommend this because the first time I went before calling, I ended up waiting a half hour. Every time I’ve been in I’ve gotten exactly what I’ve wanted. I did have to be specific and said something when I didn’t like the shape, but she happily changed it for me and I ended up leaving very satisfied. I will not go to another nail salon in edmonds, I’ve found my place!

Paid $70 DOLLARS for a terrible acrylic job. Asked for them to be fixed twice and ended up having to be painted two different times and didn’t get any sort of refund for the horrible painting job. I still walked out with unsatisfactory and terrible looking, chunky, uncovered, crooked nails. Never again!

I was tricked into the most expensive and worst pedicure Ive ever had. I was handed the pedicure menu and as I was looking it over she flipped it to the back and said you need that one and I kind of hesitated for a minute and she walked away and came back with a box and said im opening this 1 for you and before I could say no she opened it and started. The whole time I thought it was the 1 she pointed to on the back when I went to pay there was an extra 20 something dollars what was not adding up THE BOX SHE JUST OPENED WITHOUT ME SAYING YES WAS $77 DOLLARS. $77 dollars for a pedicure that was NO different than the cheapest on the menu. My feet are still rough, my skin is sore around my nails where she clipped to much and to deep. I paid extra for gel polish so it would last longer and the paint is already peeling away from the nail 2 hours later. DONT WASTE YOURE TIME OR MONEY HERE.

Please save your money and go else where. Horrible experience! The older lady who did my nails rushed. I got a regularly gel overlay and it only lasted literally 4 hours before it was melting off. I went back a few hours later. She “fixed” it yet they were chipping the next day. I’m so disappointed and they will never get my business again

I have been here twice, gave them another chance to redeem themselves but it is the was overlay gel I have ever had done in my entire life. The men do the pedicure perfectly but the older woman is always rushed. Everytime she does it I have complains every single time that has been all the 3 times I have been there. Never going back

They did not clean their work area or make sure each person who entered put hand sanitizer on their hands. This guy started to work on my nails, but he did not get another napkin for the nail dripping or towel and old nails were all on the floor.

Ask for Courtney or her dad who is a miracle worker with pedicures BTW dip is a little pricey at $50 but good attention to details

Me and my friends went here to get our nails done and let me just say it was an awful experience. This older lady took me and she completely rushed my nails. As she was applying the nails they kept falling off!! My nails were lumpy, different shapes, and the polish was peeling! Never coming here again.

I’ve got my nails done before here very good job. Got my nails done yesterday, and the day of a nail came off with no pain. Which means my real nail didn’t break but the acrylic nail. Which means the process was done incorrectly. Then today another came off with me being none active. It could just be the specific person because she was focus on everything but the client. But very nice people. Especially the young lady.

Awful. This place doesnt deserve any stars. My experience from the first time I came in. The pedicurist kept pressuring me to get a package I didnt want. She seemed annoyed after my pedicure was done wrong. The paint was not dry, and she repainted. I stood under the curing lamp at least an hour, she did not check on me not once. Another worker came over to tell me that I can go now. I asked if he was going to spray the nail protectant on, and he did and then left . I walked out with the disposable slippers and the toe wedges. I didnt have a good experience with this business.

I had my nails done for the first time by Juju and she was the best. I would recommend this business to anyone. Cant wait to return this weekend for my fill in

Great experience best service Ive ever received

This was not a very good experience. Tech placed tips on my nails which I have never had before. Asked if the tips and gel would make my nails weak. He stated no adding that the gel would last 2 weeks. Great! Two days later my gel starts chipping. 🙄 No time to go back any time soon, so I waited a couple of weeks (being very careful) and tried a different salon. Btw, the tips and gel did make my nails thinner. Still working on that.

Our service was terrible from the moment we walked in. The owner snapped at us when I said we wantes manis and asked if we mean acrylic. I said yes and he said then dont ask for manicures ask for acrylic... our nail tech didnt even get the right colors at all. Our nails ended up crooked and completely noticeably uneven my sister had bubbles in her nail polish. And my acrylic was bulbous. Im not even joking. And they dont charge a set price for acrylic but by the length. I have never seen anything like it. Dont recommend this place at all

It was fabulous up until she poured rubbing alcohol all over both my legs after moisturizing them. No joke. That hurt. My legs are red. I told her it hurt and that it was unusual for her to do that when most techs use a hot towel to remove the excess oils not a cold bottle of rubbing alcohol! Never again! Ill go back to Enchanted Nails next time.

Believe the reviews and do not waste your time!! My nail techs used to work in this place, however they have moved to their own shop but they were closed today so I decided to just give these people a try. Big mistake!! The dude who works in there is so rude and unprofessional. They botched up my toe nails and then refused to do my nails which was fine by me anyways!! I should have checked out the reviews before ever stepping foot in there!!

