My sister went in to get her nails done, she’s a very shy so she trusted them since they’re professionals.. Well she asked for the picture on the left and got the picture on the right … like how ?? She’s definitely not going back there again .

Both times I have come here my nails have not been even, all the nails on my right hand are longer than my left. There’s spots that were missed and my whole nails aren’t even covered all the way.

First and last time I will go to this place! My nails are still left with hardly no acrylic and I did mention that to them during the process. Oh it will get hard when we apply the gel polish! B*******!!! Ive been getting my nails done for a very long time to know this! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

The owner is lazy. He’ll tell you that you shouldn’t get something because he doesn’t feel like doing it and rather continue doing whatever he’s doing in his phone. You ask for something and he’ll tell you how you don’t need it. They can’t shape nails to save their lives (coffin), they cut the sides to help & it still ends up looking bad. There was one girl who worked there who did a GREAT full set/shape and she’s no longer there.Only plus is that the place is clean. That’s it. I’ll never come back.

They do bad nails and the man said that a stiletto nail was ballerina and he ain’t eeen paint the nail all the way and the nails so thin. Eeen though ian want no stiletto the shape was perfect. But I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK

They did a decent job, my daughter got a full set of gel nails,they were all gorgeous but she explained to me that her manicurists rushed. One nail had a huge air bubble which ended up bursting which leads to having to go back to another salon to get it replaced.

Always a pleasure to be pampered. Always a excellent visit. Would recommend to anyone. A most satisfied customer.

The manager is very rude, they acted like they didn’t know what they we’re doing when it came to gel polish. The man that did my nails was very impatient and kept snatching my hand. They didn’t even file down the bottom of my nail so they keep getting caught in my hair. Not worth time or money.

If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. This is the worst nail salon I ever went to. I went there in December 2017 to get my nails done for my college graduation. The nail tech drilled my nails down too much and now I have dents in all my nails like theyre about to break. And on two of my fingers, the nail has grown from the dents forming a new nail on top of the old one. I wish I could post a picture to give you a better visual, but its been 3 months since I had my nails done and theyre still not back right. Luckily, someone told me that Vitamin E will help to strengthen it because its going to take forever until my nails grow back properly and healthy. Thanks for nothing Nail 1st.

Literally the worst nail salon Ive ever been to. The man who works here is extremely rude. He literally would roll his eye at me & get mad because he wasnt telling me where to put my feet, & just expected me to read his mind. Not to mention he rushed the entire time, he started doing my toes 20 min after another woman started getting hers done. I was done 10 min before her.

Great service and customer care, nice atmosphere, clean and inviting.

It was kinda friendly but the pedicurist was AWESOME !

My wife took my daughter to get her nails done today and the man that did her nails messed them up so bad she tried discussed with him about fixing them he then got very rude and grabbed my daughters hand and chipped her pointer finger nail so close it my her bleed I would recommend this establishment to anyone I will be making a visit to this store and the man once I return to town next month
