Great service and price. While overnighting in Omaha, 2 of my car windows (front passenger and rear windshield) were broken out at the hotel we were staying at. Metro Glass was the only auto glass shop that would help me same day. All of the staff was super friendly, and it cost less than the larger companies had quoted me. Very happy with their work and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Another popular glass shop in town had replaced my windshield and when I called them about the break, the “pros” did not guarantee their work and told me I needed a whole new windshield. These guys are no joke. They simply want to take care of you the right way. They got me in immediately for a rock chip on my windshield. I was all fixed up and on my way in about 30 minutes. Metro glass responded very quickly to my questions on Facebook. I came in with a crack that I wasnt sure could be fixed, and they took a look at it and told me very honestly what could be done. I did not end up getting it fixed but I was very impressed with how straightforward and honest they were, instead of just trying to figure out a way to get money from me.

My back window was shattered on a Wednesday afternoon -1430. With that much glass I didnt want to drive it too far but nobody close could, or would, get me in prior to 3-5 days. Metro Glass let me drop my truck off within the hour, had my window replaced and tinted by 0900 the following day, and I saved over $300 in the process w/ options. Rich is such a cool guy! Had his team replace out the accords windshield at a reasonable rate. Other projects include helping me install a new mirror on a old medicine cabinet I was refinishing and they were able to custom fit it. They also cut new glass shelves for me for the same cabinet and they turned out awesome!When I got a chip in the windshield I had to take it to another place (in another town) to get it fixed they told me the shield was high quality! Just goes to show Metro is not taking short cuts.

Had three windshields replaced here and a rock chip repair. All had excellent craftsmanship were done in a timely manner. The glass used does not appear to be as cheap as from some places. Another place once installed a window for me that the glass had an off color to it. That was not an issue here.

Great experience. From back window incident to everything done was just a couple hours. Great group of guys over there. Im sure this wont happen to all customers, but the events worked out in such a way that they even bought me lunch. It just proves that they know what the right thing to do is and arent scared to do it.

I was referred to Ryan and his team by a friend to assist on an odd job that I had with a window repair. They were extremely helpful in making sure that they could accommodate my needs. Once my glass was delivered (which was immediately), it took them roughly a half a day to complete the job. I would recommend Metro Glass for all your glass needs. After an accident, I was in need of a new car. Not only did I get exactly what I asked for, but Rich treated me and my family with a no-nonsense attitude. He was kind, understanding and was looking out for our best interests. When my sisters car broke down, we went to him immediately. These guys were super helpful... when I found the shop. Theyve moved from their old location in the big green building and have set up shop next to the Window World. Once that was cleared up they were quick to take care of everything related to the rock chip in my windshield.

I would definitely recommend Metro Glass Omaha to anyone needing windshield/glass repair! I called Rich mid morning and was greeted with a sympathetic ear. The night before my rear window was shot at and had shattered. Only thing holding the glass together was the tint. Rich quoted me several options. After going over these options Rich placed the order and by 2pm the truck was ready to go. Rich I love the rear slider window. Had it opened all the way home. Thank you for being so helpful. I certainly will come back if I need glass service or replacement. I would recommend Metro Glass to anybody that needs to have glass work.

These people are wonderful. Their customer service was excellent. Their receptionist gracefully handled incoming calls and lobby guests simultaneously, the techs work was efficient, which can be viewed through a large window between the garage and the lobby area. The lobby and building arent fancy but that in no way is a reflection on their work. They were meticulous in the replacement of my windshield. I have a foreign car as well and the mechanic was well informed on the specific tools and parts required and the new windshield was on hand only two days after I called the shop for the appointment. They are far less expensive than Safelight and in a more convenient location. Adding more to my satisfaction, the owner noticed I was pregnant and stuck for almost three hours for the job, so he fed me lunch!! It just goes to show they care about their customers and their work. I will recommend them to everyone.

These guys are the best!!! They went above and beyond to save me a substantial amount of cash and still got my vehicle fixed!!! The dealership wanted to replace the glass (approx $1200), after they failed in their attempt to solder my defrost tab back onto my rear window glass. Metro Glass said they could replace the glass for around $400. However, upon inspection of my vehicle, they were able to fix it instead! In addition, they are just personable, easy to work with people!! Thank you Metro Glass!!!!!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about Metro Glass. They did a fantastic job replacing my 2010 Nissan Titans windshield and it looks exactly the same, but with the unexpected addition of a tint strip at the top, which I love. Everyone was extremely courteous and responsive and theres no doubt that, if the need arises, Ill be a repeat customer.

