I’ve had a pleasant experience at both Sun and Gel nails. I came here because I had a horrible experience at an unrelated salon a week before and desperately needed them redone. Anna was very kind and quick with the job. I’m very pleased with how they turned out and will continue to return here. Everyone was very nice and enjoyable to be around!

I heard very good reviews, however, on my very first visit to this business, the following things occurred:1. I walked in not knowing protocol--I was not greeted as I stood2. My appointment was for 1:30 and I waited without anyone saying anything to me for over 45 minutes3. The nail tech seated another woman and I . She pulled back the protective shield for the other client and just left me standing there to seat myself4. The technician was quick and rough during pedicure and manicure.5. She held no conversation except with other technicians.6. She asked the other customer who she seated at the same time I was how was the water temperature & seat if she was comfortable and never gave me the same consideration. I watched other customers walk in and my technician and others would race to serve them and inquire what they needed and ask them to choose a color. One technician even apologized to a customer for her wait which was about 15 minutes. I received nothing of the sort on my very first visit there. What a shame!!!7. I left extremely hurt and felt that I was discriminated against. How can this be at this salon knowing what is going on around the country. I feel very sad at this moment and had to sadly and honestly write about my experience.8. My technician was a shorter, plump lady whose name I do not know, because she never introduced herself.

I’ve been going to Anna for years … the last time she told me to come at 6:15 and when I got there she was doing a full set of nails … I waited 35-40 minutes. She never said sorry .So I called today for an appointment with her and she said could someone else do me . NO I I I called for an appointment with Her !!She made a lame excuse about not wanting to stop to answer the phone which she has done before . I said so you don’t want pedicure ??I was always on time and tipped 20% !I don’t understand 😡🤬I would NOT recommend sun nails /gel nails !!!!

The staff was very friendly and attentive. However after careful observation, the facility was not clean. Also, the tech seemed to rush, even though I made an appointment in advance. Paint was sloppy but never chipped, thank goodness.

I absolutely love Sun Nails! I stopped in today to get my nails re-done (I had a bad experience somewhere else). The girl that did my nails knew exactly what I wanted and made sure my nails were perfect. I wanted a nude ombré and she aced it! Not only was she highly experienced, but, she was fast and efficient too. I was also very impressed with how clean the salon is and how strict they are with covid-19 awareness and sanitation for themselves, tools and clients. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I came to this salon for the first time today. They are so clean and friendly and do not make your requests feel like a burden. I was in and out with a beautiful fill within 35 mins! Amazing. I wish I would’ve known about this place sooner. They are also taking great precautions with corona. Highly recommend.

I had to wait about 25 minutes because they overbooked but my nails turned out absolutely beautiful. Definitely recommend!

The girls here were kind, polite, and very helpful, not just to myself but every customer that came in.. I previously had my nails done at another salon that totally did an unprofessional job.. not only did the girl at sun nails fix them she did amazing job on my nails.. I have been coming to Sun Nails for several months and have been very pleased every time. Anna is very accommodating and all of the nail techs are pleasant and professional. I recently enjoyed a side by side pedicure with my granddaughter and we had a great time and were very happy with our results! I would feel comfortable recommending them to anyone.

Ann, the owner, has given me the best manicures and pedicures over the last year. She takes the time to make my nails as perfect as they can be. I have commited to going to her since last summer and never had any issues. I highly recommend her!

Ana and the staff at Sun nails are the best! A great inviting atmosphere. And Sun Nails always has the newest and latest trends.

First off, just to clarify, they now go by GEL NAILS for the store front. My friend and I were walk in right away which was nice. Most staff professional but not all of them were which was slightly off putting. One employee went as far as to mock a customer after a phone call in front of the whole salon as well as another who answered a video call in the middle of doing someone elses nails. THANKFULLY the woman I had was a great nail tech and did a wonderful job on my nails. All in all was a decent visit and they really did a nice job on my friend and is nails.

My daughter and I walked in with no appointment, got seen right away. Great job on our nails!

They have horrible customer service. My daughter and her best friend were treated so poorly at the time of their services. Very sad!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT. My sister booked an appt for a bridal party MONTHS in advance, we came in at the time of the appt and was mocked by the owner and she stated that she never wrote the appt down. 5 minutes later of YELLING at the bride. Will never be returning and will pass on to others the unprofessional way we were treated by owner and staff, fix the attitude!

All the girls here are great, very friendly, very clean salon. Highly recommended.

They don’t santitize their implements properly people get cut & they only clean them with soap and water which can spread infection. They rarely even use the barbacide they only have it out for display so they don’t get caught by state board. Even the display they have out isn’t mixed properly it’s straight barbacide no water (the ratio is supposed to be only a small amount of barbacide to water) which is very toxic. They also tell clients not to pay with their credit card so their income can go undetected by the IRS. Gel nails & Sun nails are owned by the same people.

Jennifer was really good and friendly. However, less than 24 hrs after my pedi the Polish came off off 2 of my toes. 😕
