So I’ve been here a couple of times beforehand but I have to say Kevin is one my favorites. I tend to come after work so I often zone out while he quietly works. He checks each nail meticulously and goes over every detail before he’s satisfied. Amazing value and ever better service and quality. Alex is the manager and also is exceptionally precise and also juggles answers phones and customers so hats off to him as well! Both had me in and out around an hour for ANC manicure!

Alex was such a sweetheart. He did such a great job and all of the staff was so welcoming. This place is a MUST as your new nail shop. Alex made me feel so beautiful and gave me such a good massage I could’ve fell asleep. Again, please come here, you won’t regret it.

This place is amazing. The staff is very professional and friendly. Everything is clean and the ambience is very nice. Almost like you are in a spa. Alex did my nails just how I ask him and without hurting my natural nails. This was my second time here and it will be way more toCome. Will definitely recommend this place.

This is an update to a previous review. I had a bad experience my first time going to this nail salon. My nails were not what I had expected. Id left a review and I was contacted within 24 hours by Cindy. She apologized about the situation and offered to have me come in and have my manicure and pedicure redone at no charge to me. I explained to her and she said she would take care of me. I showed up at the salon and was taken care of immediately. I did not want my pedicure touched as my toes were still sensitive, which is fine. Im hoping to heal quickly from the cuts. They sat me down and got my nails checked by several techs there. Ashley began cutting the tips and soaking them off. She did the full manicure from zero to finish. She did tips again, shaped them and cut exactly as I wanted and did the ombre to literal perfection. I was left floored at the work she did. She assured me that if I choose to go back to the salon to ask for her and she will take care of me from now on. I thanked them and they apologized many many times. I am so happy they offered to fix the issue and I will definitely return to Ashley from now on. Thank you ladies for all your help!! I am so happy and while I live in NY, you have a customer!

Alex made my vision come true. He did an amazing job and I’m in love! He was very good at his job and was sure to ask me if it was what I was wanting and he was very friendly. I love it here and have gone for about a year. I highly recommend it to all my friends.

By far the best place ever to get nails done. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere. They are so thorough. I’ve never had a better nail experience in my life! I got the dip mail and gel pedicure. They made it like a whole spa experience! Alex provided excellent customer service and Wendy was the incredible worker who did my nails and toes. Will only come here from now on!!! Can’t recommend this place enough!!

Lilly and Richard have a very welcoming location. The newly renovated space accommodates social distancing. The staff is very professional, detail oriented, and have pride in their work. Anna, Scarlet, Tina are amazing .. yet everyone there will pamper you.They have waxing and back massage available as well.

I love LR! It’s the only place I go to get my nails done. I have been going there for years and they never disappoint. Everyone I have had so my nails was very friendly and nice and did an amazing job. Today when I visited, Alex did my nails- they came out beautiful! He paid great attention to detail and I can’t stop looking at them. When he is working he always greets customers and always thanks them when they leave— it’s a nice touch to show how much they appreciate their customers. Definitely try LR if you are looking for a new nail salon or if you want to have a great experience.

I highly recommend LR nails. I have been to many salons in the area but this is where I will stay. The work is excellent, the staff professional and friendly and the salon is very clean. Alex is excellent. He is highly skilled, and focused on the details that make my nails look flawless.

I am treated like a queen at LR. They are perfectionists with my nails, I am not charged if I come in for a nail or two to be fixed, they massage neck and shoulders after the manicure, they offer free water or seltzer for customers, they use hot ticks on leg massages and so much more. Wonderful professional staff!

Been a steady customer for over 2 years..love the staff, the salon is clean and comfortable..my nails are my way of pampering myself and I always feel great when I leave there..lots of fun designs also all by hand!

I have been going to this salon for 5 years. When Lilly and Richard owned it, I was always satisfied. They always took their time, and made you feel welcomed. They knew my name, how i liked my nails done. And now, it is not the same at all. I saw Alex today, for an ANC. He rushed through my nails. Made them extremely thick. For removal of the anc, he didnt take his time. He wanted to file my nail down to remove the extra polish, instead of allowing them to soak some more. When I told him that the nails needed to soak longer in acetone, he didnt listen. He cut my nails, and they were not the same length. I have to say I was very disappointed. When I said the nails were too thick, he answered, that he didnt want to do extra work. I will not be coming to this place again. I am very disappointed in the service.

I came in to get my nail done for a wedding and wasnt sure what I wanted. Alex guided me through deciding between gels and ANC, and I ended up getting gel overlay. He did such a thorough job, and my nails look absolutely amazing. Cant wait to go back! I feel like now Im going to be addicted to coming in and having Alex do my gels!

I dont usually get my nails done but I was blown away by this place! They are clean, the workers are very friendly and accommodating. They gave me a hand mask and put my hands in this warmer thing and it was a wonderful experience. They also do fantastic work!