I had a serious rust issue with my car which ultimately cracked the windshield. Metro Glass personnel was extremely responsive, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. They completed the work ahead of schedule, below estimate, and with results so incredible that have to be seen to be believed. There really arent enough good things to say about this place. If you need any automobile glass work done, youd have to be crazy to consider going anywhere else.

Rich and co. did a fantastic job replacing the windshield on my Honda Accord. I had been playing phone tag with a mobile glass repair shop my dealer referred me to until finally giving up and calling Metro. Rich answered my call personally, gave me a quote on the phone, and set up a time for me to come in Saturday morning. The call took less than 5 minutes and he was extremely helpful and friendly.The service continued to be great when I dropped off my car Saturday morning. They took great care of me and my car, ensured I had all the information I needed, and made certain the window was properly set before sending me off. I had a rock truck drop a rock right in the center of my drivers side view. There was a baseball-sized circle crack in the windshield. I stopped in at Metro Glass and they took care of it asap. Their work was very professional & fast. The entire install took about 2 1/2 hours...which half of that is waiting around for the adhesive to dry so you can drive your vehicle without the windshield coming loose. They did a great job!

In the past 2 weeks, I had 2 occasions to use Metro Glass, broken patio glass and fireplace glass. After the 1st great experience, I didnt hesitate to use Metro the 2nd time. I know some companies advertise that you will be treated like friend/family and this was truly the case. So nice, and easy to work with...thank you Metro for making my errands a pleasant experience.

We chose this place because it has great reviews and I can see why it does. We needed a windshield replacement due to a large crack. We called to make an appointment, but I didnt have all the info and they were very patient and nice when I had to call back three different times. When I asked if there was a coffee shop nearby (so I could work from my laptop) the receptionist said someone could drive me to a nearby one. I thought that was nice. When I explained why, the receptionist said I could use their wifi and even share her desk! Very nice woman. I didnt interact with the technicians much, but its been a couple weeks and they seem to have done a great job.

I usually dont write reviews, but I cant say enough great things about this place. I had an unfortunate thing happen to my windshield and it couldnt have happened at a worse time. I went in last month with a problem and I got more than I bargained for. I felt like I walked out of there with 2 new friends (Rich and Fallon). The owner, Rich was more than willing to help. He even sat down with me and explained everything that needed to be done and I never once felt that he was lying or tying to get more money out of me. Not only was he knowledgeable, he was kind and personable. Now onto Fallon. She was amazing from the first phone call. Very friendly and right on top of everything. The girl was born to be in customer service. She and Rich even won over my 6 year old son who is still talking about his experience there. They replaced my windshield in under 2 hours and I couldnt be happier with the work. The staff was very efficient and there was not even a smudge on the windshield when I drove it home. I will definitely go back with anymore unfortunate chips or oopses. Take your business here, you will not regret it!!!!

A rock came out of nowhere while driving home one night. The weather was going to change dramatically cold in the next two days and I wanted to get the chip repaired as soon as possible. I called late in the afternoon on a Friday and they were very helpful. I was able to get my car in Saturday morning, first thing, and I was there about 30 min. The actual repair didnt take long at all. Jackie was very helpful with contacting my insurance company and she handled everything for me. The customer service is wonderful and I hardly notice my chip at all.

I have used several glass companies for my business, (auto body), and it is hard to find one that consistently offers quality installations, excellent service, and experienced installers. Got my windshield replaced after the hail storm that came through. They got my Jeep to me the same day but after they installed the new windshield there was a buzzing noise. I never had this issue before my windshield was replaced. They said the piece making the noise got deformed by the weather. Even though they had to remove the part to fix my windshield they still said it was the weather. They offered to super glue the piece down. Doesnt seem correct to super glue a part down so now Im stuck with an annoying noise every time I drive.

***THANK YOU TO METRO GLASS!***Recently, I had a rear windshield replaced in my 2014 Subaru Forester with Metro Glass at 88th and L. Street in Omaha NE. The friendly and knowledgeable staff were quick to replace the glass at a reasonable price. There was a hiccup along the way as an unfortunate accident happened and a body molding was broken. Once again, Metro Glass stepped up to the plate and got the necessary parts (OEM Subaru, and not a poorly made aftermarket) had them professionally painted and re-installed. I am sorry that they probably ended up losing money working on my car, but I would ABSOLUTELY take auto glass work to the great people at Metro Glass in the future.

I made an appointment this past Monday for today (Saturday) at 9:30. However, when I arrived no one was there and the door was locked despite the fact their own front door said they opened at 8:00 on Saturday. I called their phone number and got their voice mail. Waited a few more minutes and no one ever showed up. Complete waste of time. Very disappointed.
