I called on a holiday (July 4th) and New Envy was open!! They took me in right away and did a great job with an ANC manicure with tips!! The person that assisted me paid a lot of attention to details and made sure to get everything right! The salon was clean and also laidback. I will definitely return!

The pedicures my husband & I received were just ok. The eye brow waxing was pretty good, tho.

Arriving at this salon was welcoming and I was pleased to know that they offered gel extensions since acrylic usually burns my fingers. I wanted something different for my bday and this was the only salon I found that did gel extensions. I asked the nail tec if she had crystals to do a design I had pictures of. She stated she can so I asked to see what crystals she had to confirm shape and size. They weren’t exact as the pics I’ve shown so I said she can do what she is comfortable to do. After 2+ hrs I wasn’t happy with the design because she put put them on in every which way sloppy and gel over the crystals and they just looks very distasteful. She seemed upset and took them off but tried to refuse refunding the cost of the crystals. After exactly 1 week 3 nails popped off and there is lifting on 4 other nails. This service was not worth $60. I will not be returning.*** UPDATE***After receiving the response from the owner I went back to have my nails fixed. The owner was very good about redoing my nail and used another gel builder. Though this gel was a completely different color and he took his time to do them 4 days later I had a nail come off. Maybe gel extensions don’t really last longer than a week (as I assumed) or this brand of gel is no good.

The gentleman there was very precise and careful with my nails. No one rushed me into choosing a color and he took his time giving me a beautiful set of nails. Great little nail spot, I’ll definitely be back!

This place absolutely did not fulfill my request of ombré anc nails at $45. I asked for what was on the sign, a beautiful pink and pastel green ombré and what I got was a 2 tone mess. 2 days later when I asked to get them taken off and for a refund MULTIPLE times, they took them off and tried to kick me out without my refund. The owner had to call her SON who basically told me that because it was TWO DAYS after I got the nails done, I couldn’t get a refund. I ended up walking out after a 10 minute conversation with her son over the phone when this shouldn’t have been an issue in the first place. Absolutely do not go here if you care about getting what you want.

I have always had an amazing experience here. The staff are friendly, kind, and caring. If you get ANC, they always give a nice shoulder massage while you are waiting to dry. Pedicures take forever, which is awesome, unless you have to go. But they just pamper you. Kevin is a true artist, he likes perfection. Jamie is a sweetheart and great on the feet. Lily is so kind and helpful. There are other girls there occasionally and all hold the same standards. Havent been since school closed in March and cant wait to go, hopefully today.

Been coming for a few years now. Kevin is awesome! Did Lily leave? I miss her friendly smile.

Visiting from out of town and dropped in to Envy Nails before the holiday. I had the BEST mani/pedi experience and highly recommend this super clean salon to anyone in the colonie area.

I was somewhat concerned about going to a nail salon during this covid period, but they had so many precautions - temp checks, face shields, plexiglass, and only 1/3 stations used. Great service as always.

I think that the Envy Nails is really a nice nail salon and spa in the way that it is setup and the people are all very friendly. However, my friend and I got gel manicures and they only lasted 4 or 5 days, which is ridiculous since I spent $48 to get a gel manicure with two polka-dot nails on each hand. Additionally, the person who applied my nail polish did so in a very chunky manner so my nails weirdly look textured. However, I dont know if this is due to the people because I am more inclined to believe that it is because of the quality (or lack thereof) of the nail polish. I really had high hopes for this place, but Ive been to cheaper places in south hadley where my nails looked great and lasted for almost a month without any chipping.

They were wonderful, clean, they didnt push me to do more than what I wanted, I needed a gel manicure and regular pedicure for a wedding, they took me as a walk in, I waited no time and both my nails and toes were done simulsimultaneously. The price was pretty reasonable as well. I will definitely come back here. They were also very friendly.

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I didn’t get the shape I wanted and neither did my friend, the technicians were harsh and caused a lot of pain and made my friends finger bleed, they were mad when we expressed our concerns and refused to give us a refund and proceeded to help everyone before us, including people who came in after us. I will never be coming back and I recommend everyone else also stay away.

Great people & service. Prices are reasonable and they give massages with almost everything. They even stayed open so I could get a repair before a major event. I will never go anywhere else.

Love this place but the guy who does my anc always cuts my cuticles and is too rough as long as you go with the lady who does anc.. youll be fine.. I will definitely be making appointments with her for now on. Just wish I knew her name.