There is new management and staff!!!Was there last Sun. and was flabbergasted!Not one staff person from before. New staff needs lots of training and experience. So disappointed my nail ladies are no longer there and Richard and his lovely wife were no where to be found. Two different techs did the mani and another the pedi. Not at all pleased with that. I had to explain to pedi person he over painted my toes. Also had to explain about how to use calls remover. They need to Clean salon. When Richard and his staff were there the plasexwas meticulous. This is very sad and disappointing 😞😔😢😪😕

They did a nice job and it was nowhere as long as others that do the same UVGel fill, with the appointment no wait time, but it did not have a friendly appeal. I felt like I was not wanted there at all.

I have been to many Nail Salons. L and R is by far the best Salon. It is under new ownership and beautiful,clean and staff is awesome. They go out of their way to please you.I used to get ANC, however I now gel fill.Never need to soak nails in acetone ever.The gel covering has never cracked or broken. Much healthier all the way around. Cindy is amazing but Im sure everyone is well trained.Try this salon out.

My girlfriend gets her nails done here maybe once a month, quality is great and done in a timely manner. Be sure to ask for someone with experience our first visit the technician was in training, any time after that was phenomenal.

The atmosphere is absolutely excellent here and it is extremely clean. On the other hand. Their actual quality of doing ANC with tips is not good. Three days after getting my nails done two of my nails broke and then two days after that three more of my nails broke off. I have chips on the other fingers and it has not even been two weeks yet. I am extremely disappointed. I went to there to get them fixed after a week and 2 days and I waited 45 minutes after my appointment time to even be seen and they refused to redo all of my fingers even though I lost 5 nails and the others were chipping off. They seem to have a very big attitude about having to redo my nails. I will not be returning. I had an extremely good review posted for this business and now I am sadly taking it down to replace it with this one.

The staff was not at all welcoming. I had my anc i asked for the light pink polish, the guy might have picked up from french colors(may be) after the polish is done i felt it was lighter and i asked to do another coat which he did not understand so he called the lady so i explained the same she spoke to the man and yelled at him saying he pick up from wrong box and she took that powder and left, she did not even bother to explain whats wrong. So the guy got me pallet of different shades asked me to choose from as i dint wanted it asked him to put a top coat n i left the place he did not shape good and the color was incomplete. Not at all recommended. Worst service worst staff i have ever seen. Save your money. would never come back.

They definitely earn their reputation as one of the best in the area! Clean, fast, great color choices. Everyone on staff is good, no need to worry about whos doing your nails. Definitely make a reservation, theyre always busy!

I went there without making any appointment, but they took me to a seat right away. Since my request was a bit complicated, that I just wanted to do callus removal, and also this was the first time for me to go to Nail Salon in the US, I had a bit of difficulty for telling them what I want to do, but overall, their service was great!Only one thing, though I told them I only want to do callus removal, they have done pedicure without confirming to do it, and charged me after they have done. I didnt complain because I liked their service, but it would be great if they could confirm before they start their procedure.

Lily was wonderful. My first time here and they took me without an appointment which was nice but remember to make one if you go Thursday through Friday and bring cash for a tip. Will be back.

Clean, quiet environment. I came because my old place became a hassle price wise. When I walked in I was greeted kindly and got to choose a color from a very wide selection. I got a basic pedicure and ANC manicure for around $55. But it was worth every dollar for the attention and care given. A basic pedicure had a wonderful soak and massage. They’re very attentive to you the entire time. Would recommend!

They rushed me even when I got there early. The guy was rough with my hands and feet because they were rushing. I will never come there again. If you love your family and friends, do not bring them here.

I used to love this place but now after all the issues my friends, family and myself have been having here, Im not going back. They have gotten more and more rude as time has gone on. Today as I was paying for my very expensive pedicure and manicure, I was told that I didnt tip enough! There is no way that any business or staff member should tell a paying customer that they didnt tip enough, no matter what! I have never seen people more greedy in my life and have never gone to another nail salon where that happened. Unbelievable!

Love this place! Recommended by a coworker that always has beautiful nails, got them done twice so far and not disappointed. Got anc twice, last ones lasted 3 full weeks and just got a new set today! Prices are good and people are kind and always a free massage :)

I have been going here for a few years and I continue to be very satisfied. Great pedis and value for the price. Camille and Jason are excellent. Some of the other techs dont pay as much attention to detail, although still OK... just not as good as Camille and Jason. If you have a favorite, make an appointment and request them by name ahead of time because its generally very busy.

Went for two gel manicures with my mom. They gave her a regular manicure she was too nice to say anything cuz there was already confusion. And my gel manicure started chipping two days later. Honestly it didn’t look great either, I got French tips. I got it done last Sunday so 10/13 and one whole nail just peeled away this morning. The people were very curt, to put it nicely. Only upside was the place smelled nice no overwhelming chemical smell. Will never go back though.

Got introduced to ANC in Syracuse and was worried about going to a different salon. My mother and I both had appointments and they made sure we sat next to each other. They did an amazing job! Better than my home salon! Its been almost a month and theyre still great! Havent gotten caught on anything. VERY impressed

Worst place ever. Staff is rude and they cancelled our appointment after walking into the salon despite informing them we will be late due to traffic. The owner said that was fine and after travelling all the way there, he just said he cannot accommodate us and they seemed too arrogant to even apologize. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.

