Had my vet first pedicure here and they did a great job! I also got this amazing manicure. Very time efficient, clean, professional, and friendly! I will be coming back.

Absolutely Disappointed! My daughter went there with her friend both teenage girls and they both walked out with HORRIBLE OVER PRICED NAILS! My daughter paid $40 for this! Regular nail polish and no designs or jewels!!!! My daughter said that these people were rude rushed and seem aggravated with them.. Did not even sit them under a dryer did it fix anything that they asked to be fixed! Sickening that a business would take advantage of children. I would give 0 stars if I could !

There’s always a wait - even if you make an appointment. I think they overbook. My nails from here usually break or chip - sometimes even the day after or of getting them done. They charge for every little thing. It costs an arm and leg sometimes to get a basic fill. I’ve tried giving them multiple tries. If it wasn’t for the overbooking, I’m sure they would have time to do a good job and you wouldn’t be stuck waiting there. It’s so busy sometimes that it’s not relaxing, it’s stressful to be there. They should just book less to ensure quality over quantity.

I had to ask for lotion!!! My socks were stuck to my nails when I was instructed that they were dry.

Had my nails done yesterday and they looked great. I even tipped big because I was pleased with the job done. I went home and braided my hair and everything just started peeling off and feeling sticky. This morning this is how it looked. I will never go back here again. After all the money I spent yesterday, this is just not ok!!!!

First let me say the place is nice and clean. Here is the dissatisfaction I decided to pamper myself today. I was told they do a really good job. Well not for me. Gel nails done what an epic fail only to get home to a broken nail and the polish is peeling. I wont be going back not even for them to fix the problem. I dont mind frequenting a business that does good quality work especially if Im spending my hard earned money. A waste of money and time.

The place is clean, but I am so disappointed in my experience here. I went to get a mani/pedi with ANC and they have matching sets. When I walked in the door they offered that option to me. I sat in the chair, they rushed me to choose a color. I finally chose a color and they were telling me they dont have exact matches after they already went through and took my polish off. I was so disappointed in the lack of professionalism and the deception. If they could not complete my request then they shouldnt have acted like they could. I left the salon without my nails painted and they still charged me for everything without rectifying the situation. Do not go here if you are expecting an establishment to go by their word and treat their customers properly. I will not be coming back.

This was my 5th time at the salon and I have always had my nails done really well. Today I ask for the usual and my pedicure was great but my manicure looks as if a 5 year old did it. Im not sure this was worth $58 with tip included

Called ahead of time to make an appointment for 2 pedicures. Upon arrival, we were seated within minutes but sat there with cold water on our feet for 45 minutes before somebody even looked our way. We then asked how much longer and they said one person could get it done now, one person directly after. We obviously left at this point. Horrible experience, horrible service, would never recommend.

The pedicure was AMAZING however also I went for a gel fill and it took an hour and fifteen minutes and looks horrible! The crease of the fill is visible and the paint job is shabby at best

Friendly and professional, the nail tech did a great job, the prices were reasonable, not great, 35 for full set acrylic, 10 extra for gel 10 extra for design on 2 fingers, which i was not completely satisfied with. Pedicure 35 hot stone, supposed to have 10 minutes massage which is why i got it, massage was not great, i would have preferred it to be actually 10 straight minutes... Toe nails could have been a little bit more cleaned up, not to be gross but the sides of nail still have a little fuzz/dirt/old polish in the curved part. My feet were pretty bad though so theyre a lot better. Jenny did my fingers. Didnt catch the girl who did my feet she spoke very little English

They were absolutely amazing! I needed to get my nails done for my birthday and it was late. They could have turned me away because there were about to close soon but they didnt. Instead, they welcomed me in and Soro (please forgive the misspelling) was so kind to me. Then I met Telin and she took care of me as well. Not once did I feel any resentment from either of them. I havent been back to Rainbow Nails since pre-Covid, and they used to be my favorite nail place. It turns out they still are--friendly, professional, and efficient, as well as very compliant with Covid restrictions. I cant wait to go back for a hot stone pedicure, theyre the only place in town I know of that does so.

