Everytime i go there i leave very happy and satisfied... I dont even have to repeat myself or ask for fixing this or that...they just make my nails just as i like them and better... So professional and very nice all of them. Highly recommended ☺☺

Every time I go there, barely anyone ND their so called busy.. they rush you and they hate when you pay with credit card because they love and want your cash. One day is one price next is another. Depending who you are they like you or they dont and they will definitely mess up your nails. I dont recommand this place to any one due to their poor inconsiderate attitude. I dont know why people still go there they charge way to much money and they dont even do acrylic only nor gel. They suck even when they put tips.

Terrible service! Horrible time management! Eyelashes are bad and so are the nails. They rush every client. If you complain about anything they get mad and will start yelling at you and kick you out. Do not recommend!

Holy cow my girlfriend went there today for lashes. They completely butchered hers. She looks like she has fuzzy centipedes on her eyes. When she complained the man doing them said he couldn’t fix them because he had another client. Absolutely unprofessional and horrific service. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anything on how we were treated.

Love my nails. Im a regular for my eyelash extensions and my eyebrow wax and henna. I also her my pedicures in the warmer months. Alex and Chloe are always super nice and professional. Ive never left here unhappy. A visit to their salon is definitely in my budget every couple weeks. Only wish I could tip them more because they work hard and deserve every penny.

My nails is a very nice, beautiful, and welcoming nail salon. They always do amazing work on my nails and they are always polite when I come in for an appointment. I have no complaints with them they are definitely worth the wait and the time of day! I really enjoy getting my nails done here and I will always suggest this place for future customers.

Worst customer service ever. By mistake I took the wrong person to put eyelashes (she doesn’t know how to do it... be very careful) then the guy fixed it but he wasn’t that nice either. Recognizing a mistake with a customer is very important and try to fix it and be kind. Not here. Never will come back or recommend this place to anyone

Very good experience overall. The woman doing my pedi took her time and did a very good job. I also got a design which looked great. Only think they could improve is the choices in nail color. Other than that I am very pleased and will go back.

From my personal experience, they dont deserve even one-star. I needed to do an eyelash extension for my wedding ceremony day. I called in and explained my intention and the kind of eyelash extension I want, and got the confirmation and price, and my appointment booked.The day went in, I was told that I have to wait for 10 mins but ended up waiting for almost 40 mins. The service was done in a rush and I have stated again my expectation is close-to-real-lash type of short and natural looking eyelash extension, the finish look was really thick, hard and pricky fake lashes over my real lashes, which is entirely different than what I asked. I came back again so he can trim it down but the trim is uneven, my one eye is shorter, and the other eye is a lot longer. Very poorly done, and looks awful. And I was finally told that if I wanted a natural looking and softer material, theres a higher price point version of extension I could do, which I wasnt informed at the booking the appointment when I did tell her my expectation and requirement. Im willing to pay more to get what I want for the big day. He told me I need to come back on Monday, when his sister can help me out right there. I dont have other choice but agreed to this settlement.This fake eye lashes had irritated my eyes and my upper eye skin so much, I kept tearing up during the night, and already sensitive skin(Im 4-month pregnant) had been poked by the point of the thick plastic fake lashes so bad, and it had rashes at one point. I couldnt wait to get this replaced. But late Sunday night, I received his text message, he needs to change the location. I was really upset because he promised in person and over the text, but it turned out to be not true. It didnt look like hes going to make this happen for me, and my eyes are so irritated by the fake lashes material, I cant wait any longer.When I asked for a refund, and he told me he doesnt do refund. Whats worse, he threatened to going to the police on me if I withhold my credit card payment. This is not a customer-oriented business and I had voiced out my concerns many times and received no real resolution buy excuses and last-min flakes or threatening. Im extremely disappointed and angry by the experience and conversation with Alex. No customer deserves such unfair treatment. Its not about the money or refund, its about the real service, fairness and creditability that I deserve from your business.

Awful. My mom and I were charged $99 for a French acrylic set. The woman here put white tips on our nails, covered it with clear gel and sent us on our way. My set was done in less than half an hour. This woman was rude and rough. She kept hurting my mom and I and was insincerely apologetic. I have had so many sets and fills in my day and have never been out the door so fast, and been charged such a ridiculous amount for bad service. I wouldnt recommend this salon to anyone. Never going back.
