He could have left us without air conditioning for the weekend. But he went above and beyond, to make sure we had A/C over the weekend. Due to issues outside his control,, a quick fix, became further complicated and he stuck it out. He could have put a bandaid on it and moved along. But he took the time to diagnose and fix the problem, to the manufacturer specifications. I appreciate the professionalism and desire to take care of the customer. I had heard good things about Earls so I thought Id give them a try. I received a phone call from the tech when he was on the way. Also, I received a text with techs photo and a bit of personal info. That was nice. Tech was courteous and professional. He spent less than 30 minutes replacing about 5 feet of pvc drain line. I felt the price was a bit high. We opted not to replace the thermostat as the cost for that was even more than what he had just done. I gave the dispatcher my email so they could send a receipt. Twenty nine hours later and I still havent received a receipt.

Plumbing Repair - We had the most serious plumbing issue in our 13 year old home. Backfill around bathroom plumbing pipes was inadequate during construction, causing the pipes to fall away 8 and break 5 - 8 years ago. This bathroom was rarely used. I cannot say enough about the care and quality work from Arnold and Mike who went above and beyond to take care of our home. Instead of tearing up the floor and jackhammering up the slab in the main part of the house, they tunneled under the bathroom to find the breaks and replace the pipes. We will forever be grateful and will always use Earls!

I used Earl’s plumbing to install a new ice maker in my refrigerator and it was done in a very professional way with no problems. I have ordered a new drop in range and dishwasher and they are going to install them when they arrive. The employee from Earl’s was very knowledgeable about the installation process and said it could be done with no major issues.

These folks saved my sanity and my comfort on a Friday repairing my hot water heater and heating unit. I called these folks originally just for the hot water heater and then suddenly later in the day I found my heater wasn’t working also. So when they arrived I told them my problem and they immediately called in their heating guys as well. They were prompt, professional and did a quality job without doing more than what was needed for today. They also gave me some pointers to prepare for future things on an older unit. I love Earl’s! I had a water heater burst this morning. I called Earl’s and they were able to send someone out today. That’s extraordinary service. They are very good at communicating via phone and text. I highly recommend them.

Earl’s plumbing sent out Kerry who gave me a diagnosis and estimate. Kerry presented the information and answered all my questions very matter of fact. The estimate was significantly lower then the competitor. Kerry told me that once the work got started the price might actually go down but never over the estimate. Richard and Cory were assigned to do my repairs. They were extremely punctual, friendly, responsive and EXTREMELY professional (while my experienced with their competitor was not professional at all). They answered all my questions along the way and I appreciated their candid responses. I asked A LOT of questions, I was very curious about the process and procedures and they were so awesome to take the time to answer and explain anything I didn’t fully understand. It was very important to me to get quality work. In the end, I felt like they not only did they provide quality work but they went out of their way to to make sure that they could provide it at the very best value. Great job! I was here visiting Texas from Alabama So I am writing this review for mom. They came quickly. The text updates and information were great. We noticed an address mistake when text was sent and were able to quickly get it changed. The men doing the job wore masks when going through the house and were responsive to questions. Mom will use them again! Adding the name to the Rolodex :)

I was very impressed with the professional manner in which they resolved a shower drain clog which was made more difficult by the fact that the pipes for the shower and tub were tied together. They had to go through a vent on my roof to get to the clog. They cleaned up after, and did the job for a good price. I will definitely use Earls plumbing again.

They also do a great job calling and communicating with you as well as sending a text with some information about the repair person coming to your home as well as a picture of the person so you know who to expect. And they fixed my AC! Definitely recommend!

Had Earls plumbing come out for an estimate. Another company told me that I needed to change out some plumbing fixtures .Earls said all was up to code and no need for replacement. He gave me an estimate for the work which was under there price. When time to replace I will chose Earls. Very nice people.