I spent $87 plus $15 tip. I was happy with gel and ANC, but I did not like my pedicure. The paint was too thick and clumpy. Instead of saying anything they painted them anyway. They were ruined by that evening.

Absolutely terrible experience. Not only was my lady rude and rushed through my toes and nails; the manager hastled me for a tip!! Told me I have to get my server 20% tip. I have NEVER had someone hastle me for a tip, ever. Tip is NOT required. I didnt have to even give her any. No matter how good she was, and in this case she was bad, you never bug for a tip or demand higher. Tip is something people do to be nice not because we HAVE to do it. Maybe check how your management and employees act before asking me for a tip. Just by that fact alone, I would not go here. Also the nail polish literally chipped the next day on both my toes and nails and has continued to chip worse as days go by. I paid 35 bucks, that should not be happening.

The person I had left my nails wrecked, my tips were filed unevenly and I broke 3 nails off within 4 days. They don’t file the nail enough so ANC will not stick, the man i had was extremely rude and i had to go back the next day and get it fixed. I will never be going back. Only good part is they have unique ANC colors

I don’t think I will be coming back to this nail salon. It was always so nice to have a place so close to home but I have never had a worse experience than I did today. I got a mani pedi and as I was tipping my server, she asked me if I was going to tip the other girl that did my toes. I meant my tip to be split between the two workers. I was almost chased out the door for more money. I am a broke college student who paid a fortune to get her nails done. I am already giving you my business and I am not required to give a tip to anyone. I have never met any other workers at nail salons that were so rude and greedy. Yes they did a good job on my nails but it was also very rushed and incredibly rude to be asked to give a bigger tip! My family, friends and I are never coming back here again. Don’t recommend going here!

Theyre very efficient here. I made an appointment and was ushered to pick a color for my pedicure. I barely had a 5 minute wait and someone was already hovering over me to pick a color so I can get settled.Note, when I made my appointment, the person at the desk did not ask me if it was okay if I had a male nail tech. I would have opted to have a female nail tech.My basic pedicure was fairly quick. It took 17 minutes for a basic scrub, polish, and a paraffin wax on my heels. I would have wanted more time to fully soak my feet and maybe use more pressure with scrubbing my feet. I felt like the nail tech didnt want to hurt me so he was super gentle with the foot scrub. The hot towel was a nice touch though. As soon as the polish was on, he directed me to sit where the fan was to dry my toes. He awkwardly gave me a shoulder massage with a towel that I did not care for and then asked if I could pay right away.I kinda just wanted to get the service done and over with so I paid and waited for my feet to dry. Did not get a copy of my receipt which I think should be standard practice.Some positive points of this place, its super clean, quiet, and seems to be popular. The salon was pretty much filled. They also have a wide selection of OPI and Essie nail polish which is a plus in my book. Call in for an appointment so there isnt a hassle of waiting. Ill come back next time but I may ask for another nail tech.

Nice clean place but disgusting employees!!! Shouldnt even get 1 star!!! As me and my friend were leaving we were followed out the door by the manager saying we did not tip them enough!!!! 😠 We are paying customers we should not be hassled about how much we tip if anything they should have been greatful they even got a tip considering the fact that the tips they put on my nails are not even striaght. I do not recommend anyone going there!

Worst nail experience I have ever had. From 6 employees standing around my friend and I while we were getting our nails done laughing and talking about Us to a nail technician getting up and walking away for 15 minutes without saying a word. Nails broke after 1 day. The customer service was non-exsistent. Stay away.

Excellent mani/pedi at reasonable price. Just dont fall for the laminated sheet brought out for pedi asking which kind you want. They are the costly specials. I caught myself and said I just wanted a basic. Gets crowded so appointment is probably recommended.

Horrible service. No attention to detail. Paid a rediculous amount and then was questioned by management about the amount that I left for a tip! They were trying to get me to tip more for the horrible experiance! I was shocked.

Probably one of the worst manicures Ive ever gotten. Got ANC and have gotten it many times before at other places. The women lacklusterly put the ANC on so much so that the color was not solid and had speckles throughout. The nails were not even and the clear base polish was making my nails and skin glue together. After all that, I gave a 10% tip. I believe in always tipping but with the bad service I didnt believe it warranted more. After placing the cash on the table (the sign at the front says please tip in cash) the women picked up the money became upset and pointed out to me the amounts for 15%, 18% and 20% gratuity. I was very taken back from the rudeness. I work in a tipping industry but never in a million years would confront someone about not tipping enough. Tipping is not mandatory. After a terrible manicure and rudeness I will never go back to this nail salon again.

Went in for gel manicure and pedicure, extremely unfriendly from the start and over priced for both compared to other salons in the area. Not only did I walk out with a messed up pedicure but was told my tip was not 15% and was told to give $3 extra. I am entirely unsatisfied with this service and was ripped off, do not listen to these positive reviews like I mistakingly did.

Clean and quality work

The woman who did my nails (Lisa) was rude and overall unpleasant. She took a long time for my manicure, but it still came out poor (not shaped evenly or square) I ended up paying $40 for a manicure I wish I paid nothing for.

I did not like the feel in this place. I felt most of the workers were rude.