This place is fantastic! Very friendly staff...glass of wine, get your nails done. :) or bottle water if you prefer. very quaint, Not real busy on a saturday, which surprised me. Reasonable price. but you certainly go high end as well.

Stopped in on the way for a work conference last minute. I was worked in immediately with Jessica. She was great! Efficient, and professional. She has an way about her thats easy to talk to and she did a great job at gel nail!

I got my first ever acrylic nail set and gel manicure done here and the lady that did my nails was very patient with me and funny. She obviously cares a lot about the standard of her work. My sister, though, got her nails done (also for the first time) but a guy who did, for lack of a better word, okay work. My experience, though, was fantastic and my nails are gorgeous and strong. Id definitely recommend this place and their color 259 (?) King of Grapes!~

I was charged $160 for a pedicure and a refill . This is the 2nd day and my toe polish is already coming off and my nails are very short, VERY VERY VERY SHORT. Not an $80 set at all. Then they kept talking me into getting rhinestones after I kept saying NO. Day 2 and Half of the Rhine stones are missing . NOT WORTH IT AT ALL

This is the best nail shop in Albany. The owners have expanded the shop and its beautiful. Ive been going here for 3 years and have never been disappointed!

I am from out of town. I came there and they did a horrible job on polishing my finger nails and toe nails. Very sloppy job and the design was so small. My finger nail polish peeled off soon as i left . The pedicure massage with the wax was very nice. I spent 55 dollars there

I would highly recommend the new Detox foot bath that they have. I have neuropathy and for one day my feet did not feel like I was walking on coals and it is even better if you go on a slow day cause I feel like I got extra time cause they were not busy!!!! Highly recommended

Today was my first time here at Ledo nails and I loved it. I had the best pedicure ever and Scott gave me exactly what I asked for with my nails. I definitely will be returning.

Great service for children and adults! They do great acrylic nails and pedicures! They’re nice and gentle unlike many other shops in Albany.

Please dont waste your time or money. They cannot do nails. Specialize in big bulky old fashion nails. If I could rate a 0 I would.

I had a horrible experience here. The woman doing my manicure cut me and continued to file and filed my real nail way to short and jagged. Then when she was applying the polish it was super sloppy. It was so bad that I asked her to take the polish off. They insisted that someone else paint my nails. My pedicure looked good from a distance but as I’m letting them dry I see how chunky the polish is. The nail tech came over many times and finally tried to repaint them. The only reason I paid and even gave this a 2 star review is because they were being nice. I will not come to this nail salon again.****To top it off 4 people came in while I was their to complain about their nails.

I walked in and I could not believe the price that they wanted to do just a refill and replace two nails they asked me for $45 for that I couldnt believe it have they lost her darn mines or what I can get brand new nails for that price. Never again will I go in there they can keep their refill for $45.

I have been here several times. I’ve had some good and some bad experiences but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had!! The lady I had skipped steps and didn’t even massage my feet at all and we paid for a full pedi. Also, two hours after I left two of my toes smudged. They should have been dried by then. They definitely lost a client and would never recommend them to anyone!! Will be looking for a good nail place who cares about their clients!!

Was not happy at all

They told me it would be an 30 min wait. I did not mind that. Then I saw so many people walking in and getting service and I was still sitting there. My money spends just like the next person. He can by one and said I would be serviced never happened. I waited for a while to see how long it would take. I just got up and left, Iam sure the did not notice or even care that I left .

Terrible service.the nail tech cut me when she was filing my toe nails she was using some long metal tool with a sharp end on it. when i said it hurt she continued i said it again she then apologized and stopped. she put so much polish on my toes they never dried 3hrs later my toes were still wet. the polish was so thick it would not dry i ended up taking the polish off and putting on polish from home thats when i notice that i must have been bleeding too because i have a cut where she pricked me its red and and it hurts really bad. i paid $40 for a sloppy service. my feet arent even smooth on the bottom. the massage was not worth it all i recieved was rubbing on my legs. i hate to go back to people for them to correct their issue if u messed it up the 1st time im sure u will mess it up again. so i will not be returning ever.

I went to get my feet and eyebrows done . I am going again and requesting the same person that worked with me the first time I didnt ask her permission to use her name so I wont say. This was one the best expirences I had at an nail shop my teos was beautiful and eyebrows was nice and massage my feet felt wonderful since I stand on my feet alday.

It was okay my nail polish was messed up before I left she said shed fix it. I had an appt she said come back tomorrow after 2hrs of being there. The next morning on my other foot the nail polish was coming off.

Got my nails done and as soon as i left my acrylic fell off of my pinky and my middle finger. Also, my nail polish on my toes came off in the shower the day after.