Our old AC crashed on the day it was 110 degrees. I called Earls to get an estimate for a new one. Ty was prompt and came over within an hour to look at our system. He was very thorough and friendly. My dogs loved him! He was able to answer all my questions and we will have a brand new, more efficient unit within 36 hours! I cant wait to have a system that works like its supposed to!!

They said they didnt want to work on my AC. They wouldnt even come look at it. I called artic ac and they sent someone next day and switched 2 wires around in 10 minutes and fixed the problem. If I could give Earls plumbing negative stars I would.

I just got my newborn back home from the hospital and our AC stopped working, I called earls and they got me in the same day and they have my AC working the same day as well. We were given the home warranty when we recently bought our house. Weve had several problems. Our air conditioner went out. The ice maker in the fridge broke. The dishwasher broke and was leaking water everywhere. Our dryer door broke as well. They repaired our air conditioner the very next day with quality parts and service. They completely replaced our dishwasher with a brand new one. Picture included. Theyre going to fix our ice maker tomorrow. They even took care of the dryer door. These guys are amazing. We will continue to pay yearly for this service. I would highly reccomend everyone else who owns a home do the same thing. Go to their website. The premium package basically covers everything within reason in your home. It would be stupid not to have a service such as this.

Richard Hernandez and his apprentice Ronnie replaced our gas line. They were courteous, professional and did a great job to get our gas turned on as quickly as possible. We have dogs, and they made sure that they did not get out each time they had to go in or out of the house. I would highly recommend Earl’s.

I had a hot water heater replaced and they did an awesome job. They explained things to me and were very nice. I love the app they use to let you know that they are on their way. I hit on the tracker and it told me that they were 4 minutes away and then when they arrived. It also shows you a pic of the person who’s coming and tells you a little about them. Example: he’s a master plumber with 14 years of experience. I really appreciated that. I’d definitely use them again.

At first, we got an estimate from a competitor who tried to make the job seem bigger and harder than it was with a quote that was way over what the job required. Earls Plumbing was professional from the time of contact to arrange a quote ... to the no hassle honest quote (not inflated like the competitor) ... to the professional workers who completed the job. This was my first time to ever have to call anyone for my home warranty and they made it so easy! They were ready to fix my heater the minute I called and were willing to work with me on when I was available! They made sure I was home and made sure I was happy the entire time they were taking care of my stuff. I loved that my tech also talked me through what he was doing and explained my warranty to me as well. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with everything Earl’s did for my family to ensure we had a working heater again!

We talked with Jason concerning a service agreement where he explained the advantages of having someone check our unit regularly. We have had a home warranty through Earl’s since purchasing our first house 2 years ago. We have used the warranty numerous times and it has saved us a TON of money. We just purchased a Home Warranty with Earl’s when purchasing our home. Had a full inspection and was given the thumbs up on all systems. Even had an HVAC company come out to service and clean the 2 units. 2 days after closing the fan for the upstairs AC unit died. Earl’s came out on a Sunday to service it but the technician didn’t have the motor model for our unit. He came back Monday morning and got it changed out quickly!

Earls was able to come out to diagnose and repair our water heater the same day that I called to request a technician. The master plumber who came out was very courteous and knowledgeable. Here was able to diagnose the problem within about 10 minutes. They provided us with a total estimate then went to get the part we needed. I would highly recommend.

They were very nice, arrived within an hour, and fixed the problem quickly. However, the price of the replaced item was 7 times the cost of what I could find online. That was a bit of a bummer.

Two Earls plumbers Cary and Matt came Monday afternoon, Nov. 25, to a water leak coming through light socket in lower floor from loft bathroom.They were here almost 3 hours. After leak was located, the two worked diligently together to repair and stop the leak. They were careful to put plastic sheeting in work area as a hole had to be cut in the ceiling. Good cleanup. Also they were willing to answer our questions. Good communication. Earls Plumbers will be our plumber in the future.

Earl’s is a great company. Their home warranty is the best value I’ve found. Not only is it affords, but they actually fix things when they break. Other home warranty programs we’ve tried seem to hide behind volumes of fine print that exclude almost everything from the warranty.