I absolutely love this salon. The first time I went to this establishment was about a month ago. Out of the blue, I google nail salons near me and selected this place based off of reviews. Well, the reviews dont lie. Rainbow Nails offers a selection of different pedicures, ranging from $30-$55. I went and had the $35 pedicure which consists of callus treatment, hot oil and stones with a 10 minute massage. The staff are amazing. Very friendly and they communicate with their customers pleasantly. I also got my fingernails done on my first visit. That was good as well. I went back yesterday for the second time just for a pedicure and absolutely love the color and how good my feet felt at the end. I would recommend this place for folks to check out. Any of the employees, Coco, Sonny, Tina or Penny are great. Just for a pedicure with tip included, I paid $45. The first time it cost me $105, but that was gel hands and feet and eyebrows and tip. You walk out feeling refreshed. The follow protocol when it comes to social distancing due to the pandemic. Your temperature is checked upon arrival and they provide hand sanitizer upon entering. A guest is able to accompany you but they have to get their temperature checked as well as use the hand sanitizer. Mask are a must or you will not be able to enter. I have been making appointments but they do welcome walk ins as well. I just call for an appointment because I travel an hour to get my hands and feet done. Its worth every minute of it too. #HappyNails

My 2nd visit today and it was amazing until....They ask for tips. The gentleman who did my nails was tipped. However the woman in front always asks for tips.

This place is always busy, I been going for awhile and I like how unrushed I generally feel here .

I wanted to get ANC nails done, so I looked up the closest nail salon. Even though I was a walk in they saw me right away and got started on my nails which took about an hour. I love the way they came out! They even put acrylic tips on my thumbnails since they were short. Before tip it was 31 dollars which is a great deal. I am definitely sold on ANC now!

I will start with the positive. My nail technician Lily was very sweet. I appreciate that she asked me what color I wanted, because she wasn’t sure what one I selected. Rather than just guessing and going to get whatever color she felt like and doing the wrong one. She took the time to check in with me. I loved the color, I got mood change- blue lily.The issues started once I left. The next day one of the nails broke by me simply putting my pants on. The nail touched my leg barely and broke. I called the salon, they told me they would fix it, no problem. So here we day 3 of having the nails and now two others have shattered after I got the other one redone last night.Now, after 52 dollars with a $7 tip for the technician because she was very sweet, here I am feeling like I wasted my money and time. Good prices, however, it shows In the cheap product and ANC they use. The ANC is also applied very thinly. So I would chalk it up to quality of the stuff they are using as to why they are breaking so quickly and easily. And maybe not enough glue.So it was $30, base charge, $5 for mood change, 5 for tips and 5 for coffin shape. Fine, I don’t mind paying for something I want. However, the quality is not good. I’ve never had 3 nails break 3 days into a set. I could’ve saved $10 by not getting tips and shape, because they break so quick anyways. So 3 days after the set, I’m going to be cutting the nails and filing them myself. How disappointing. I wanted to like this place, however, sadly I will not be recommending it to anyone nor will I be returning.

I have been here twice. I really like this salon. The staff is friendly and accomodating. Thry do such a great with the pedicure. Its a special great for me to go there bc its o er an hour and a half from my house. I also go the happy feet massage. Its nice and relaxing. The only pary i do not enjoy is the scalp massage.. But thats just me not liking my head touched. If i go there again i will just ask for no jead massage.

I make appointments with the same person each time I go and I usually tip nicely but I didn’t tip today because the last couple times I noticed that my nails were not smooth out and was bumpy and some of the nail tips weren’t fully polished. I even have to mention each time to cover my nails all the way down to my cuticles which should be automatic. I will go back but I’d like to get what I’m paying for.

I paid $70 for nails and gave a $10 tip. My nail broke 3 days later and the lady would not do my nails for free. Wanted me to pay $6! Terrible

This was my first time visiting this nail spa. The staff was very nice but the work wasn’t good. I asked for ANC set with boxed shaped nails. I didn’t get what i wanted at all. The women cut me up numerous times. In addition, she was extremely rough with me. When she would want a hand she would pull it super hard. When she started to shape my nails she didn’t listen to what i wanted at all. She made them half square and half oval. I continue to tell her what i wanted and she would ignore me. I find that to be truly rude because I’m paying for my nails and i want them a specific way.I will never EVER get my nails done here again!!! If i was able to give a negative stars i would for such poor work and for the bad nail tech i encountered. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE !!!

I decided to give this salon a try, and I took my niece with me. Although there was no wait, and the prices were fair, our service experience was not that great. The staff were not very friendly and did not make us feel welcome. Personally, this is something that I look for when I have a random person touching my hands and nails. On top of that, they wanted you to pay before they were even half way done with the job. Not a horrible salon, but would defiantly not make a second visit.

Every time i leave this nail salon I am always so pleased. The owner is very professional and friendly and the other staff are considerate and work very hard. My ANC nails can last up to a month without any chipping or peeling and I do so much at work and at home (hands on). The staff are willing to stay past closing time and are always considerate and flexible. Many of the clients (some rude and nasty) that enter this salon don’t appreciate the hard work from the staff at Rainbow 🌈

I used to come here a lot and was always satisfied. This time ...not so much! I was very surprised at the rushed pedicure I was given, 15 minutes at most. I even had to clean polish off of my skin when I returned home! Very dark and dreary as well. Very disappointing!!

The first few times I went her I was hooked, the atmosphere was upbeat and everyone was friendly. But a couple times ago I got a man (you could tell her was new)!! He hacked away at my nails and they broke within a day or so. Then I met Jenny! SHE IS AMAZING! My ANC lasted about a month! Incredible! I will never go back to the newer man but Jenny, absolutely! Thank you Jenny for making up for the recent failure!!! I will see her every time!!!

Felt very pampered

As I am sitting here now, getting my toe nails painted, I am writing this review because I am unhappy. I wanted my toe nail shape to be square which could have been done with a nail filer, but they couldnt do that and insisted I get them cut down. I did not want to cut them down because they charge you extra and the length they were at was perfect. Also they do not tell you about the extra charge because there is a sign on the door that is expected to be read upon you entering. Overall, not a great experience and I do not want to come back again.

I am a new customer for 2 months. My 2 pedicures have had included utensils out of a sealed package. The place both times appears very clean. No matter who does my nails or my pedicures the work is quality work. 9/2020 I still go to the salon and Im still very happy with the atmosphere and the services they provide.

I visited Rainbow Nails for the first time last week. The people were nice, but I am skeptical about the hygiene of the facility. The cuticle cutters were not obtained from a sterilized pouch, nor did I see any sterilization solution, or ultraviolet light near the nail technician. It appeared as if the tools used for the manicure were simply kept in a drawer and reused. New York State Department of State Division of Licenses will be notified. Id hate to see someone get sick, or get an infection by these practices. Even if there are no strict codes to be hygienic, they should keep their instruments clean as a courtesy to their customers.

I went today for a pedicure. When I walked in I had to wait about 10 minutes. The lady seemed very nice and actually sat me sooner than what I had expected. She had stated that the wait time was much longer than usual. Once I sat in the chair to soak my feet I ended up waiting another 20 minutes. When the lady started to work on me, she looked at me like I was crazy because I asked for gel instead of regular nail polish for my toes. There is a special there they call happy feet that is offered for $24.99. Its supposed to last 45 minutes long and includes a head, neck, and hand massage with the pedicure. Thats a great deal if you ask me! I received none of the above mentioned and I also ended up paying $40 for my pedicure because I wanted gel nail polish instead of traditional nail polish. I did not receive any head, neck, or hand massage, and I also did not receive any type of dry skin removal on my heels during the pedicure. I ended up having to go home and redo the whole pedicure. Minus the painting. Needless to say, I will NEVER go there again. Nor will I EVER recommend them to anyone else.

I like them because i never wait longer than ten minutes..They have all the services...but I hate the communication barrier.. I almost had to knock one of the workers head off...because she was disgruntled she viciously attacked my toe..they had to give her a break...discount for the foolery?....huh yeah right. and Im an avid tipper..They are not consistent with the nail service.. only certain ones of them can provide certain service so they switch around like musical chairs..I have to try all of them to see who i like..but i never gotten a perfect job on all my nails and ive tried at least 6 of them...Just last week I thought maybe i found my guy..One hand was perfect the other hand had two obviously crooked nails. I couldnt take it, so i filed them myself... but I continue to go back because Im a creature of habit and at least I know if anything happens to my nails or feet I know who to blame,😑

When they have time, they do good work. I have gone in for a 7:15 acrylic nail appt, and not been helped until 7:45- 15 minutes before they closed, which led to my acrylics being rushed and low quality. But if you go when they arent busy, they usually do a good job. Happy Feet massage is my favorite thing in the world.

Really used to like coming here but theyve gotten lazy. Last time I got my feet done they barely got any calluses off. I went on vacation a few days after and my feet were already peeling. I asked for the callus treatment. That shouldnt happen. My friend that went with me didnt even have an option of what kind of treatment she wanted. I used to love it here but I doubt Ill ever come back.

People who works over there are not nice as they are supposed to be, I gave 3 stars because the offered services are always well done.

Was not greeted, given the option to pick a color and was not told about the wait time. Someone familiar to the shop walked in and was treated totally different. I did get my pedi, my friend had a coupon and asked the women was I able to use it as well. The women said no. My friend said they have honered it in the past. However the coupon was for $19.99 pedi. My bill came $25.00. She would have gotten a better tip if she honered the coupon. Also I brought my own color and was not able to use it. The women said it was to light???? Since when is a color to light??? In other words did not wanna give me three coats as opposed to the usual two. Smdh
